"Oh, okay. Ummm... feeling sleepy?" She winked at Nereus in addition to that statement to give him a heads-up of what status-affecting magic she was going to try using on him this time. A dark purple glow surrounded her and she flung the magic his way, the glow flowing from her over to him, and eventually enveloping him. Afterwards, she stopped and waited for the glow to subside, watching to see if his mask was still living up to expectations, or if her newly found friend was now taking a snooze.

Nereus  When he heard her say feeling sleepy he was glad that it was this spell, for if the mask fail then he would at least get some sleep from the mask adjustment. He gave a nod to let her know that he got what spell was going to come. As the spell was shot from her hand, Nereus got mesmerized by the spell as it came closer, and closer to him. Taking the hit the mask retaliated with the same blue aura, but the color was becoming less faint than before. Not noticing the difference he said. "Get me with a powerful one!"

"Well, of course they're better than I am," Hikari argued. "They're Pureblooded ß types! I'm nothing more than a defective F.P.D." She turned away from Gannon and continued packing. "...I'm scared to craft, and to sing. Because the last time it happened, I messed everything up, and almost destroyed everything because I couldn't control it." She remembered the picture and quickly bent and picked it up. "I mean, you're a strong Pureblooded Teru. Do you think that any half-breed could even hope to compare? You're lucky to be what you are," Hikari said bitterly. "Otherwise, no one would even give you a chance here. And why should they?"
Just then, the other Hikari appeared behind Gannon, leaning against him, the Hikari of this level unable to see her. "Welcome to a true glimpse of the world, according to me," she said sarcastically. "But then again, it's true, isn't it? That's how the world works. ß Reyvateils, Teru, and even the humans, well the world revolves around them. But if you're mixed-blood, you're caught in the middle of everything and forgotten about." She shrugged. "Knowing this about Hikari now, and that it's just gonna get worse, what person in his right mind would wanna continue? I know for a fact things are just gonna get harder for you too. Just something for you to think about." The normally flirtatious Hikari seemed tired, exhausted for some reason, however she still tried to hide it. "Anyway, I think you get the idea on how to wrap this up so I'm outta here. See ya next level." With that, she disappeared yet again.

Gannon… 
The Teru was quiet for a few moments before speaking up. "Hmmm... Ya really don't know all that much about F.P.D.'s, do you? Then again, most people don't..." He trailed off a bit, thinking of the past. "Did you know that an F.P.D. can potentially be far more powerful than a ß?"

The Reyvateil shook her head no and looked up at the Teru. She was silent a few moments, and then spoke up. "So is that why they keep saying that we're unpredictable?" She looked back down at her feet. "Mom told me that if I came here, to Pallieu Academy, that I'd someday be able to see her again. So I want to stay here, but... is it really all right for me to stay here? Do you really think I can do it, without messing it up and hurting someone?"

Gannon flashed Hikari a smile. "Well, if she said you'd see her again if you came here, I'd say you should do your best and it'll work out. If anyone says you shouldn't be here, they're just worried that you'll show 'em up. I say heck with it. Leave 'em eatin' your dust."

She brightened a little. "O-okay! I'm going to try! Umm... I'd better get ready, so I'm going to run on ahead. I'll see you there, okay?" Hikari waved at him before taking her leave and heading to the school.It was silent for a moment before a crashing was heard in the closet. 
"Oh, oh! Oh, mah stars!" The door burst open to reveal a little sprite carrying a key. "Where'd I end up? Whut the whoo-hah happened?" She spotted Gannon and blinked. "I dun reckon I remember yer face, Sugar. But maybe yer the guy I've been sent here to find? See, I'm the key. I've been sent 'cuz she's in trubble, and she needs ya ta save her." She lifted the key, which was about the size of her body and pointed it at Gannon. "Willya help her?" She asked.

The Teru watched Hikari leave the room and shook his head. Hikari had cheered up a little, and he took that as a good sign. But there was still a lot of work that needed to be done.
As if on cue, there was a noise coming from the closet. He turned in time to see a sprite emerge from the closet. "Sent ta find me, eh?" He reached out and accepted the key. Looking down at it, he nodded before turning back to look at the sprite. "Tell me what I need to do."

When Nereus called back, Miko grinned and nodded. "That actually was my strongest sleep spell. All righty... I'll try something different. This is going to have a curse effect, okay?" The energy in her hands became dark, and she hurled it at Nereus. "Whew, that should do it. As strong as I can go!" She called over to him.

"Oh, dear... I'm startin' ta disappear already!? Darnit! Ah, kay, follow me, quick! There's not much time!" She grabbed onto Gannon's arm and opened a portal with her other hand, half-dragging him through it. Once through, her grip on him loosened as she faded. "Ah, see... I was crafted by a higher level personality to save someone special who's trapped here in this level. But, I can't stay fer very long. Yer here though, so it's fine. Use the key ta get outta here with 'er. I'm sure we'll meet again soon, sugar! G'luck..." Her last words were almost a whisper before she completely faded away."Who's there...? It's so dark in here... could you please let me out? I promise, I've been good while you've been gone. I'll be better. Please?" A small, childlike voice whimpered in the darkness.

Gannon…
The Teru didn't bother protesting over the rough treatment. He knew that there wasn't much time. The sprite's transparent form was proof enough. When they emerged from the other side of the portal, Gannon was completely disoriented. He heard what the sprite said and then the sound of someone begging for help. "Hang on. I'm comin' for ya. Just sit tight, okay?" Gannon followed the sound of the voice to a cell. It was too dark to see who was in there, but he had a feeling he already knew. "I've got the key, so don't worry. You'll be out of here in no time, 'Kay?" He fumbled around in the dark, trying to find the lock, but after a minute or two gave up. It was just too dark. I didn't want to resort to magic in here, but I guess I don't have a choice. The Teru held out his hand, palm up and spoke a word. Instantly, a small globe of fire appeared, casting an eerie light on the area. The flames flickered and almost went out. Concentrate! Being the opposite element than what he usually used, fire magic was very difficult for him to control. "Well, at least I can see the lock now..." He reached out and put the key in the lock. He turned it and was rewarded with a soft click as the bolt retracted. Gannon pulled on the cell door and waited for whoever was inside to leave.

Nereus He nodded as he waited for the attack to come and hit the mask. All of a sudden the mask gave out a high pitch sound indicating something. ' No not right now....' He thought as he embrace the attack, which was close to him. The only thing he could do in that time frame was to cover himself. He fell on his knees as he was cover in the effect. He stood up and said in a shameful way. "It ran out on the crystals that I had install. Thought it would last longer."

"Wha-wha?" Miko gasped, nearly tripping over herself as she ran to assist Nereus. "You mean your mask failed? Does it always need so many Grathnode Crystals to function?" She asked him. Miko shook her head. "Maybe it's only good for a few times to use, then." The half-ling closed her eyes and summoned a purifying spell to cure him from the curse. She waited a few moments and observed him to make certain that he was recovering all right.

 Ishira hastily followed Rhaplanca to the track field outside. Everything still looks... normal, assuming that the concept of normal can be applied here. He sighed as the students lined up to do stretches. "This is the saddest excuse for a gym class I have ever seen," a rather intimidating Ganon appeared with a whistle, "Today is sprints, uphill, and if I do my job right you'll be too exhausted for homework," with that Ganon's whistle shrieked, "On your feet!"Ganon as a gym teacher? Ishira stared as if he had just seen the strangest creature walk by. Somehow... it fits. His mouth straightened as he felt a tug at his sleeve. He looked to his side to she Rhaplanca looking paler than ever.  "This is it, I'm gonna die," she hung her head, "Can't I skip?" she groaned. Suddenly the ground quaked so violently it was all anyone could do to stand up. A piercing mechanical cry ripped through the air. "Damn, it's another attack! Students, get inside!" Ganon tried his best to usher a frenzied crowd indoors before an energy beam cut them off. "Come out now or everyone dies!" a mecha wolf materialized in front of the damaged building. "This has to be the virus!" Ishira concluded as he turned back to Rhaplanca. "He's here for me...I can't deal with this right now," she said as she ran off.  "CRESCENT CRESCENDO KICK!!" Rhaplanca reappeared in a mecha suit and somersaulted into the air, coming down on the machine's head with a loud metallic bang, disengaging the beam. She then leaped off of the mecha wolf and landing atop the school's roof. "I'm getting so tired of dealing with you pathetic underlings. Why doesn't Mother come herself?""And I don't have the time for you! CRESCENT CRESCENDO KICK!!" The mecha wolf is hurled into the sky and disappears with a flash. Rhaplanca disappears without a word. (MAGIC ACQUIRED: Vrmir)"Mother has been sending a lot of those creatures lately. Pretty Soldier R isn't enough to thwart them all," Ganon scowled.Ishira ran off to look for Rhaplanca. "She isn't at the dorms so she must have went to work already," he sighed as he doubled back to town. At the cafe he waited to be seated. Soon enough Rhaplanca had come to waitress the table. "Sorry about bolting earlier."
 "Is there something you want to eat?" she was dodging the subject. "Um, not really. Got a second to talk?" Ishira gestured outside."Sure, I'm just about to go on break. Meet me outside," she said as she walked to the back of the cafe and exited from the back, meeting Ishira in the alley. "I cannot speak with you about it openly," she hinted at her double life, "I must be very careful of what is spoken aloud."

 A little girl, looking to be no older than five years old stepped out, holding tightly to a stuffed Pepen and a baby blanket as if they were a lifeline. She cast a fearful glance up at the Teru, looking down at her feet almost immediately. "I-I th-thought that... that you were 'her' again. She hates me. She wants me to stay in here and never come out. She wants me to just... disappear..." Suddenly, as if hearing something she tilted her head and whimpered. "She's really scary..." The little girl brightened a little, looking up at Gannon hopefully. "Um... will you be my friend and play with me? That way, with you around maybe she won't be able to lock me away anymore. And I won't be so lonely, either. I've never had a friend before. I heard someone say your name was Gannon, right? My name's Kari!" She looked around her. "I think... I should get out of this world, though. I'm not supposed to be here and if she comes back, she's going to put me back in here for sure. D'ya think you can help me find Stonehenge?" She asked quietly.
