@Zetsu: Just a few things. First, shinobi special skills are the things brought on by your bloodline/clan and your ninja types. You would put down the benefits for Soma no Ko, two man team, and elemental control exactly as they appear on their respective sheets. That custom skill for the senbon needs to be approved in the custom weapons thread, though to me, it sounds more like a custom jutsu (And a good one if you make a good descripton for it. 50 light bombs..............thats kinda unreasonable. And just a remark, the headband as a dog tag is quite creative. That, and you will be the last rock Shinobi except Auggie. 17 members is the limit. Kayavient: Dont worry too much about it, but realize that even if we looked at someone else's first, does not mean we arent considering yours. And I suppose your right about that bug jutsu, but realize that you still have to learn all the others.  @Zale: Same thing I said to zetsu about shinobi skills, other than that it looks good. And you can start out with a few weapons, like the shuriken and exploding tags, but dont make it a ridonculous amount.

Personality: Akira is the definition of eccentric; one moment he will be quiet and aloof and the next he will be chatting an ear off. However his strange behavior does not detract from his intellect and taste for deep thinking nor his impressive and very destructive power. It is this power that he recognizes deep within himself that his wizened his mind beyond his years.
He is quite measured and fair in his judgement and decisions; he considers many factors and tries not to let personal bias or the bias of friends affect his decisions or advice. This has gained him much respect but also created great rifts between him and some people who find his adamant statements of truth or uncertainty to be in direct contradiction to their beliefs or profiteering.
'A keen pursuer of philosophy, obscure knowledge, wisdom and human experience; his mind is always full of information relevant or not. Sometimes this multitude of information becomes so chaotic causing the extroverted side of his personality to surface. Other times the information level is so great his mind 'whites-out' resulting in a negation of emotion that brings forth his distant and introverted persona.
Akira's hair and fashion style is constantly changing, and barely anyone remembers what his natural hair colour was. The only thing about that doesn't change is his eyes, they're as vibrant and piercing as ever.

Akira was born to an average family in an average house although he was hardly average; he had a 'mysterious mind' and air of mysticism about him. He also displayed a talent for the arts of the ninja at a young age, and although his parents weren't too enthusiastic about it, they reluctantly allowed him to enter the academy.
Soon after his father disappeared from the village and it was discovered he had left to be with another woman in another town. Akira didn't express much hatred towards his father or much sadness and rather as his mother had taught him; 'got on with the job'. His mother had been expecting this to happen for quite some time, and although it was tough they made ends meet and Akira graduated from the Academy.
He quickly rose in the ranks and in popularity among his fellow ninja, becoming a Jounin at age 17, at which point his mother decided she wanted to move back to her home town located deep in the Fire Country. Akira was not the kind of person to be disturbed or shocked by this, and his mother knew this, leaving with the words:
"You'll be fine, you always have been, you won't miss me"
At age 21 his mind had started to become slightly unhinged, due to the amount of work he was doing, and, thus stress he was under. There was a shortage of skilled Jounin at that time and he was taking on increasing responsibilities. As the situation finally lightened he was sent to a resort on the border of the country to relax until he was able to recover. After 5 months he believed he was well again, but the Kage was skeptical and decided to keep him out there on border patrol for an unspecified period of time.
2 years on he has been called back to Iwagakure to teach the youth and pass on his important life lessons. Despite having spent much time relaxing and going through weeks of inactivity, he returns just as strong as he was when he left.

@Zetsu: I changed the bomb count to 20 which might be even more than fair, especially considering your a genin. And your custom weapon has not been approved, but I saw it was submitted, so for now, do not use it until it is approved @Zale: Genjutsu specialist is not a ninja type. Please go to the ninja types thread and look for types there. @Anon: DENIED. Iwa is closed. I'm only letting Auggie in because he's the Auto ranked Jounin. We may have a members sweep it find out who's active and who's not soon, but for now, no Iwa. Your Chakra level is medium. Even if you are the only one with Iron sand, you can only become clan head at chuunin level. 100 shuriken and 50 makibishi? Thats kinda unreasonable, especially for an academy student. @Auggy: A lot of your stuff still says N/A. Can you fill it out, or at least put "does not use" or something like that if this is the case? You can have a weapon under the weapon class, but if it has a special ability, then it needs to be approved. As a jounin, you could have 3 elements if you wanted. If you do not want three elements at the time, at least put down the third one, and just dont add any jutsu.

See I left the third element off because I know there's been some debate on whether a combination release such as Wood counts as the third element. If it the mix release does count then I'd like to leave the element blank until I can submit and apply for my custom Bloodline which will be the Lightning+Water: Storm Release as used by Darui in the Naruto Manga. Unless you'd like me to put down Storm as my third element in anticipation of the Bloodline.
