"not on my watch Danni." night stepped forward looking at all the students in the class. "well they vary in powers and skill so you don't have much to worry about competition." He looked at a boy sitting in one of the middle seats as the boy wrote oblivious to Night. "what the hell is he writing? aw hes got a girl friend isn't that cute, lets see ..." Night silently read the letter. "Aw that is so sweet, such a good son." He chuckled before walking back to Danni's side.

"Haha I know but I can take a hit like a demonic wall in the nether realm" he looked at Danni. "by the way I've already found a book you can read on familiars such as myself." He looked around. "It's in the library you'll find it enlightening I'd tell you myself but its allot of annoying details that I leave out at times"

"To run the basics, I'm a free willed familiar, meaning I'm stronger then those silly fairies and dragons that you see mindlessly following they're summoners. I am able to act in free will to an extent but I won't do stuff you don't want me to do. after that it gets into powers and complicated"

Ophiuchus, still standing on the desk, looked around the class room. Most of the students were now confused, except for a few that were simply apathetic or took Ophi seriously. Oh, this was going to be interesting. He hopped off the desk and began circling the classroom, investigating the students. When he walked by Danni, he smiled at her. "Interesting companion," he commented quietly. He could see Night perfectly fine. He then continued to walk around the room a few times, then stood back at the front of the class. "So, what do you all want to know first?"

Neon smirked. "I know, I know... And I love it." Her mind began to drift, not really focusing on her current bloodlust but on future plans. Dymetri's question brought her back down to Earth. "Totentanz, my familiar."

On cue, Totentanz appeared next to Neon and Dymetri, a fairly neutral expression on her face, although she did still look rather sullen about relinquishing her bright and shiny light to someone else.

Athena stretched. She loved sleeping~ Then she looked at the clock and blinked. Once. Twice. After blinking a third time, she yelped and jumped out of bed. She was late! Crap, crap, crap, crap! Hurriedly, she ripped off her pajamas and forced her way into some clothes before stuffing her feet into some sneakers and leaping her way to class. She had no idea what class it was (she'd only checked what room), and hoped that her lateness would be excused.

Panting heavily, ears hanging limply atop her messy black hair, she entered the classroom. "Sorry... Slept too... much..." Lin was there, as well as Danni. Good, she wouldn't be alone.

((I really hope that's not out of place or anything...))

Ophiuchus looked at Athena, who had just come in. "Wow, so many people in this class," he said offhandedly. "Well, wake up! The sun's already above the horizon, you'd never last as a farmer." His gaze settled on a student, an elf girl who seemed to be uncomfortable with the entire situation. He walked over there, so smoothly that he seemed to be gliding. Actually, he was gliding. He used a spell to negate the friction of his shoes upon the floor. <"So, what's your name?"> he asked her in near-perfect Elven. He was a little rusty and had a slight accent, and he also used the dialect he knew, a dialect over a thousand years old.

Athena's ears stayed down in embarrassment as she shuffled over to her seat. She'd never meant to sleep in, but getting up was not her thing. Definitely not. She'd much rather sleep in a nice, warm, comfy bed. Just thinking about it made her want to sleep on the desk... She didn't, though, and wished she had some coffee. Or food. Her stomach sent pangs of hunger to her brain, and she winced.

Ophiuchus smiled. <"Ophiuchus Akakios,"> he replied. He returned back the front of the room, and took out a lesson plan that the normal teacher had prepared. "So, your regular teacher isn't hear today, the lucky woman... that means I have to deal with you brats today, out of the kindness of my heart," he said sarcastically. He was well-meaning though.

"So, Western Herbs...." He looked back up at the class. "I assume you want to learn how to heal then? I means, herbs can be used for poisoning too, and if you dry them out right, then they can make great explosives in a pinch."

Lin's hopefullness disappeared quickly when she heard what he said about the explosives and poisons. She had thought it would focus on healing. Well, not being one to give up easily, she would simply force herself through this class and hopefully transfer out next semester. Besides, maybe she could learn what plants are poisonous and be able to create antidotes to them in her independent study.

She heard her roommate's stomach growl nearby her. Lin already had some herbs in her archery bag. So, she took some out and put them on her desk. She took a drop of magical water from her pendant and put it on the herbs. Small strawberries formed on them, but in a subtle way so that it would hopefully not catch too much attention.

She carefully reached over and put the strawberries on Athena's desk.
