She wasn't descending fast enough, which made her frown a little, feeling that there was too much draft where she was flying.

Coming in to land, she felt that this time she was coming at it too rough, and the machine bounced a little lightly against the springy grass. She had done it - three successful flights to this island, it's beauty awarding her with spoils once again.
She had two of the blessings, and this time, she picked the third, feeling that the vision of the fire was almost a sign. Finale would learn from this.

The hut with the gliders: possibly the most beautiful place in World's Edge, in Sarviur's rather biased opinion. It was routine now to slide a glider out and board it, settling in for what promised to be a tumultuous ride.

Sarviur's stomach turned, all of a sudden. Phantom fear snaked through his limbs, and he froze - but here was not a place to be frightened! Sarviur remembered the sweet, sweet voices, the ones that had told him that this was his holy duty. And of course it was!
