IRL Stuff: Eicelynne (ICE-LYN) 18, Engaged, a small child about 4 months old. Gaia Info: I have to admit I'm addicted to cards. Occupation: Studying at Aveda to become a hair stylist. Hobbies/Interests: Fashion, shopping, musicals. Yes a typical JAP. Favorites: Rent, Whicked, Hollister, American Eagel, Hot Topic, and for my son I'd have to say Carters. But my all time hands down favorite thing in the world is my son. Misc. I'm a eco friendly, tree hugging, hair cutting, finger nail panting, personal shopper-ing, singing on the top of my lungs, all around fun loving person.

Hi! My well...English name is Wynter, and my Hebrew name is Nediva, but my best friend calls me Wyn, Wyn, Wynter. LOL. I'm 16, and I was born and raised a few miles away from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have 3 brothers, my older brother and my twin little brothers.
On gaia I hang out in the Jigsaws a lot.
My job is labor and building things (Yes, I like that kinda stuff) I also work part time for a mechanic, but I'll get fired soon because of the baby, probably. I'm also in 10th grade.
I like building and fixing things (When stuff breaks the boys come to me for it...and for dinner) and I also like to cook and clean (All the mom stuff, lol)
My fav. pop band is Hey! Say! Jump!, fav. song is...IDK, I love a lot of things. I don't have a favorite brother, don't ask
Well...I'm pregnant with my ex's kid. *Joy* (sarcasm) No, but I love my baby

Yeah, I love to do that kind of thing, and I'm probably inheriting the construction business from my uncle, because my older brother hates being dirty.
I'm not typical whee

Shalom! (I'm terrible at these things but for you people, I'll try by using the magical cut/paste function from my request to join)
I'm Kat, I'm twenty and currently live in Melbourne, Australia. Truthfully, at the moment I don't have the honor of saying that I'm Jewish as I see many of you have been so blessed to have been born with a Jewish mother. But to cut a really long story short, My (to use such a romantic phrase) "spiritual journey" on life's road has lead me to accept G-d's Torah as not only truth but something that is really special to me. But right now I'm searching for an orthodox synagogue and a Rabbi somewhere nearby (This town is like Anglicanville 2000) so wish me luck!
But anyway, I have no idea what I'm doing on Gaia but once I saw that this group existed I was like "Judaism? Jews? Procrastinating on the internet?... How can I lose?"

Sounds like you and me are in the same boat! I'm going to convert after High School but until then I'm just hanging with these guys. Welcome to the JGG!

Converting can be really challenging. The Fabulous Prince Babel has made a great choice. I'd leave it until you have Puh-lenty of spare time.

Thank you to everybody for taking the time to say hello! I feel loved wink Quote: I'm going to convert after High School but until then I'm just hanging with these guys. Quote: Converting can be really challenging. The Fabulous Prince Babel has made a great choice. I'd leave it until you have Puh-lenty of spare time. Hmm, I completed High School last year (although that's a long and tragic story in itself) and I've had a ridiculous amount of free time on my hands in 2008 to read and study. Quote: By the way, Kat. This might help you out. wink http://www.walk2shul.com/search_shul.php Oh thanks so much, but I've already tried this and chabad.org with no success, the nearest synagogue being half an hour to 45 minutes by train which is obviously not really gonna cut the "Shabbat cheese" ... Sadly even with Australia's vibrant Jewish community, it's no USA and Jewish Australians are usually concentrated in certain areas (for obvious reasons). I will just wait until HaShem blesses me with the opportunity, but until then it's Noahide town for me honies.
