::Rather than speak a response to his old friend, Deity simply turns on his left heel, an extra sway to his hips showing the fact that he really isn't all that serious. It's then that he recieves a quick goodbye kiss and birthday wish from his old boss, Ryoko. Before continuing, he giggles softly with a silent nod to her before she vanishes. He then takes a step forward, following through with it and strolling casually towards and through the hallway, sighing softly to himself as he turns right, and then left, into the stadium.

Replacing the huge stands is now a flat, tiled floor, covered with bolted-down seats for spectators, about fifty of them. No need for more than one needs. Hopping up briskly into the 220x220 foot ring, Deity begins whistling softly, stopping once inside the ring about 60 feet. Here, his energy held very low and his long scarf catching up to his movements, he waits for Seph to arrive as well.::

::Unlike Seph, Deity really has no preparing to do. Aside from, perhaps...lifting his ahnds from his pockets and lifting them up, he unties his scarf from his neck, rolling it into a tight ball and turning to his right. He rears back his right arm and tosses it away and out of the ring. It lands with a slow roll in one fo the seats.

Wearing no special clothing and neither of his two weapons, Deity is as prepared for battle as he is going to get. He could possibly equip a super-light Orinian outfit, but there is no need, as he is fast enough already. He gives a shallow bow to Seph, before standing straight popping his neck to either side quickly. No matter how much battle may remind him of his past, he is too young as a demon to overcome the overwhleming power of his instincts. He is made to battle.::

::At the moment, anybody can tell that Deity's strength is a considerable deal lower than Seph's (probably...like...a 10 XD), but he still doesn't seem concerned that much. It could be that he knows they're friends. Or, it could be something else. As Seph charges, Deity remains still, balling his hands loosely into fists as his friend takes to the air.

As the beam pierces through the air at him, Deity's pale red eyes, hidden from view, narrow slightly, and he waits just a moment. The exact moment the beam reaches him, Deity's left foot suddenly crashes into it, sending it skyward. It slams into the stadium ceiling, shaking the building slightly. However, no damage is apparent to the structure, which is unharmed.

Curling his left leg back in and floating just a few feet off the floor now, Deity thrusts his right palm forward at nearly the same instant that he kicks the beam, his red eyes flashing brighter as a pinpoint kiai aims to strike Seph in the chin. If successful, it'll likely slow Seph down, or send him flipping back a little, as it hasn't enough physical force to plow him backwards.

If Deity is to miss, he will use the momentum of his left kick, and a bit of flight velocity, to backlfip and away from Seph, landing on both feet far enough away to see another attack coming his way. His ki never moved up or down while he attacked, but the kiai was surprisingly quite powerful.::
