Journals of LabTech909 Tuesday, October 26th, 2004 10:30 amIt's Tuesday already, I can't believe it. I hope that I won't get in trouble for skipping work on Monday. For some reason I couldn't get out of my bed for 3 days straight. Must be the cold that I had, but now I feel really good. In fact I feel more energetic then ever before and have a huge urge to work on that PBT. Weird, I usually hate work and rather play solitaire when no ones is looking. xp At least so far no one had notice me today. ninja Which is good. Any hoot, back to work. Ah Crap!!!! Just remember, 957 Home Internet Party was this weekend. Totally slept through the weekend without getting up for the party. I hope he doesn't hate me if I didn't go. I should go say sorry...er...maybe not.

Journal of LabTech 101 Tuesday, October 26th, 2004 3:03 pm
OMG I just woke up and everyone is telling me that it is Tuesday. eek Gosh, must've been all that moving of large metal containers I did all last week. sweatdrop Today life in the secret underground test facility has gotten a little weird. I mean, normally I absolutely LOVE working in a secret underground test facility, but today everyone is acting all weird. I think it might have to do with all the naps everyone is taking. As my mom used to say, "too much of a good thing can be bad for you." Well, everyone is kinda cranky today. I saw 137 in his cube today making really aggressive looking poses with his arms and hands. It was almost like he was trying to hold onto some kind of imaginary weapon or something. sweatdrop I mean, I used to make believe all the time, but we're working in a secret underground test facility for gosh sakes. sweatdrop Then, as I was heading down the hall, I noticed 138 looking in the mirror. She was also acting strange. When she came in today, I first noticed her with a hat on. And then every other time throughout the day, she had more and more things on her head(like a flower, or a hair clip, or glasses, etc). I could've sworn by the end of the day, she would've just toppled over from all the weight on her head! eek Anyhoo, maybe it's just me. I feel so tired today.... so drained. I also noticed that my hands are all raw. The skin on the pads of my palms seems irritated. What have I been doing all weekend!? crying

Journals of LabTech912 [October 26th, 2004]Pretty Colors In my lab But not on aminals Nope. Nope. Nope. That would be bad. Secret. I have a secret. And I'm not telling. Because I work in a secret underground test facility with guards roaming the hallways all the time with big scary guns and stuff. But... I know a secret...

Journals of LabTech722 Tuesday, October 26, 2004 6:30 PMWoke up this evening feeling refreshed and energized. The past few days feel like a distant dream. In fact, I don't even remember going to work today, or yesterday. I feel a sense of euphoria and giddiness that I only usually feel when I am at the card table. It's soooo great to be alive. One small thing worries me ... I was playing a game of Texas Hold'em and forgot ... does a straight flush beats a full-house? Oh well. When You wake up feeling this good, nothing phases you!

Journals of LabTech 957 Post:5Well, no one showed up for my Home Internet Theatre party. No one likes me, its the only explanation. NO ONE can resist a Home Internet Theatre System. Sigh... anyway, since I didn't see the point of having an Internet Home Theatre System I returned it to Best Fry's. No sense in owning something expensive if it can't even get you friends. *ANGST ANGST* As if I didn't already hate the world enough, I decided to head to G CORP the night of the would be party to get some work done. What I was was absolutely terrifying. THEY'VE BEGUN EXPERIMENTATION ON THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES!! WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?! I saw a couple of employees cleaning their lab space over and over and OVER. They were sweating and mumbling and had a funny tint to their skin. 722 was passed out on the floor. WHY WONT THEY LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES WITH THE ANIMALS??? Thank god I skipped out early on Friday night. I heard they were doing some sort of immunization but looks like they were doing some sort of MIND CONTROL EXPERIMENT OR WHATEVER. One false move and we'll all be under the G CORP spell of control. I've tried to warn everyone here. I'm prepared. I have a 6 month food supply, an underground bomb shelter, a diesel generator with lots of fuel, gas masks, reading material, and most importantly: MY BIG a** SHOTGUN!

Journals of LabTech909 Wednesday, October 27th, 2004 12:00 pmIt's now noon on Wednesday and I'm still working. I couldn't stop working. I'm constantly having this stong urge to keep on working. I had not yet slept, but I'm still feeling fresh like I'd just woken up from a good night sleep. It seems strange, but my productivity is getting better. I shell continue. I must get more coffee...I must work...I love working here.

Journals of LabTech912 [October 27th, 2004]Underground. Have you ever thought about that word? Under.... meaning below something else... and Ground... meaning earth. Gaia. ( mad d hehe. I made a joke.) But... If I'm under-ground then that should mean there's ground above me, right? And all I see are bright lights. That's not under-ground. I've decided to change it. I Work In A Secret (I Know A Secret! ) Under-Lights Test Facility. redface

Journals of LabTech 138 Wednesday, October 27, 2004 5:23 PMI've been working so much! And the weird thing about it is I don't feel tired at all. sweatdrop I've been doing data analysis for about 8 hours straight now and I haven't so much as gotten up for coffee or even gone to the little girls' room. I've never been this productive before, but if I keep this up maybe someone willl notice and give me a raise! :O I just got this cute shiny mirror and I keep looking into it. eek I found a lot of other cute things today and I usually put them at my desk, but for some reason I've been having urges to put them on my head instead. I have so many things on my head now that I don't even remember what all of them are. sweatdrop Weird how it all weights like nothing. Gosh, I think those headstands I do for yoga are finally paying off! Oh well, I'm going to force myself to take a break even though I'm not tired. I wonder what 137 is up to~ whee

Journals of LabTech 247 Wednesday, October 27, 2004 @ 11:25 PMThe data, it has been amazing! Productivity has been simply through the roof here at G Corp. Every tech has been working around the clock. Additionally, nobody is complaining about the work load, or even noticing the time pass. I've been doing vital sign charting the past 48 hours, and it feels like no time has passed at all. However, I filed the chart somewhere a few minutes ago, and I can't figure out where I put it. Regardless, I'm relaying my findings so far. Forget this G Corp encryption stuff- it takes too long, and every time we use it, Gambino comes down on us about security holes. Sometimes, I just hate G Corp. Anyway:
138 injected. She has been putting things on her head. This seems very odd, and I can't connect it to any of her behavior from before. If this is a behavioral change, then she had to be taking items from before, but there is no company records of that except for the wallet thing. Since that probably wasn't her fault, I can't place the cause of this.
101 injected. He seem to have mellowed out, and seems tired a lot of the time. This is counter to the injection's purpose. He expressed concern to me that was genuine and thought out. His napping has hindered his productivity as well. This could be a concern that might delay our product.
722 injected. He has also been fatigued. Though his symptoms seem slightly different than 101's. I can't remember what exactly, but they were just, different.
247 injected. I seem to be a bit irritable and forgetful as of late. While I don't experience the fatigue, I have been letting things slip my mind constantly. Like 722- OH!
722 injected. He has also been experiencing forgetfulness much like 247
247 injected. I seem to be a bit irritable and forgetful as of late. While I don't experience the fatigue, I have been letting things slip my mind constantly. Hopefully it is not anything permanent, as I hate overlooking things.
137 injected, but I haven't noticed any changes yet.
912 injected, but haven't seen any change. Very odd.
126 injected, but haven't seen any change either.
909 not injected. But for some reason, his productivity is up. This is good- he also seems very energetic about G Corp. Company enthusiasm I always applaud, especially if it emerges as a result of the productivity (or injection). However, I don't remember injecting him...
957 not injected. He has no idea what is going on, which is a good thing.
062 not injected.
I think that's everyone...
Overall, it would appear the injection is effective in 2/3 of the subjects when compared to our controls. Maybe the medicine isn't ready yet.
Digressing from my work into more personal things, I seem to be balding slightly. This is so not fair- I think the next experiment we need under cellular regeneration is hair regeneration. Because hair cells are important. They...make hair. I hate when it comes out too, I mean it isn't much, but hair being caught in the drain is so nasty. It's all slimy and has shampoo residue on it sometimes, and yeah- ick. It makes me shudder just thinking about it.
I suppose it's back to work now. I really shouldn't have signed up for night shifts. Nobody is around to talk to. Maybe I will fire up the company e-mail and respond to some messages. They seem to keep piling up.

Journal of LabTech 101 Wednesday, October 27th, 2004 11:35 pm I just woke up at my desk! icon_eek.gif OMG, it's 11:30 already! eek Gosh, where has the day gone? I've been walking around the secret underground test facility... it seems everyone has gone home. Except for my boss 247. I can hear the clickity-click-click of his keyboard. 247 isn't looking so good. sad His face is all pale and he looks like he's sweating alot. eek OMG my hands! eek The skin seems to be ripping off on my palms but it doesn't hurt. OMG I've got like pads on my palms! This is sooo cool! Kinda like those pads on the bottoms of rabbits feet. Whoa... this is SOOOO cOOL!! heart My daddy was a mechanic for 30 years before he retired, and he had the strongest, toughest hands. He always told me that if I wanted to have strong hands like him that I'd have to put them through heck. Gosh, all that moving really paid off! Look at me now dad! domokun

Journals of LabTech722 Thursday, October 28, 2004 6:40 AMI have been working straight through my shifts. I feel fantastic! 247 is a great boss. He is giving me an IV drip to keep me feeling good and ready to work. I feel like I am really reaching my full potential now with my gambling problem gone. I can only hope I will be as good an employee as 247 someday. Last night I had a somewhat disconcerting experience. It was around 2AM and I was deep in the recesses of sublevel 49 feeding the cannibalistic guinea pigs. I had the distinct feeling someone was behind me, watching me ... I continued hacking up the remains of failed experiments and tossing them into the guinea pig pens. I ran out of meat, so I went to the enormous stainless steel refridgerator at the end of the corridor to get more bodies ... I mean food. Anyway, I pulled out the food from the fridge. As I closed the door, I saw a reflection in the door that sent a chill straight up my spine. I mean, it couldn't be could it? I know what I saw, but it isn't possible! I whipped around. Nothing there. Was it my imagination, or did I really see the person I thought I saw standing in the doorway? LabTech013 is dead, isn't he? He was missing an eye!

Journals of LabTech137 Thursday, October 28, 2004 3:35 pmI dont know where to start. The last few days have been amazingly productive. Normally I TRY to get stuff done for G Corp but end up putting more time into my own interests *sigh* But now I'm really actually working wild overtime hours and cleaning my workspace and .. and... yeah well you get the picture biggrin Maybe I'm getting more stamina through the day from all these headaches and naps I seem to keep taking randomly.... Oh, and speaking of stamina, I think I'm going to ask LabTech 138 to come with me to Gambinos Halloween / Gino's birthday party on Saturday! Big events like these are perfect for getting a girl into the mood and showing her what a fun guy I can be in a crowd... well, at least I think I am biggrin Man she looks cute when she's balancing stuff on her head. I sure know how to pick em~! It seems everyones attitude has really picked up over the last few days and I'm really impressed with the amount of dedication to the company we are all showing ^_^ I think I will talk to LabTech 957 at the party and see if I can offer any kind of support. He seems to have taken the whole party thing pretty badly. On a side note, I think LabTech 101 has been spying on me. I could have sworn that I saw him peeking at me while I re-enacted my favorite scene from conan the barbarian at my workbench yesterday. wtf. Who knows what that guy is up to...? I can die happy. LabTech138 agreed to come to the big Halloween party with me smile It will be nice to finally relax some after such a hectic week at work and all these strange events. All of the other LabTechs are talking about the party too so it looks like most everyone is going ^^! Gambino himself checked in today and then ran out shortly after. I wonder what he plans to do for Gino at the party.. What a nice father biggrin I have to get cleaned up and get ready for the party ^__^ I'll wear my new shirt from the LabTech shopping network, as LabTech 138 also seems to enjoy their products smile

Journals of LabTech 126 [October 28, 2004]Where did the week go? After the incident earlier this week, I've been the most productive that I've ever been in my life. 912 and I have been pretty much working continuously since the incident... Well, Except for the blackouts. For some reason, every time I finish up my work, and think about this journal, I blackout. No idea why. I talked to 247, and he said that it was merely a side effect, and that it would pass. So, I politely asked him what it would be a side effect from, and then next thing I know, I was waking up in my office from another of my blackouts. Oh well, I thought, and went back to work. 247 is such a great guy. You know what I was just thinking, out of nowhere, that's just makes me want to scream out loud? I LOVE WORKING IN A SECRET UNDERGROUND TEST FACILITY. Or something. xd
