She froze. Crud, he had found her. Hearing him laugh she looked down. What was he laughing at? Now glaring, she said the obvious. “I climbed, how else would I get up here?” Was there another way, cause if there was she wanted to know! And yet a better question. How did she get down?

"Need help getting down?" He asked raising an eye brow at her. She didn't seem like she could get down. He could easily get up there grab her and jump down. It didn't seem too high. He smiled at her trying to get her not to be mad at him anymore.

She looked down at him through the branches. Should she take him up on his offer? It did seem really high, and today was not her day to die! How would he get up here without her falling if she were to say yes? Taking a risk she yelled down to him, “Yes please!”

He eyed the tree for a second as if he was studying it. Quickly he jumped at the tree digging his claws into it, almost slipping as his back claws didn't quite dig in fast enough. Getting it under control, he simply climbed up to her branch. He didn't walk out too far in case the branch would break. "Ok, come closer so I can grab you."

Watching him climb up the tree didn’t look that hard. Taking a tentative step towards him, she thought she heard a crack. Taking another, she jumped on him and used her little, non-hurting, claws to hold onto him. You know, just incase they the branch decided to break and whatever.

He lifted up his paw to hold her better. "Don't worry, I wouldn't let you fall." He said with a smile, then grabbed the back of her neck before jumping easily to the ground. He placed her down in front of him. " Just be careful when you climb trees. They can be dangerous." He said with a wink.

Her eyes were still tightly closed until she felt the hard ground on her paws. Opening one, she looked down, just to make sure. Letting out a sigh, both of her eyes opened and she relaxed and listened to his little speech. Of course they were dangerous. If she had been bigger it would have been easy to get down without his help. She looked up at him and noticed the wink. Did he think she was stupid for letting herself get stuck in a tree? Muttering a “thank you”, she looked down the ground again and just sat there, waiting to see what would happen next.

"I just don't want you to get hurt." He said sitting down next to her. He hadn't cared for someone before, so this was different. She was his first friend, what would he do if she got hurt on their first meeting? She'd probably never want to see him again.
"So, want to play something else?" He paused "Or perhaps explore the area?" He added.

So he just didn’t want her to get hurt. That was nice, that someone cared about her enough to look out for her. She heard him list off a few things they could do, and smiled. Lifting her head she decided quickly. “Let’s go exploring!” She got up and started walking. Then, noticing that she had no idea where she was going, turned to look back at him.
“Uh, where do you want to go?” She asked while laughing a little laugh.

He laughed with her. "Well, I have no clue! That's why we are going to explore, right?" He gave her a smile and a wink. There was a lot of place he hadn't been, and this place was one of them. Having just come here while walking just for no apparent reason. Sometimes doing good, sometimes not. This time good, seeing how he had found his first friend.
"Lead the way, and I shall follow." He said with a nod. She was the leader this time. Unless of course, something bad happened and he would have to protect her. But he didn't think anything bad would happen. He flicked his bobbed tail.

Hmm, she could lead the way. What fun! Looking all around her, she searched for a way to go. Picking the right, she pointed with her paw in the direction. “We’re gonna go this way!” Putting that foot down, she started her mini-adventure.
She didn’t know where she was going, and she probably would some how get hurt. But in her mind she was an explorer. Making her way through the wilderness, and facing unknown dangers!

"As you wish, Captain!" He said giving her a sort of solute with his paw. He followed after her. "this direction looks most promising." He said in a nod and a acting voice to give the game a little more meaning. Of course, he had never really remembered if he did this as a kid, but it was always fun to do it now too. He wagged his bobbed tail back and forth.

Now she was feeling like she was the, uh, captain? What was a captain? Stopping, she tilted her head around and gave him a questioning look. “What’s a captain?” A moment later, she remembered that she was on an adventure and shook her head. Swirling around she trudged along and shouted out to him, “Never mind! Onward!” And now, let the adventure begin.

"Ah.. Well it's what you call someone who's in charge." He said before she could say never mind. "I, I captain" He said with a smile. He followed her more going slow so he wouldn't accidentally bump into her.

Ambrosia was making her way through the forest, crawling with danger up every tree or behind every leaf. Her sidekick, aka Hakim, trailing behind her. She was in charge of him, and she suddenly felt like acting upon her captain duties. Never slowing, she turned and yelled out to him, “Hurry up, wouldn’t want to get left behind!”
