I'm going to be honest and say I really, really want a soq.
But anyway, I want the concept that I have provided not only because I really like the colors, but I also really like the image I gave as a reference. It's one of my favorite backgrounds you can use on Neopets (yay, nay?) and honestly just looks great. I love sunsets and sunrises and this is a great example not only of a sunset, but when an artist puts a moon in the background of it really just amazes me.
I think it really inspires a lot of imagination and fantasy and I just love it when an image does that. Not sure what else to put other than I love the color combinations along with the building architectures provided in it XD

Why do you want this concept? Mist is one of my most favorite OC's that i try to get in as many places as possible to keep her alive and the rp going. She's sassy, flirty, gorgeous and she knows it. She's the lively side to her dear quiet and serious mate. She started at the wolf shop Kells as a custom and just grew from there. She became mates with one of Yuki Bear's wolves (Quiet Fog) and started a huge family, all with water/weather related names, that was just so much fun to roleplay. Since then I've managed to get her in three other places, but sadly all the shops have long died, including Kells, so I'm now looking for some place to bring her back to life and rp her again. Why do you want this concept? Well I guess its very simple. For the last 5 years I have been a part of this shop, as active as my health and stressful home life would allow. I admit to having been flaky and spazzy sometimes forgetting to tag an RP, or failing to get back into contact with someone but I do my best.
In these years I have been here I have never been lucky enough to win a custom of my own and this isn't for a lack of trying! XD If I consult my list I have entered at least two dozen times with some extras like bribes. I will also admit to being a sore loser on occasion and lamenting my poor luck but who wouldn't after trying for so long?
My reason for trying for this contest and this concept is because I would love a chance to design something that is purely mine, and have the chance to shape its life from start to finish.
Cuddles is very special to me. He's an OC that started as just something silly when I was in middle school, and evolved into more. I am currently writing a story out, slowly due to my carpel tunnel, about his life and I think it would be neat to bring him to Soquili and give him the chance to live his life out here.
Who knows maybe his life will be completely different from my little dribbles I call a story or maybe it will follow what story line there is.
All I know is that I would like the chance to see where he goes.

Why do you want this concept? Honestly this is a new concept within the last year but I would love to see them made just as much as the concept I've had the longest. I do have a point though! I am friends with Kara and I've been crossing fingers with her that one beautiful male and her mare Tsumetai have foals. It has yet to happen and even though I already have plans with Tsumetai's twin brother, I wanted to have a male for her. Right now I don't and she's lonely with all the kids her brother seems to have magically gotten (Wishing star type thing where he got 4 kids haha). This was my result of making an awesome male mate for Tsume and well.. who can pass up twins of one idea. After the rambling, PLOTS is my reason for wanting these guys. I love the idea of these two because they are a contrast of each other but not in an extreme way. I've wanted siblings like this for awhile.

Why do you want this concept? This was inspired by Joey Graceffa through his videos and his book. Though it is through an inspiration, it's personality and markings are based on me. I've been dealing with a lot this year and it's not been easy by far. I stumbled upon his videos/channel by accident but it was an awesome thing. I listen to the song above almost every day and sometimes even more than once. I am dealing with depression and anxiety, though I am on medication it feels as though this year is worse than ever. I want this concept as a way to explore myself. That might sound cheesy and weird but I still live at home. It isn't an ideal situation and often times it doesn't make things better, sometimes worse.
I have a few weeks left of the semester and my emotions are all over the place. I feel confused, lost, stressed and just all together I'm questioning everything. I am not in the ideal situation (living) to explore what I really like or who I really am. Basically I recently discovered that I've changed to fit my mom's personality. I did it so I could get through, when I realized this, it just made me want to find myself even more. Listening to the song and watching Joey's videos every day is a huge help.
I think about what kind of person I want to be, who I can be and what I can do to inspire others. I've created characters in the shop with various personalities but this character is more personal. It's more personal because it is going to be starting from scratch. I say it because I am going to have it question its gender just as I am right now. I'm going to in a way put myself online in the form of this character, this soquili.
This shop has brought many friends my way and is a huge part of me. It has helped me realize a lot about myself and what I want to do with my life. I want to realize more within the shop and want to realize my true self through the shop. Even if I don't get the soquili this way, this opportunity alone has made me realize that it would be a good thing for me to do. So either way, thank you Phail!

Why do you want this concept? This concept is going to help springboard more of Astúcia Protecció's plots. I actually have plans to get pretty much all of his family at this point. He is on a never ending search for them all. This concept is for his two siblings, one brother and one sister. The sister is a purist through and through and believes that her family is in the wrong by thinking that lessers should be allowed to have any standing in society. Whereas his brother is of like mind of Astúcia and the rest of the family.
Astúcia was separated from his family during the Great Kalona war. They had already been driven out from their herds main area, into the outskirts of the territory. But during the war his family was targeted because of their kindness toward lessers. This caused his family to scatter. No one had noticed they had run in so many different directions until it had already happened. It was too late by the time - noticed. Since the way he has been on a search for his missing family. Wanting to find them all, including his sister. His son, Veraç Lili, and himself often leave their current herd to search out leads.
When the twins are obtained, Astúcia will meet his sister again first. This is important simply because she is going to bring a lot of conflict to his life. Often trying to trick his son and himself into doing bad things. She is capable of plenty of other devious things, but these would progress rather slowly, since her entire intention is just to get her brothers to understand that lessers are not good enough to have a standing in life. This is important for her to prove, no matter how long she has to try. Eventually I'm thinking that she is going to break and go out on a spree of some kind. Either torturing lessers, or outright killing them and leaving them for her brothers to find.
As for the brother, he will be the saint of the family. Although Astúcia himself is not a bad guy, his brother is everything good in the world. The twins are polar opposites. He will be trying his hardest to clean up all the terror his twin causes, but from the shadows. Astúcia will not know he is there until much later. Probably not until after their sister has her break, or at least right before. This is when he will be at his most aggressive to bring their sister back toward the light.
The only thing that hasn't been decided is if it will work. If she will be remorseful. If she is not, I think that cursing her might actually be the next logical step. Whereas if it does work, she is going to be completely broken over what she has done. As tame as a mouse. This will completely give her personality a 180.

Why do you want this concept? Okay, so there are so many reasons why I want this. It's been a rough year, filled with blessings and trials. And I'm not the only one, it's been a rough year for a lot of people.
So part of the reason I want this breeding is that Karloff is a very special story to me. He fell in love with Ailbhe and struggled with his identity. They raised an abandoned foal together and there are many more plots coming from that. Barraccus returned and Karloff believed that Ailbhe had been killed (we broke the lifemating when I could not reach Elf for months). Ultimately, he could not love anyone else and he could not get over it. And now, they're going to find each other again. Because love conquers all, and they're going to fight against the walkers especially Barraccus to make the world safe for their impending family. This is one of my oldest couples and I want it as much for their story as for the long hard year Elf has had. And because it's been a joy to find my friend again when I thought she'd left gaia.
So win or not, we still win.

Why do you want this concept? Regin is from a 2010 TT breeding. Her mother was my 2nd soq that came soon after my first. I had been questing a soq for two years before I got my first and then my second from the WoW event.
It was my very first breeding I was so excited but oneironym(the owner of the dad) and I have always felt Regin could have looked a little more like her family line. It would have been nice if she had gotten any of her dads armor edit or either of her parents edited sassy short manes.
I would like the chance to get her re-customed because she was my first breeding, first twisted tunnel win and her parents are my first lifemated pair. She a girl of many first for me.
Also she has a lifemate and offspring already so re customizing her is not about trying to find her better breeding offers. It's about her being really special to me and I always felt a little sad that she looks so different from her siblings. Why do you want this concept? Laurelin and Chimalso were my very first heavily RP'd pair. Oura and I were convinced for quite a while that they would never work together--Chimalsi had too many issues in his own head. He was slave to a figment he called 'Beloved', whom he showered with beautiful trinkets deep within a cave. This 'Beloved' was possessive and cruel, and once Chimalsi found Laurelin, 'she' began to punish Chimalsi for enjoying time with another. Laurelin and a young mare named Alyssum were able to fend off 'Beloved' and rescue Chimalsi from himself, giving Laurelin and Chima a happy end that I never thought they'd achieve. To be honest, you can't go wrong with this band. All their songs are amazing.
This concept was also partly inspired by this band, leastways I designed her while listening to them and ended up naming her after them since I loved the name so much.
Why do you want this concept? This girl is one of my oldest and most developed characters. She's close to my heart and embodies many things I value in the world. To list a few:
She's a fighter, having endured much in her life and not always necessarily coming out on top. All of it has made her who she is, and, in the end, she has found that is what matters. Her name means 'victory rose,' the important aspect being 'victory.' It is not always linear, but it is always earned.
She's wise. Each and every one of her experiences has contributed to this aspect of hers, and she is keen to impart that wisdom onto others who are willing to receive it. She has a thirst for knowledge, always seeming to go out of her way in order to learn more.
She is equal parts fighter as she is healer. She lives in an extremely harsh area, cold and unforgiving. The frozen lands are no place for the weak, and many have succumbed here. She's adapted and lives almost comfortably in this land. Should she encounter someone in need of aid, she assists him, helping him on his feet and guiding him to safety.
Their is still an air of mystery about her. While she herself is not magically affiliated, she seems to disappear in the snow, coming and going as she pleases. It goes back to the idea of searching for knowledge, for, as much as one may believe he knows, there is still more to learn.
I have yet to get her in any shop that I frequent, and it is something I would like. It has taken me some time to adapt her style to the B/C, but I feel that I am finally satisfied on this design on which I have settled. I am excited to see her, no matter where I attain her. She's a special character, a joy to play and great to play with others. My hope is that others find her as interesting and special as I do.

Body: White with some silver tones and light gray dappling on her rump, similar to Andalusian horses. Please keep her muzzle white, though.

Expression: Glaring
Mane: Long, black mane, maybe extending just beyond her chest [definitely not passing her elbows, though]. Think messy front; long, in the back.
Tail: Raised wolf tail. Nothing too big, just about the size it would be on a normal wolf, haha~ Coloring should be white and gray [similar to her coat], perhaps ending in black?
Hooves/Fetlocks: Stock canine paws [all four legs] with medium length fetlocks, please~

Jewelry: Arm bands just below her elbows.
Roses: Dark red roses pinned at the base of her right [our left] antler. I'd like for her ear to be visible, still, but, if not, it's no big deal! Perhaps a few roses just behind her hind leg as well?

I'm sorry did I say winner? I meant... winners.
That's right, you heard me. Honestly, so many of your concepts appealed to me so much (I WANT TO BUY ALL OF YOU SOMETHING LE CRAI) that on my first pass through attempting to make a short-list, I realised I'd listed over half the entries in this thread. I then came to the very painful conclusion that I was really going to have to cut it down, and this was not an easy task. As it stands, I was absolutely unable to narrow it down to just one person.
That said, I can still only cash-in one thing per month. So, provided I get approval for my cash-ins, I want to get these three winners their concepts over the next three months.
So now the moment you've all been waiting for 8D
