Darren thanked Bolt as the Pichu returned with another handful of tickets and let the Pichu climb up onto his shoulder for a bit of rest. Together they watched with awe as Sable masterfully chucked balls at cardboard cutouts of pokemon, and Darren gave a few quiet claps as she finished the game with a perfect score. "That was amazing! You're really good at that! Are you gonna try the master level now?" He inquired curiously. In the meantime, he took up a ring toss booth instead to try his hand at. He managed to land two of the three rings at least, which earned him a nice, sizable 5 tickets. Then Jin came back to greet them, asking what they were up to. Darren smiled at the Zorua. "Just a bit of fun and games~ How'd your scouting go? See anything worth a few tickets at the prize booth? I'm pretty curious." He replied.

Also shouldn't be too hard to hit 50 posts in less than a month, I mean i'll be making a minimum of five posts a day with Darren's Pichu running around the games while Sable and Darren go exploring, so a little more than five times a day probably with Darren >w< But I would rather secure this Crystal shard before anything else.
Next Zero decided to try his hand at one of the fishing games. He didn't quite want to try the Wailmer challenge like Isis had, but he still wanted to go for something with a decent payout. So he went for the middle-weight class. Unfortunately though, it seemed he was a little too slow for the catch, and by the time he'd gone to pick up one of the tiny fish, his paper net had dissolved too much to keep anything inside. It instantly ripped around the Whiscash he'd gone for, leaving him with only a single consolation ticket. He was a little disappointed, but it was nothing worth getting hung up over, and since the owner didn't make any weird comments about seeing him again, he decided to just get up and move on to the next game.

Following his utter failure at the fishing game, Zero found some redemption in the Wheel of Fortune. Making his way over there, he was greeted by the man in a fancy suit standing next to it. "Ah, you're back! Here to test that great luck of your's again?" He asked, much to Zero's confusion.
"I... don't know what you're talking about. This is my first time here." He moved to the adjacent side of the wheel preparing to spin it.
"Nonsense!" The man shouted as the wheel began to spun. "You won the jackpot just a moment ago." The man grinned widely like the ringleader at a carnival, which only got bigger as the wheel came to a stop. "And look at that, so close to yet another. Here's your tickets lad." Zero took the scraps of paper and put them with the rest, still looking rather confused. That made two people who'd seen him at their stands earlier, though he'd only gone to each of them just then. It puzzled him, but as he started to think about who the only suspect was, a tent with a few arcade cabinets caught his eye, and he knew what he was playing next.

Going with something he wasn't quite familiar with, Zero decided to play a fighting game next to one of the shooters. While someone else played next to him, he beat his way through a handful of colorful characters in a tournament bracket. Unfortunately though, he wasn't quite used to the controls by the time he'd come up on a particularly difficult opponent. He brought a fist down on his leg as he watched the letters "K.O." come up on screen in large, red text, followed by small white "Continue" prompts with a timer for how long he had to do it. But, Zero didn't feel like another round yet, so he simply pressed "No" and took his one ticket.
He let out a sigh as he got up, but glanced off at the person who was playing the shooter next to him. Seems they'd finally lost, getting a bit of a low score, but landing on the leaderboard anyway. Unfortunately, his eye twitched slightly when he saw a name about half-way up. His name. He doubted it was really someone _else_ who happened to have been named Zero, but he ended up asking the guy at the cabinet anyway. "Hey, do you know who got that high score? The one listed as 'Zero'?"
The guy turned his head slightly, still typing his name into the leaderboard. "That wasn't you? Huh, weird. There was a dude who looked, like, exactly like you a minute ago. Just a different outfit."
That was all Zero needed. His eye twitched again, before he thanked the dude for his help. He then moved back over to Isis, who'd tagged along doing her own thing while he played. "Hey, Isis, where's Yang's ball?" There was really only one suspect who'd be running around as him right about now.

Sable grinned a bit at Darren's congratulations as she put the Dusk Stone pendant around her neck."You'd better believe I am~"she said, then turned to the man running the booth while the two boys went off to play with rings and milk bottles."Well, I guess you earned your shot, but I'm warning you: It's a lot harder than the other three modes,"the man said as he pulled out ten colored balls that looked like little Master Balls and handed them to the female trainer."Good luck. You'll need it,"he said, then started up the game.
It looked like Sable didn't need much luck at all, though. The Entei, Raikou, and Suicune that were quickly sliding past got pelted with one ball each, taking care of the ground portion. For the moment Sable ignored the Celebi cutout constantly flipping around since that one would require a lot of luck or careful watching. The Ho-oh, Articuno, and Zapdos all got pelted with one ball each as well, being fast but not quite fast enough. It took Sable two balls to get the Moltres, but even then it seemed she was lucky as the first one, the one that missed the bird, ended up hitting the Celebi right as it flipped over. All that was left was the Lugia, and she ended up hitting its tail as it zipped past, not a clean hit but enough to count apparently.
Sable giggled a bit as the game ended while the man running the booth blinked with widened eyes."You... You..."he started, then shook his head before grabbing a purple pot with holes in it off the top shelf."I... Honestly didn't expect anyone to beat that difficulty... Anyway, I'm sure someone like you will get a lot of use out of this,"the man said as he handed Sable the pot. To Sable, it sounded like there was something inside of it and she opened the lid to see a little cloth bundle inside. The man gave the teen a light chuckle as he saw her confused expression."That is a special incense that attracts Pokemon of a certain type. There are eighteen different bundles and each one attracts a different type. Unfortunately, they're all packaged the same way so the only way to tell what type it attracts is to light the bundle and its contents and let it burn."Sable nodded at the explanation and replaced the lid before pulling out one of her spare bandannas, tying it around the pot so that the lid didn't come loose, then carefully tucking her new pot of incense into her pack.
Jin, meanwhile, was tossing rings with Darren."Well, yeah, for me. Most of the stuff I'd like to get for sis takes up a lot of tickets, though. I mean, I guess I could get her some berries or a TM. It'd take fifty tickets at the most for a TM and thirty tickets for the rarest berries,"he explained as one ring landed around the bottle and one ring missed."There's hold items for fifty tickets, too, but the best stuff takes one, two, and even three-hundred tickets. I think it was some beads that protect against ghost and dark moves, a fan to help flying moves, a drum to pump up Pokemon, a lantern that attracts ghosts, and an umbrella that makes water moves less effective during rain."The third ring ended up around the last milk bottle, winning Jin five more tickets. He wasn't too miffed about it since he knew he was doing better than most people."Personally, I'm hoping to save up three-hundred so I can get sis one of those Mega Stone things. Probably a Beedrilllite or a Pidgeotite, although with how she is, an Absolite might be a safer idea."
Jin chuckled a bit as Sable walked over to him and Darren, her new prize tucked in her bag. "So, anything you have your eye on, Jin?"the teen asked as she noticed that Jin quickly stopped talking about prizes when she came over. Jin just smirked a bit before frowning and tilting his head."Uh, hey, how are we gonna divvy up these tickets when it comes time to turn them in?"the black-haired male asked, earning a tilted head from his own trainer."What do you mean? Yours are yours and mine are mine. We'll figure things out from there,"she assured the disguised Zorua, figuring that if he was good enough to earn his own tickets then he should get what he wants with them.

With the ring toss done Jin decided that he wanted to try some arcade games."Come on, you tried last time. Now it's my turn~"he said as he made his way to the tent, causing Sable to huff."Fine, fine. but that means I get two turns at the ring toss since you got to try it twice,"the female countered, getting a grin from Jin in return."Deal~ Now to show these people how games are really played!"
For all his bravado, though, Jin ended up scoring worse than Sable at the game and only got three tickets. The disguised Zorua had narrowed eyes as his trainer silently smirked at him."Alright, fine, these games are hard. It just means we need to do better the next time we come around to here,"the dark type said as he pocketed his tickets, annoyed that he got his butt handed to him so easily by an AI. He was almost sure there was a Porygon or Rotom in there laughing at him. Probably.

Tracking Jin and Sable's ticket gains seperately. XD It's still only the one roll per day and, together, they'd have the same amount as if I kept track singly, it's just keeping track of who wins what here. From the way things were looking, throwing stuff was definitely Sable's area of expertise. After the workout the ball toss game had given her, popping ten balloons with darts was child's play."What can I say? While Darren might have been able to keep from cooing over all of the adorable tiny water Pokemon, Sable was not able to hold back that urge. From the tiny Wailmer all the way down to the pea-sized Remoraid, Sable hovered over all the bowls and made a sort of sound somewhere between a whimper and a coo."They... They're all so tiny... And so cute... Why tiny equals cute I don't know, but they're adorable..."Jin just smirked at his trainer's expression, not having realized that she would react in a way so unlike what he'd seen so far of her but not really minding the sight.
Even though she knew better than to try for the big challenge, when she noticed the tiny, shiny Magikarp in one of the fish bowls she knew she had to try and catch one. The person running the booth handed her one of the flimsy paper nets, but just as Sable reached over to dip the net in the bowl one of the Magikarp splashed out, slammed into the net to break it, then landed back in the water. Sable blinked a few times in disbelief, then pouted as she was handed a single ticket by the laughing booth attendant. That Magikarp was going to be hers! ...Eventually.
Leon ended up changing his clothes before moving along the games, and Autumn took an interest in the dart game this time. Autumn only managed to hit one balloon, which earned 2 tickets. It was a bit disappointing, and Leon could tell Autumn was almost frustrated enough to just energy ball all the balloons. The raven haired male intervened, patting her on the back. "It's fine. You can't win them all, Autumn." he told her, walking back over to where he left Kai.
He then got a message from Isis. Wait... she's here? Now? On Island Four? Leon was going to respond, but noticed that Kai had walked off into the crowd. "Kai, where are you going?" Leon questioned, then followed him. The gator had caught wind of a familiar scent and wandered off to find the source. Sniffing about, Kai finally found the person he smelled. "Grr!" he grunted, then came up behind the blond. He then licked the back of her neck, which was exposed due to her hair being up.
At this time, Leon finally caught up, smirking. "Ha, seems Kai found you first, Isis." Leon commenting, moving to stand beside Kai. Autumn stood on the other side of her trainer, golden gaze observing the blond with interest. "Glad you could make it! You look beautiful, by the way, Isis." Leon smiled to the blond, then saw Zero nearby. Or... wait, was that ANOTHER zero? huh... "Uh... Hey, Zero. How's it going?" he questioned, unsure what to say about seeing TWO of him. It was certainly odd, but... well, he knew there must be something up. Maybe some jokester pulling a prank or something.

✿ ❀ Isis looked at Zero curiously as he asked her where Yang's ball was. "Huh? Why would you--" Then it dawned on her. All the people recognizing Zero, the score on the arcade game, and yet this was the first time Zero had been here. "Ohhhh....." Isis groaned, grabbing Yang's pokeball and opening it up. Nothing. Zero's guess was on the mark with his guess. "Ugh, you've gotta be kidding m--EEK!" Isis stiffened, a shiver running up her spine as she felt something, or someone lightly lick the back of her neck. Automatically she assumed it was Yang, doing weird, creepy things to her now that he'd been found out, but as she turned to deliver him a hard slap, she froze as she instead saw a Feraligatr.
This wasn't just any Feraligatr though, this was Kai! "Kai!!!~" Isis grinned, throwing her arms around the gator and giving him a big hug. Leon wasn't too far behind either it seems, as Isis heard him chuckle and observe that Kai had managed to find her first. "Haha yeah~" She giggled, letting go of Kai and turning to Leon as he commented that she looked beautiful. "Why thank you~ I rea--" She began, but stopped short as she saw Leon and his outfit. "...Real... Really... Uh... I U-uh...." She stammered dumbly, looking away quickly. Arceus this was embarrassing. Yes, Leon looked really good in his outfit, but the really embarrassing thing was her reaction to it. Her face was practically burning with frustration and irritation.
Leon's attention had shifted to Zero however, so Isis hoped maybe he hadn't noticed. She didn't want him getting a swollen head or anything. Little did she know the Yang-ified Zero was behind them, frozen as Leon seemed to catch a glimpse of both Zeros. The Zorua panicked and darted away on all fours in his Zero form so that he at least had a head start in case Isis or Zero caught on and chased after him. ✿ ❀

Zero watched the gears turn in Isis' head the same way they did in his, nodding as she seemed to understand. He let out a sigh as she went for Yang's pokeball, confirming his suspicion that he'd snuck away. However, he practically jumped out of his skin with Isis when he looked to see a massive blue gator right behind her, taking a big lick of her neck. He was about to question where it came from, but a vaguely familiar voice told him who it was. He grimaced inwardly when he saw Leon standing beside his starter pokemon.
He went on to compliment Isis on her attire, though it seemed he seemed a little awkward when addressing Zero himself. He opened his mouth to ask about it, but was cut off when he realized Isis stammering about the raven-haired trainer's attire. Or, perhaps, lack there of, depending on how you looked at it. He couldn't stop a little of the grimace he'd had inside him from curving his lips downward, now just looking a little saddened. He sighed, shaking his head slightly, before turning back to Leon, taking note of the grey streak in his hair. "Better, I guess. Done... coping, I guess. Anyway, weird question, but you didn't happen to see another me did you?"
Before he could get an answer though, Zero happened to glance behind them, before snapping right to the Yang-him as he started to run off. "Found Yang." He said, now having trouble containing his annoyance anymore. Unfortunately, it seems the Zorua was going to be what he took some of it out on. He swiped the button on his Charizard's pokeball, who emerged just outside of the tent, the Yang-him in his view. "Ashen, go get him." A little confused at first from the two Zeros, the Charizard complied after a half-second to take note of what the real Zero's scent was. Then, he took off into the air, flying a few feet above the crowd and quickly moving to catch up with Yang. The silver-haired trainer thought that this might've been overkill, but at this point, little late to call Ashen off.

Darren smiled and nodded as Jin gave a quick summary of what he thought of the available items in the ticket booth. "Well that's nice that you're trying to get her something. Don't you want anything for yourself? Don't you have any pokemon?" He asked, tilting his head a bit to one side. He still hadn't nearly caught on that Jin wasn't human, or a trainer. "Still, that stuff sounds really useful. I'll just have to focus on getting a lot of tickets then, so I can try and get some of those rarer things." Darren said thoughtfully, though he was somewhat distracted, watching Sable take on the legendary ball throwing game. She was amazing to watch, certainly no amateur. He had already finished his ring toss anyways, so he was content to watch Sable work, and end up winning a prize that looked very familiar.
He tagged along as Sable and Jin went back and forth, playing a few games, Sable getting better luck than Jin, but Darren was more focused on the purple object that Sable had won. It wasn't until sable had lost out trying to catch a tiny shiny magikarp that Darren finally recognized what the object was, and where he remembered it from. "Oh!!! Oh oh oh! An Odd Incense! That's right!" Darren blurted abruptly, probably startling Sable and Jin, since they had long moved on from the topic that Darren had been puzzling over for a long time.
Darren blinked a few times as he realized what he'd done and folded his hands behind his head, grinning and blushing a bit. "Heh, sorry, I met a kind boy in Viridian Forest a while before I met you two. He had an Odd Incense like the one you won Sable, I remembered that I really wanted to try and find one because of it's effects, and the boy had suggested I get one for myself for my research. Man, I hope they have more of those... Hey Jin, you didn't happen to see any of them on the shelves at the ticket booth did you?" Darren inquired. "Either way.... Did you guys uh... Wanna go check out another island? I'm curious to see what else these places have in store. This place is Four Island, so maybe we could go start at One, and move from there?" He suggested, indicating the Seagallop behind him, and once they were all settled and agreed, Darren led the charge onto the ship to shove off towards One Island.

The conversation lapsed into silence for a while before suddenly starting back up again and on a topic that made Sable blink."Uh, yeah, that's what he said it was. Why?"she questioned, then listened quietly as Darren explained about the other person he met in Viridian Forest before the whole bug catcher problem. Jin nodded along, then grinned when asked about the prize booth."Yeah, I did. They're in the two-hundred ticket section, but they're there. They also had a paper lantern in the one-hundred ticket section that does the same thing but only for ghost types, if you think that'd be a nice thing to shoot for in addition to the incense pot."Upon being questioned about the possibility of heading to a different island, both Jin and Sable nodded before following Darren to the ship and heading for One Island.

Kai's tail wagged as Isis turned around and hugged him. A happy growl rumbled in his chest as he returned the hug, managing to be quite gentle with his claws so he didn't mess with her clothing. After she pulled back, he let her go, then looked between the two Zero's, managing to stare at the fake zero for a bit. Leon grinned as Isis turned to see him. Was his attire too much? Too little? Something seemed to affect her speech, but luckily, he turned his attention to Zero instead. "Ah, that's good. Um... well, in fact... You seem to have a twin nearby. I was kinda wondering what that was about..." Leon responded, giving the other male a questioning look. Soon, the other Zero took off running, and the real zero sent out a mega charizard to chase it. Autumn seemed to roll her eyes at the situation, staying put. But Kai seemed to be very interested in chasing down the copy. The Gator got down on all fours and bolted after the copycat with amazing speed. Ashen managed to get ahead, blocking off the way for the mischief maker, and Kai quickly came up on his tail. The Gator picked up the zorua by the nape of his neck in his mouth, ignoring his complaints and yelps. Kai snorted, managing to give the Charizard something like a thumbs up as thanks for the help before lumbering back to the group.
"Ah... a Zorua then?" Leon commented as Kai returned, an unusually colored zorua struggling in his jaws. Kai was carrying the zorua in his mouth just like a momma persian. He definitely needed a picture of that. He took the picture as he got closer. "Heh, good job, buddy!" Leon grinned as Kai sat back on his haunches in front of Isis, holding the Zorua out towards her in his mouth. Though he protested a lot, Isis returned him and the troublemaker was put away. "Gro." Autumn stated, a bit of a nudge to make her presence known. "Heh, sorry about that... This is Autumn. Autumn, This is Isis and Zero." he said, first apologizing to the grovyle before introducing her to the two of them. She seemed pleased with the introduction, giving a quiet nod in greeting to each of them.
Leon couldn't contain it any longer, and moved in to pull Isis close to him, a light blush touching his ears. "So... Isis... You ready for our date? I did promise to meet any expectations you may have." Leon smiled, then hugged her close, lifting her up off the ground slightly and spinning a bit with her in his arms. His blush deepened a bit as he did so. "I've been looking forward to having this chance with you! I'm pretty excited about it, too! I hope I wasn't bothering you with all my texts... I'm just... soooo happy!" he beamed at her, setting her back down to her feet, but still holding her close. Kai gave a grunt in obvious agreement to the excitement, tail wagging.

✿ ❀ Isis glanced over towards the fleeing Zero copy as Zero growled something about finding Yang, grabbing Ashen's pokeball off his belt. "H-hey Zero, wait, you don't need to--!" Isis tried to hold him back, but the poor Zorua soon had a mega charizard and a excited, surprisingly fast Feraligatr on his tail. The image of Zero was soon cut off by Ashen and then picked up by Kai, reverting Yang back to his Zorua form as Kai lazily carried him back over. Isis giggled and took the white ball of fluff into her arms and attempted to calm him down as he made noises of panic and protest, using many scattered voices to help him try and explain himself. "Shhhh.... Breathe Yang, what's going on? Why were you running around as Zero...?" Isis coaxed the Zorua, who suddenly grew a bit bashful and dug out his pile of tickets, handing them to Isis. "Aw~ For me? Well thank you Yang, that's sweet of you." Isis smiled, and Yang perked up a bit, fluffy tail wagging as Isis placed a kiss on his forehead and returned him before Zero tried to strangle him. She knew how Zero felt about Yang changing into him, but this time seemed innocent enough, only taking on a human form to play the games around them and win Isis some tickets.
After that was taken care of, Isis smiled up at Leon as he seemed to catch on. "Heh, yeah, that was Yang. He likes to use the images of other people and cause mischief most of the time, but he's pretty sweet when he wants to be." Isis explained with a chuckle. Isis brought her attention then to the Grovile who wanted an introduction. "Woooow! That's a beautiful color of Grovile!" Isis grinned, unable to help but snap a picture. "Hello Autumn, it's nice to meet you~" Isis greeted here.
However before she could snap more pictures of the Grovile, Leon suddenly pulled her close and babbled excitedly about their date, even going as far as lifting her off the ground. Isis giggled and squeaked as she felt her feet lift off the ground. "Hee~ Well I suppose I'm as ready as I'll ever be! Heh..." She felt a light blush touch her cheeks as well and tried desperately to suppress it, but it was kind of funny seeing how excited Leon was for their get-to-know-each-other date. "Oh gosh no, the texts were fine! Really, they didn't bother me... Though we might have overdone it a little..." She chuckled, recalling how bad she felt having to pull away from her friends every few minutes to reply to Leon. Still, maybe when all the excitement settled down and he'd had his date, he would be content for a while, at least enough to let Isis spend some time with her other friends when they had their beach party, but for now she would certainly try to enjoy their date and see just where exactly it left them.✿ ❀
