"Uh...?" Lamia was a little surprised at just how distraught Melanie was. It looked like the girl was having more of an internal crisis than the external one she was convinced she had. "Wait, I... Bye." She really wanted to go after her, but Janus needed her help right now. Sensing her energy, the Succubus waited until the redhead was gone and the last of the stragglers had gone before deploying her wings. Hang on, Jan... I'm coming.
Finding the GoD was simple enough. In her demon form she was pumping out more than enough energy to be sensed from where she was in relation to Lamia, though the queen wouldn't know that for sure until she got there. As soon as she landed she saw a Janus she hadn't seen in at least a couple centuries, and also one she hadn't seen ever in factoring in the tail. The last time she saw that thing was when they turned Melanie. "You really can't stay outta trouble, can you?" Said the second oldest Succubus drifting down to the battlefield next to Setsuko. She kept her eyes on the battle and spoke to Setsuko. "... You look tired. Why don't you just sit this one out? Janus and I will handle this." She didn't mean it to be insulting, but Setsuko didn't look like she should be fighting with a Fallen and some other guy who was giving Janus hell. I hope this crazy b***h knows what she's doing. That thing looks... Dangerous.
Meanwhile, in the fight... Janus was nearly knocked in the teeth by Gonicarlo's kick. If it wasn't for the strange "gift" from Setsuko that would have probably been the case, but distracted the GoD didn't even notice it appearing--talk about minimally invasive!--with a mind of its own to bat the foot away like a third hand.
From there she was able to spin away from Gonicarlo and into Kesshin's attack. A small cut was made on her right shoulder with the great sword which burned far too much to be made by a regular blade; the eyes of the GoD widened before narrowing to compensate. Immediately the tail, now facing Gonicarlo, would strike at the demon to buy her time to deal with the Fallen
Using her illusory abilities Janus was moving very fast and leaving multiple afterimages of herself. The tricky thing about this was at some point she "replaced" herself one of the afterimages. The normal assumption of this technique was the one in front was always the real one, but as Kesshin would soon find out that wouldn't be the case. One illusion went to uppercut him, while the rest rushed around in circles. The real Janus was aiming to knock the sword's broad side hard and bat the defense of the Fallen away to leave him vulnerable for her next attack: a strong side kick to the face. Somewhere in this she caught a Succubus in the corner of her eye: Lamia... With wings?
"What're you doing here!?" She shouted while continuing her attack.
"Ha, I thought you'd never ask." Lamia flipped her hair spread her wings. "I don't know how to say this, but it looks like you could use some help there..."
"Shut up!" Janus sounded stressed; Lamia sighed.
"Wow, I was just kidding. You're seriously, aren't you?" Taking her attention to her power, since it'd been so long, Lamia began to glow. It started with her eyes, and rolled down, flooded out, until she was coated in an unworldly aura which could be called divine if the observer didn't know better. It was the tone of the Sakura, the sun bouncing off the evening tide, and strawberry all in one, and it felt like the first cool breeze of Fall.
"You're a real pain in the a**, you know that?"
"Yeah yeah, just help already!" Lamia rolled her eyes.
"Alright, but you owe me." With the Queen rushed in at Kesshin, hoping to catch him off guard in dealing with the illusions.

Kesshin said, and he wasn't lying its had been awhile since anyone could stand their ground against both Gonicarlo and himself, though Kesshin was confident that it wouldn't last to long if she kept playing around like he was. When Janus started to step it up a bit Kesshin chuckled a bit, he placed his other hand on the hilt of his sacred gear now holding it with both hands, spread his feet apart and bending his legs as if he was going to take off running, he positioned his greatsword so that the tip was facing his back readying it for quick action. Kesshin studied the afterimages closely but soon was getting bored of it, "I'd say only demons would do such a dirty trick but I know that thats not true." Kesshin said hoping Janus could hear him, "Now watch this..." He thought to himself, Kesshin saw one confronting him head on which anyone battle hardened soldier would know that an enemy using a tactic like this wouldn't be attacking from the front, either the rear of his flanks, but again it didn't matter because the moment he saw movement Kesshin swung into action spinning around at high speeds as his sword swung with him, it was the perfect defense against opponents who surrounded him from all sides but in this case whichever way Janus was coming from she had better watched out or she would lose her head.
Kesshin continued to spin as he heard another voice their, her presence was different, Kesshin felt like he wasn't playing around with some little girl like he was with Janus, he caught a glimpse of the woman while he was spinning and she was heading right for him, "DAMN IT! AND YOU WERE JUST MY TYYYYYYYYPE!!!" Kesshin shouted passionately as his sacred gear began to glow a heavenly green glow. Kesshin had ignited his Drive Buster, confident that his other attack fended off Janus for the moment Kesshin's lower body made a hard stop, as Lamia rushed in at him, his upper body on the other hand kept going in the swinging motion as if Lamia was a baseball and Ethereal was his bat, "Gonicarlo! Heads up!" Kesshin shouted warning him that he might have wanted to pursue some evasive maneuvers, Kesshin know Gonicarlo knew what would happen next, this wasn't the first time they had fought together before throughout history after all. If he made contact, his blade would let out an explosion of green ethereal energy, which was nothing to him being bathed in it constantly but the raidius was wide enough to potentially take out all the demonic contenders near him, meaning Lamia, Janus the tail and even Gonicarlo.
Gonicarlo smirked as he flipped onto his feet only to be met by the tail. The tail hit hard but stopped on his sacred gear, Gonicarlo grabbed the tail tight. His sacred gear hard as metal and razor sharp. Gonicarlo heard Kesshin yell but didn't dodge instead he jerked the tail trying to throw the god into the blast as it hit him his clothes being blasted to shreds.
Gonicarlo sacred gear covered his body like armor, as he clung to the tail trying to drain it's and it's users thermal energy. If she was paying attention she would feel Gonicarlo trying to suck out her thermal energy.

Janus couldn't get close enough to Kesshin with this spinning top schtick, which annoyed her, but it wasn't out of her control. All she had to do, in theory, was wait until he lost focus, got dizzy or both. It would appear the latter was happening as the Fallen tried to turn his cannon on Lamia, who was putting out more power...? Debatable, but a digression nonetheless. "Hah, nice try!" Lamia blocked the whirling Fallen's strike with her own blade. The thing about most holy blades was that their danger lied mostly in their ability to cripple a devil in the event of a strike; Lamia had a tool at her disposal with which she could intercept the attacks from a longer range than could Janus given her predicament. She'd locked swords with the Fallen, but the aura from the sword was a different story.
"What was that about dirty tricks?" Said the Queen wincing. She was only able to hold the attack for so long before the wave of energy had pushed her back. "AGHH!" She tumbled through the air and caught herself with her wings just before hitting the ground. Though that fall wouldn't have damaged her near as much as this holy aura was. It felt like her kidneys were exploding. A cough of blood, obligatory sure, came out of the Succubus. "b*****d..."
Meanwhile Janus had thought it better to try riding the wave, having been given a warning thanks to Kesshin's privacy with battle plans taking the form of Volleyball "I got it!"s. Before Gonicarlo had any time to thieve on her precious thermal energy Janus would put her new appendage to good use.
The GoD retracted the tail rapidly to reel her in to the Pawn with frightening speed. In one fluid motion of turning around the GoD flung an accurately placed elbow at the male's head and followed with a roundhouse with enough power to push him back even if he was to block it. The attack continued as the tail, smart as it was, coiled around behind her to form what could be best described as some kind of metallic umbrella-like squirrel tail. Because of the neutrality of dragons, this would effectively block out the explosion of holy energy emitted by Kesshin.
It would appear the Fallen had picked the wrong opponent, or else it was strategy which had decided that Lamia should be dealt with quickly in order to continue doubling up on poor Janus, who was, as it was said, the lesser threat. There was now an obvious reason the two had feared the Tail. With Janus now gaining control over the wily brute she was more than capable of taking these two on, as she would have to for a moment as Lamia recovered.
"Setsuko, come on! Help us take them out!" Barked Lamia from her side of the loading zone turned battlefield, shaking herself to regain her wits after Kesshin's attack nearly mushed all her insides. Setsuko didn't have to make another copy, but something both easier and harder was expected from her: to fight.
'You have to do something too, you know! We need you..." Lamia's voice might not have been so genuine when saying this if she didn't take Kesshin's attack head-on, but the important thing was she meant it now.
Setsuko wanted to help but what could she do? Compared to Janus and Lamia she was like an ant to a lion. She didn't know how to fight and she had no idea what to do. Setsuko's eyes then landed on the kanji she had been drawing and it occurred to her, if it could work on Melanie why can't it work on me? Setsuko touched the blood on her hand and drew the kanji for "Mature", picturing herself. "Please work!" Doing the final stroke the kanji glowed as did Setsuko. With a gasp her wing sprung out and enveloped her in a cocoon just like what had happened to Melanie. Inside her body twisted and changed, growing older and stronger.
When the process was complete Setsuko's wings opened up. She was still wearing her school uniform and it was only a little tighter on her. Her body had more or less stayed the same, but her skin was paler, her eyes had gone red and her expression of worry was replaced with one of apology. But besides the physical changes Setsuko's power had grown drastically. Looking at her clothes she waved a hand and they were replaced with a simple black dress and a flower, native to hell, in her hair.
Gonicarlo spoke loud enough for kesshin to hear " if you were smart you would start running " Gonicarlo had taken damage from the blows dealt to him but he had absorbed a large amount of the power. Gonicarlo started to absorb thermal energy from the air at a massive scale as his sacred gear unwrapped his exposing most of his bare flesh as a massive tornado started to form from the massive drop in temperature. Gonicarlo thrusted a fist up releasing a massive thermal wave of power. the tornado seemed to mix with the thermal fire making a massive burning tornado.
Gonicarlo had released enough power in this attack to level the immediate area ( about 40m ) The cost however was his protections he couldn't keep the tornado up if he wore his sacred gear. and as such he was without his holy weapon and armor until he had absorbed more energy and used it to reactivate the gear.

Kesshin shook his head at Lamia, "Dirty trick? That was pretty straightforward don't you think?" Kesshin asked, to accuse him of trickery just because she didn't see his attack coming was a bit ludicrous to Kesshin, "You charge in head on without a back up, without thinking and you are liable to get yourself or someone else killed... I should know..." Kesshin said with a slightly depressed sigh, "Do I have had to hurt you like this? In all honesty I wish we could have been more friends because you have quite the figure and the power, but my true loyalty lies with him. Just like yours lie with these two girls." Kesshin stated. Kesshin jammed his sacred gear down into the ground, as it stood now both him and Gonicarlo were holding there own against these devils, Kesshin had only arrived here in a short time which is why he didn't exactly know who they were but if there were more like them he would probably have to stick around this place.
It seemed like Kesshin's opponent was calling on another for help, Kesshin just stood there silently waiting for her to finish, "Might as well... no fun in interrupting a touching moment like this." Kesshin teased, as his eyes subtly kept track of Janus and Gonicarlo. Kesshin was sure he would end up regretting letting Lamia finish her quick little pep talk to the little one over at the side, he preferred not to fight her, she didn't look like she wanted to be apart of this scrap but seeing your comrade's fighting has a way of "changing your mind" about these things, "The more the merrier I always say, I'm sure Gonicarlo would agree as well..." Kesshin said to both Setsuko and Lamia. Kesshin was able to bare witness to Setsuko's transformation, it actually made him grin a bit, to see such a frightened girl actually stand up and fight for once, "I like your spirit miss..." Kesshin said, he looked upon her body, "But, you just aren't my type." Kesshin said with a jolly grin. Gonicarlo suggested he start running, but Kesshin stood right there, his sword was collecting the residual energy coming from Gonicarlo's thermal wave as the tornado blew to and fro but not to be so ignorant as to disrupt his attack by absorbing the whole thing, that'd just be greed after all, "Now when do you know me to run? Besides I have to impress this lovely lady right here." Kesshin said referring to Lamia. Kesshin sword began to glow again, it was back to full charge, this time he wouldn't be so careless as to waste it.
Everyday was a struggle, everyday was a battle for survival and it sucked to Kesshin, thats why he took his time to enjoy earth, he knew he wasn't going to make it back into heaven and he preferred this over hell; besides that, he couldn't rest until he found those murderous sisters of his lover's and put them down, he was sure they were demons hiding among this earth but... that didn't mean he couldn't have a little fun along the way right? Kesshin dashed for Lamia as his greatswords dragged on the ground making green sparks; it looked as though he was coming at her head on for a possible rising slash, but in reality he was going for a feint, which way he would go it was up to Lamia's moves to determine that, "If I can't outmatch her with power, then I will outmatch her with centuries of training and swordsmanship!" Kesshin thought to himself. Kesshin noticed another woman watching from a ways away, she clearly wasn't a normal character if she stood there watching, all the sane people did clear out after all, but if she didn't bother him he wouldn't bother her, thats just how he was.

Jezebel wasn't sure what was going on. She watched the people in front of her struggle, clearly in the middle of a fight but it didn't concern her. She watched them for a while before she noticed a guy all dressed in green looking at her, but he didn't seem threatful at all, so she just decided to let them have their way and started looking for an exit. Alistor wasn't here, and she needed to find him, not to mention a silk dress, as she was wearing, wasn't the best fighting outfit. Jezebel would have let out her wings and flew to the other side, but considering everything going on, it was safer to just walk to the closest exit. She walked around the fighting people, careful not to get in the middle with something and with a last look at the green guy, she made it to an exit and left. [Exit]

Piece: Queen Piece Worth: 9 Gear (sacred/regular items): Magical Mirror/Scythe. It traps people that looks in its reflection and only Jezebel can release them from it if they agree to sign a contract with her. Then she turns the mirror into a scythe and kills her victims.
Active: Item transformation Can turn one item into another item, not limited by shape or size. Can only do one item at a time. Active: Illusions Creates illusions in people's and animals minds, usually to make them see creatures that don't exist to lure them into a certain direction or just to make them go crazy. Only stops when Jezebel wants to, who can increase the pain if they seem to resist it. Someone with a blessing power could however make it stop as well, but the human cannot stop the power him/herself. Active: Invisibility Jezebel can turn her whole body invisible for anyone, demons as well, weather she's in her demon form or human form. She would still be detected if someone bumped in to her, since her body still is solid.
Note: Since Jezebel has been with Alistor for several years and been touched by him many times, she can now tolerate pain a lot better. Here's a scale of how it works: Light attacks: 1.5x damage Dragon attacks: 1x Devil attacks: 0-1.8x Succubus/Incubus attacks: 0-1.6x
"Oh~ So it's like that!" Said Lamia butting the ends of her index fingers together with a derisive giggle. "But you still tired to break our group up," she said getting more serious, "... Why is that?" Sure it was a little dirty, the logic employed by the Second, but this was at least somewhat relevant to the situation as the fight was started when Gonicarlo had demanded Melanie come with him.
"Come on, Setsuko, let's finish this." She said it without taking her eyes off the Fallen Kesshin. Perhaps she should have kept her focus on the one called Gonicarlo. His attack was powerful, and soon Lamia was enveloped in fiery wind. The flames lapped at her skin, singing her face, shoulders, and, as it is obliged to gods of anime, burned off most of her clothes except the bare essentials. Instinctively she pulled into her wings and wrapped her tail around her to seal most of her more vulnerable skin away from the inferno. This worked well, but as it was it was a warm-up, if you will, to the main act of Kesshin's sword assault returning. "Uh-oh..."
The Succubus was not so keen on putting the effects of the sword's contact through a full 100-test trial, reasonable leery of the last outcome. Doubtless she could should withstand another blast after the last time and the new damages acquired from the thermal tornado, Lamia knew she could best defend against the attack by dodging and elected to back up directly. The Succubus wasn't known to be able to regenerate, but she could at least gather energy while she avoided the attack. "Any time, Setsuko!"
The GoD wasn't having any better luck with her opponent. As soon as she'd finished her attack blood sprayed from the legs and elbows of Janus out of little holes made by the Sacred Gear of Gonicarlo. It looked bad for the Orino trio; each of them had a holy device to smite the devils in the most effective way. The pain from that was intense. Janus doubled back and could do nothing to stop the Pawn from conjuring a maelstrom of fire.
Janus had this part even worse off, being the closest to Gonicarlo. The fire was extremely hot, and the only thing she could do turtle up and take the abuse with her rook's sturdiness. It was easier to tank than the holy attacks, but it still wasn't easy by a long shot and Janus was pinned down by the attack, not able to take advantage of the opening it presented. Ironic: the God of Doors was having one slammed in her face by fiery wind.
She took a knee out of fatigue and was panting heavily by the time the assault was through. Had she not had the symbiotic relationship of the dragon going for her she might have succumb to the onslaught. Needless to say she would not be attacking for a while yet. Suppose this was her punishment for underestimating an opponent; a mistake once made as a god.
Being the furthest away from the blast Setsuko had enough time to defend herself. Touching the ground with her sacred gear the symbol flashed and reset. This also caused Janus's copy of Melanie's tail to vanish as well. Throwing up her hand a dozen copies of the floor tiles formed a barrier in front of her. This took the brunt of the blast as she jumped backwards,the floor tiles breaking into chunks then turning into sparkles. Looking around her Setsuko looked for a weapon. With the damage caused by the fighting she found the perfect tool. A large piece of glass. After she grabbed it and her scared gear reset she threw it at Gonicarlo. Her sacred gear chorused "Duplicate!" And the one piece of glass multiplied into almost 50.
Gonicarlo heard setsuko yell duplicate as he turned seeing the shards of class flying at him he only spoke one word. " ********" Gonicarlo put his arms up and one leg up the glass shredding his limbs as they finally stopped coming he collapsed it was clear his limbs were no longer usable. Gonicarlo sat there his body refusing to move, yet gonicarlo sat smiling as his limbs throbbed in pain from the broken glass.

Kesshin was going to continue with a witty retort when Setsuko jumping into action, she was quite extraordinary from the timid girl she once was, it was unlucky for Gonicarlo that he was the target of her fury, and her fury seemed great, "What are you doing over there, Gonicarlo?" Kesshin asked as he teased him, pulling out those fancy moves were great, and all but they had another person to deal with besides the two they were dealing with now, luckily Janus wasn't quite active after that attack, but who could say for sure how long that would be?
Kesshin knew he couldn't focus on that now because he had his hands full with Lamia here, but that did make him think twice about using the Ethereal''s energy, he'd have to save it for a more opportune moment. Instead immediately, as if it was muscle memory, Kesshin placed his left foot slightly behind the right with the left heel slightly raised, both feet were parallel, the center of gravity should be centered between both feet, it was a standard simplistic kenjutsu stance that served him well over the years; he took a quick light breath and rush Lamia with a vertical descending slash, Kesshin's sword rose up as if he was following up with an acending vertical slash but instead he took a step forward and completed his two attack combo with a thrust of his blade, aiming for Lamia's mid section, an area wasn't fatal but got the job done usually.
"Agh!" Janus was caught up in some of the attack as well. Luckily she got the edge of the spray and so got away with mostly minor cuts on her arms and a couple on her side. Still, they were like little flying guillotines. "Nice job..!" She snapped at Setsuko before noticing the effect her attack had on Gonicarlo. "...Never mind." What's he smile at though? This isn't typically a--eww, is he one of those??
Janus kept her distance from the pawn, instead electing to continue gathering her strength and composure and waiting out whatever plan Gonicarlo had brewin'. She looked down to notice her tail was gone. That mean a usable limb was no more. "Whatever you're doing, Set, I need you to focus on the other one. I'm a little too damaged to help Lam right now, got me?" At this point she finally got a good look at Setsuko. "... Wow." Eutrophication: the instance of inspiration.
On Lamia's end things were starting to go better. Her speed seemed to finally be coming back to her as she shook off the last onslaught. She was able to avoid Kesshin's first attack, and now this other routine he was doing would land him straight in an illusion. Lamia just needed some distance to set up a perimeter. Once Kesshin entered it he would see an illusion tailored to his mind; whatever outcome he saw fit would happen with the most convincing amount of struggle from Lamia.
The Succubus fell before him, clutching a hole in her stomach. A few seconds later a trio of energy slashes, excess rolling off her blade in the form of arcs, would come raining down at an angle on the Fallen. Lamia was ready to rinse and repeat this process as many times as it took so long as it didn't mean she would have to take a direct attack from that sword again.

The left eye of the black dragon, it is said that this fearsome foe had the ability to perceive and identify it's opponent's weakness with just a look from its left eye.
While the legend or rumor hasn't been cleared out, it does increase the wearer's knowledge. Allowing him or her to quickly remember and identify weak spots on foes he or she has discovered / fought before.
Upon the chaos of the fight a portal appeared. Having heard from Jezebel this place held a certain person. Zoey stepped in, examining the situation. Looking down on her vicinity, a frail body was holding onto it's life. Holding the remaining strength just to keep herself together. It was pitiful. "To think I would find you crawling like these... you sure know how to play people sempai..." While she had come in terms with Jezebel, Zoey was still to approve Ali. However, she was mad at Janus for tricking her all this time. However, there was a score between them that had yet to be settled. Until that moment came, she couldn't just let Janus bite the dust. Kneeling next to her, she placed her hand to let a green glow flow through the palm of her hand over Janus's body. An advanced regenerative spell she had found on Ali's library. Keeping her sacred gear examining the area for any possible retaliation from the rogues.
Abilities on: Rook Blind (f): Janus is blind as a bat, but luckily has their hearing on a demonic scale. Creature of the Night+: Plus illusory magic and hypnosis.

Amid the fighting, and thanks in no small part to a couple key distractions, Zoey was there, standing over Janus who was still recovering. Whatever she was doing was working. Life was literally pouring into the GoD now. She could feel her strength returning very quickly, and with it a chance to do some damage, now more cautious about certain hazardous the enemy possessed. But there were still questions.
"Well, looks like someone's a little more devilish these days," she commented with a little snark. Those eyes were pitying Janus: a god should never be pitied.
