RIDON IS LOADING BALLISTA FOUR Someday, Ridon was going to look back on this and go, wow Ridon you helped protect everyone. As it was, he was going to run around in a panic until a ballista bolt was dropped in front of him, all but ready to start screaming his head off. In his panic, Ridon moved the ballista bolt a good distance before dropping it and continuing to flail about looking for a bale of hay to hide behind.
Why a bale of hay? He had no idea, but it sounded like a grand idea.

JACK HAS A TORCH JACK IS SECURING THE DOOR
The punch was completely unexpected, and Jack stumbled back with a startled look. His aim was such that he accidentally bumped into someone else just entering the area, nearly pulling their arm off as he steadied himself.
"Apologies," he muttered to the girl quickly, rubbing at the spot the knight had smacked him in. At least the torch hadn't burned her...
Jack quickly made his way back, passing the man a look before searching for more materials.

ABBI IS SECURING THE DOOR ABBI HAS A LIT TORCH
"Bravo! I daresay you've given us a leg up on this whole endeavor!" Abbi cheered to the fellow who had been shuffling around for a bit and finally put a chair on their slowly building barricade. She pointed helpfully to the chair leg, because she was still making jokes and needed him to laugh about it.
Without pausing, and thoroughly enjoying herself despite that tinge of concern for what would come next, the girl whirled around and seized a wooden crate in one hand. "Incoming!" She shouted and threw the thing up into the air with all her might. It made an impressive arc and clattered onto the top of the pile. Very much so enjoying herself.
