Speaking of which, she turned her attention back to Zak fully when he insisted that he always kept his promises. "Mm... That's what they all say. Ya can't blame a girl far bein' a wee bit suspicious~" She grinned, still not taking his word for it, but at least she was willing to believe that he would keep this particular promise. However she was still prepared for disappointment when the time came, just in case. Best not to put all of her eggs in one basket, so to speak. It was essential to survival after all. Zak seemed to rather enjoy her calling him out on his lies, but she kept quiet about this one and instead tried to prod him for insisting he had six badges, since that didn't necessarily mean they were all from one region. She was almost hoping that in his traveling, he'd gotten three badges in one region and three in another. Hell, she would take four in one and two in another, because it would still probably poke at that pride of his that she was just dying to aggravate. Not to mention, as strong as Zak was, she didn't believe he'd already gotten six badges from one region.
Her assumption was wrong however, and Zak made that very clear as he leaned in rather closely from his standing position and explained that he had nine badges in total. Well well, it wasn't the reaction she'd been hoping for, but frankly this was still just as exciting. She didn't even look all that surprised by the information, more calmly impressed and interested, both by Zak's achievement and by the fact that she'd made the wrong assumption. It wasn't often that she misread someone. Given Zak's reputation and personality so far, it seemed like he would be the type to brag and leave the details vague so that things seemed more impressive than they really were. If anything else though, this was a very informative development to stumble upon, and Scarlett was actually happy to have found it. "Oh?" Scarlett quirked a brow, enjoying his invasive proximity a little too much. "Well I must say I'm impressed. Not a lot of men actually back up what they brag about, but..." She murmured, implications dripping from her words as she focused her gaze on her fingers, which traced down his chest while she spoke. "Well... Hmhm~ Guess I should've known you'd be different...." Scarlett said smoothly, glancing back up to meet his daring gaze, with an almost amused expression and a small sly smile playing upon her lips.
It was a pity he had to straighten up, but it was probably for the best. She was almost surprised Cyrus wasn't gagging or making some comment at their little exchange. Had he given up? No, he was apparently too focused on a text to pay any attention to them. Scarlett scoffed quietly, but then noticed that his face had turned a rather amusing shade of crimson before he shoved his phone into his pocket and almost immediately head-desked the bar. Well, Scarlett had wanted that reaction, but she supposed her wish hadn't specified Zak somehow and instead landed on Cyrus. Still rather adorable, all things considered. And here she thought nothing could shake that "******** off" sign stapled to his forehead. "Well that's a Cyrus ofa different color. I wonder how much you'd sell in red?" Scarlett grinned. He'd looked so bugged about their discussion of shiny pokemon, she just couldn't let it go. "Care to share hun? Ya can't have a reaction like that an' leave us in tha dark." She smirked, casting a glance at Zak and wondering if he had anything to do with it.

No, Zak couldn't really blame Scarlett for being suspicious. Especially not with him, and especially not with past actions, or the whole nature of their relationship. He didn't want to completely confirm that she should be suspicious, though. She might read into it too much. So instead he flashed a playful grin, placing a hand over his chest and tilting his head to the side. "You hurt my feelings, Mishka... But no, I don't blame you," he started with false hurt, only to finish with a low and confident voice, smirking as he dropped his hand. He turned to grab his beer again, appraising it carefully as he swirled what remained inside around. Not a lot left... Hm...
His focus was soon redirected to Scarlett by her question, and he moved to return the tease. He was almost disappointed that it didn't seem to really get under her skin, but he could tell it still got to her, and he still liked the expression it brought out. His smirk curled up even more, and his eyelids lowered a bit as she reached up to trace a finger over her chest. He reached up, gently grabbing her hand, and leaning in further. "I'm glad you're catching on, Mishka," he purred back, his voice low, repeating the words from before. He straightened up, releasing her hand and moving to his beer, his eyes lingering on her a moment.
They finally redirected when he noticed the little commotion going on over on Cyrus' end of things, turning to raise an eyebrow at the man. That became two raised eyebrows when he saw the shade of red on his face. A very amused smirk crossed his face, and he gave a scoffing laugh when Scarlett made her comment, giving an impressed and appreciative glance in her direction. He set his drink down, though, smoothly stepping over and leaning down to slide an arm around Cyrus' shoulders, bringing some of his weight down on the shorter male. "Cyrus, I don't think I've seen you turn such a pretty red before... Care to tell us what's responsible?" he asked, though as he did, he brought his other hand up to surreptitiously try and slip his hand into the man's bag, and see if he could grab his communicator. He didn't really care whether Scarlett saw-- and he didn't think about the little rat he'd seen in there earlier.

Had Cyrus actually been paying attention to the disgusting display Tits was putting on with Zak, he would have most likely gagged. However, his attention had been drawn to something else. That being Apollo texting him. First, it was just a confirmation kind of text, saying it was him. Which was all well and fine. He saved the number, but it saved as 'New Contact' as he was interrupted by a second text. One that was... well, much too inappropriate to repeat. Normally, such a thing wouldn't bother Cyrus. However, it was really not much to do with the content, but more about who had sent it. Though he had tried to hide it from the others, his expression was far from ignored. No, they had immediately turned their attention on him. The bright red of his face spread to his ears as they commented on his face. "P-probably a lot..." he grumbled in response to Tit's comment. How sly, slipping in a comment very much related to the conversation on selling shiny pokemon for more to certain people. Before he could reject the woman's request for what had made him so red, he felt Zak lean his weight against him. Ugh... this was the worst... pinned... "It's n-none of either of your concern, so mind your own business." Cyrus tried to tell them off, still frazzled. Before he knew it, Zak was reaching into his pouch for his phone. Stow, however, let out an indignant squeak as his space was intruded upon once more. The rat, in his surprise, turned and nipped at the fingers that intruded the pouch. Lucky for the hand, it wasn't hard enough to break skin, but would likely leave a swollen mark. However, beyond that, the rat didn't prevent the hand from taking the device if it decided to continue for it - more room for Stow. "... H-hey! Get your mitts out of my pouch!" Cyrus exclaimed when he finally realized the taller male had a hand in his bag where his phone was. The shorter male struggled against Zak to try and prevent him from taking his phone.

Zak 'tsked' as he was bit, but gave a hard knock into the rodent and quickly swept the device up, yanking his hand back. He frowned, but raised an eyebrow as Cyrus quickly caught on and spun to try and stop him. Zak smoothly stepped back, immediately swinging his arm up, a smirk crossing his face as he brought the communicator well above Cyrus' reach. "Well, now you're just making me even more curious..." he remarked with amusement, glancing up at the device. He was careful to stand away from the stools, just in case Cyrus got an idea, straightening to his full height and keeping his gaze on the object. He held his other hand out to try and keep Cyrus at a distance, though his focus was primarily on trying to turn the device back on, and navigate his way into Cyrus' messages. He couldn't help but be curious just who or what had flustered their little spoil sport here...

Cyrus felt tense as Zak successfully took his phone. Damn it! Why did Zak have to be so darn tall and nosey?!? He really didn't want Zak and Tits to know anything about Apollo... even if he hadn't interacted much with him all these years... Cy didn't want this old friend of his mixed up with these people. Not to mention the torment Zak would likely use this for. "P-please! Just give it back!" he asked as the taller male backed away from the stools and held his device well out of his reach. The short male had no chance against Zak - especially with anything like fighting. The most he could manage at the moment was jump up and hang from the arm that was held up, holding his phone. It still wasn't enough to reach the phone, but he still tried, desperately. Looking quite silly, too, dangling off of Zak's arm a bit. "I-It's really stupid... please. give it back. I'll do anything!" Cyrus pleaded rather sincerely with Zak. Which was quite likely a first.

It started off mild, due to Zak teasingly suggesting that she hurt his feelings by admitting that she couldn't trust him. That was an obvious lie, but at least he admitted he couldn't blame her. Whether that was a comment on his own character or the type of people Scarlett was used to dealing with, Scarlett wasn't sure, but either way it didn't have any influence on her thoughts. In fact, it was her suspicions that led her to challenge the idea that he had six badges from one region. Though, that wasn't actually the correct assumption, and it might've gotten her into trouble if she hadn't handled it so well. At the same time, she couldn't help but wonder what Zak would have done if she had gotten embarrassed or frustrated. It would have been interesting just for the sake of curiosity, but she rather liked the way this had turned out.
As distracting and interesting as Zak was, particularly when he continued to eye her after their little exchange, Scarlett couldn't help but notice Cyrus' color change. It was rather hard to miss. Even if she hadn't seen him blush, Scarlett couldn't have missed him practically slamming his head on the bar. Even Zak had to jump in and get in on this action, commenting that he'd never seen Cyrus turn such a pretty red, and stealthily reaching into the thief's pocket. Scarlett masked a smirk so as to not tip Cyrus off to what was going on, but as Stow bit Zak's finger, the movement seemed to alert Cyrus anyways. Still, Zak managed to snatch the communicator and used his height to keep it out of Cyrus' reach while he begged for it back. Of course, this only made Zak more curious, not to mention Scarlett as well, who was rather enjoying herself while watching the scene unfold, cackling at each new development and finally deciding to speak up once Cyrus hung himself on Zak's arm and pleaded that he would do anything in return for the communicator. "Hoy, ya hear that? Anythin' he says." She eyed Zak with a smirk. He was the wrong person to offer such a deal to. Knowing Zak, he would take absolute full advantage, and knowing Cyrus, he wasn't the type to be so generous, so the combination of the two was going to hurt Cy a lot if he wasn't careful. Was that really worth one embarassing text?
Now, Scarlett had no sympathy for idiots, or really anyone for that matter, much less Cyrus. His suggestion of doing anything in return for the communicator was also likely an exaggeration that came from desperation, but someone like Zak would take it for face value, and so Scarlett figured for the sake of pure sportsmanship she may as well make sure Cyrus was aware what exactly he was offering here. "Oi gadaí, choose ya next words carefully neu. Ya be treadin' some sharpedo infested waters." Scarlett sneered, finally standing from her seat and leaning her back against the bar to watch the exchange fully. The playful teasing could now turn into some serious bartering if Cyrus really was just that desperate to get his communicator back without anything being read, and if that was the case, she wanted a piece of that action.

Zak raised an eyebrow as he looked down at Cyrus, who had clearly lost any ounce of dignity he might have still had in his panic over the text. He was clearly very, very desperate for it... It was almost pathetic. Disgusting, even. Mostly, though, it as amusing. Zak smirked as he simply held the device high, moving his gaze from the pleading Cyrus up to navigate to find the message. He glanced back down as Cy seemed to try and... climb him. Zak's lips curled as his smirk seemed to grow, and he looked down at the man with more interest, the communicator still held in his hand. "Oh really now, Zaichik..." he purred, leaning down towards him slightly, the device still held high out of reach.
As Scarlett spoke, he straightened, tossing a glance over to the redhead. A quiet scoff of amusement escaped him as she reiterated Cyrus' wording. "So I heard..." he mused, looking back down a Cyrus. He allowed Scarlett to join in on the taunting and make her comment, but kept his gaze on the white haired man hanging from his arm. Typically, he preferred to do his bullying himself, but he didn't mind her jumping in here a bit if she wanted to join in ganging up. "She's right, Zaichik," he remarked, his voice carrying the same grin that was clearly evident on his face, "But if you're sure... I'll give it back to you, and hold you to your word and add this to your debt."

Nala narrowed her eyes. "Get used to disappointment." She commented coldly. "Oof! So brash! You hurt me so! Ah but I adore you nonetheless. Such is the curse of love!" Nala rolled her eyes as the smeargle painted something on the canvas of his pad, apparently a picture of Nala by the looks of it. Nala growled and began charging up some electricity. "Excuse you, when exactly did I give permission to paint a picture of me?" She snapped. "Ah, excusé moi, but I must paint something so beautiful as you!" Nala remained unflattered as the smeargle continued to add to his painting, and let out a devastating thunder attack to knock him out and prevent him from painting anything more. "Oof! Ah, the pain of love~" Even in being knocked out, the lovestruck smeargle continued to profess his affections. It was almost admirable, but it wouldn't get through to Nala, who simply walked over her perceived nuisance to look for stronger opponents elsewhere.

Scarlett had no qualms with one last drink since after that she was going to get a room and sleep rather than continue to hang around these two, so in her opinion she could let a little loose.
The bartender didn't seem to have a hard time figuring out what Scarlett meant, but as he came over to pour her last scotch, he gave an inquiry. "You know, I've heard that term before, parting glass, but I'm not sure where it comes from." Scarlett looked genuinely surprised. "Ya've gotta be-- ain't ya ever heard a bar tune in ya life?!" She asked incredulously, and the bartender chuckled, handing her the scotch with a good humored smile. "Apparently not." Scarlett shook her head with pity. "The partin' glass, ya know..." She gave an attempt to quickly sing the first few words to jog his memory, if there was any of the tune. "Of all the money that e'er I had, I've spent it in good company~" When she got no reaction though, she grumbled under her breath and drank her scotch. "Sorry to disappoint miss." He offered honestly, but Scarlett waved him off dismissively and set her glass down with a sigh. "Eh, it's fine. Thanks far tha drink." She was clearly a bit irritated, but willing to let it go at least. She did, however, remove a thin but long black box from her bag before motioning for Koga to follow her out the door."I'll see you boys around then?" She offered Zak and Cyrus a smirk. "Or would ya actually walk a lady to her room?" It was mostly a joke. Mostly. Whether they followed her or not, when she got out the door of the bar, Scarlett opened the box she held to remove the violin from within, as well as extend her bow and tighten the string. She gave the instrument a quick cross over with the bow. As she suspected, it was still in tune from when she'd played in Eterna. With that, she began to play the song she now craved. "And all the harm that e'er I've done, alas it was to none but me. And all I've done for want of wit, to memory neu I can't recall. So fill t' me the parting glass; Good night and joy be with you all~" She sang, or rather chanted in tune. Her singing voice wasn't anything special, she could sing in tune, sure, but her talent strung in the way she played her violin. It was a simple tune, but she managed to make it her own melodious composition.

Zak's smirk grew as Cyrus finally agreed, and he gave a brief, interested glance to Scarlett as she piped up. He slid his gaze back to the dark skinned male, bringing his free arm to quickly wrap around Cyrus and tug him in close, bringing their bodies together and straightening up to try and lift him off his feet a bit. He attempted to pin one of his arms to his sides, too, but aimed to keep the other free, bringing his other arm down to coil around Cyrus' shoulders and hand the communicator over, holding it by his head so that he could (struggle) to grab it. "Very well... Here you go, Zaichik," he purred, dark eyes flashing as he did.
He lifted his head and looked over to Scarlett as she spoke up to bid them farewell. His grip on Cy loosened, enough to let him wiggle free if he wanted, but, if he did, ready to try and grab the back of his shirt quick to keep him from getting to far. "So soon, Mishka?" he remarked with amusement, tilting his head to the side. He watched as she got herself a final drink, his eyes narrowing in a bit as she had some sort of conversation with the man over a phrase. Or a song? Both, apparently. He didn't recognize the ditty either, honestly. The smirk slid from his face as he raised an eyebrow, blatantly eavesdropping, and still holding tight to Cyrus despite his focus on the woman, for now.
He lifted his head as she finally turned back to them, his cocky grin returning as he gave Cyrus a little shake and pulled him a bit close. Perhaps a bit uncomfortably close. "Nyet, izvinite, Mishka," he drawled back, apparently humored by her little lighthearted joking, "I still have business with Cyrus here." It was hard not to slip, after speaking Russian. In fact, his accent was fairly present, but he managed to barely keep his pronunciation accurate enough. He bowed his head a bit, watching as she started to leave, his expression suddenly unreadable, before another smirk appeared. "Goodnight, Miss Fortune..." he added in final farewell, and if she had glanced over her shoulder, she might have noticed a dangerous glint in his eye.
For now, though, his attention was reverting back to Cyrus, and the grin on his face turned to a daunting frown. "Now then... Let's talk about that blastoise of yours, Zaichik..."

"L-like hell! I owe you nothing, Tits!" Cyrus objected to the woman's piping in to try to get in on the bargain. It was bad enough that he'd owe Zak. There was no way he'd ever even accept her getting in on this, especially since she was only witnessing. It wasn't likely they'd even meet again, too. Zak had pulled him close against his body, causing Cyrus' discomfort with the situation to rise. There wasn't much he could do, and he had already resigned to owing Zak anything in exchange for his phone back. As soon as he could, the dark skinned thief struggled to take his phone back with his one free arm, managing to succeed.
Luckily, Tits was leaving. She was being kind of loud about it, too. However, while this happened, Zak's grip on him loosened and he wiggled free, immediately deleting the texts that he didn't want them to see. Unfortunately, he felt Zak grab the back of his shirt, preventing him from moving further away. "Hey, watch it! This shirt was expensive!" he complained, stepping back towards Zak to prevent any further unnecessary tugging on the material. Unfortunately, it didn't stop Zak from giving him a bit of a shake and pulling him close again as he told the red haired woman that he still had business with Cyrus. The short thief winced a bit from the closeness. At least Tits was gone now though. While he didn't pay much attention at all at her parting, he did catch Zak call her Miss Fortune. Huh... why did that sound familiar...? If he was genuinely interested, he'd go ask around in the Underground. But he wasn't. Especially not now as Zak's attention was now fully on him. "U-uh... what about her...? he responded, unsure as to where Zak was going with this. He could think that all he wanted, but Scarlett knew what she was capable of. If she wanted to, she could have just as easily swiped that communicator herself, Zak had just beaten her to it, so unfortunately she looked like she was just tagging along onto Zak's bullying. Still, she didn't feel the urge to press it. She had already gotten what she wanted from Cyrus, the spear key was as good as hers, but she would hold this little favor in mind for the future, should she ever need anything from him later. "Well fine, if ya wanna be that way, I'll just read ya little text later." Scarlett smiled, eying him as he attempted to delete the text as soon as Zak returned his communicator. Her clear lack of deterrence was a telltale sign that deleting the text wouldn't stop her. With a pokemon like Cypher, a lot of data retrieval was possible, deleting the text wouldn't make a difference. Unfortunately, it seemed Zak wouldn't be escorting her to the pokemon center, as he still had some business with Cyrus. Scarlett could only assume by the vicegrip he had on the thief's shirt that it was probably about his lack of badges. She gave a quiet snicker in response. "Ah, ya have my sympathies." She offered lightheartedly, though whether it was directed towards Zak for having to stick around with such a stiff, or to Cyrus for the clear trouble he was in, was unclear. It was probably a little bit of both, but Scarlett would never tell. She was content to continue fiddling down the path to the pokemon center after Zak bade her goodnight, but there was something about the way he said it that made her glance back, only to see an intriguing look in his eye. She'd seen that look before, it was dangerous, it was exciting, it was honestly what attracted her to him so greatly, but unfortunately they were headed in different directions. It was too bad really. She'd need to train harder and get that fourth badge quick as an excuse to get together again soon....
She continued to play her little folk tune thoughtfully as she walked, before glancing over to Koga. "Go look for the others, I'll be inside." Koga nodded, dashing off above the city to scout for the others while Scarlett made her way into the pokemon center to get herself a room. After that, she put her violin up and set her bag down, and while she awaited her pokemon's return, she logged into the guest PC to check on her pending transactions from the underground. A few had gone through finally, and Scarlett found herself with some new pokeball skins to apply to her team, as well as some cash, a Blastoisite, a Roman Candle, a Life Orb, an Aegislash, and a Dark Plate, all valuable items, and a pokemon she'd been keeping her eye on for some time now. With that, Scarlett decided to begin customizing some of her team's pokeballs and meet her new steel type. Letting the aegislash out of it's pokeball, she looked it over. "Aegis huh? Jeez, ya have my condolences for such a half assed nickname." She mumbled. If she had the choice, she would rename him, but it was no use. This pokemon was already too well trained to the name. In all honesty the nickname Aegis was pretty cool, it was the fact that the name was given to an aegislash that made it so unappealing to Scarlett. Aegis stared quietly at his new trainer, seemingly neutral about his previous owners name of choice. Scarlett clicked her tongue in annoyance at his lack of emotion. "What is it with ya steel types an' being so serious...? Come on, relax. Live a little. Ya're off duty far th' night." She insisted, patting Aegis' shield. The steel type looked over Scarlett with a somewhat unreadable expression, but soon shifted his stance to attack form, officially 'dropping his guard'. Scarlett smirked at that, amused by the literal translation. "Close enough. Anyways, I'm your new trainer, and don't worry, we start trainin' first thing tomorrow." Scarlett insisted. Soon, the rest of her pokemon began to file in, and Scarlett greeted them with a smile. "Great, you all are just in time. This here's Aegis, he's gonna be joinin' us. How did training go? You all look--" She finally laid eyes on Nala, this being the first time she had seen the luxio in her evolved state. "Nala! Ah look at ya.... Damn, can't believe I missed ya evolve. Must've been a sight to see eh? Here, I customized your pokeball, do ya like the design?" Scarlett praised, then offered the lightning bolt pokeball for the Luxio's inspection. At first sh wrinkled her nose at the prideful affection Scarlett offered, but as she continued, Nala began to get the sense that Scarlett was genuinely happy for her.... Therefore, the luxio was willing to inspect her pokeball, tail twitching curiously. She actually rather liked the cool lightning bolt design on her pokeball. "Rrreo..." Nala growled with calm approval, and Scarlett grinned, ruffling the fur on her head affectionately. The gesture caught the little lion off guard, but Scarlett pulled her hand back before she could really object, so Nala settled for grumbling quietly and laying down in a sphinx-like pose to groom herself. Scarlett then began returning Aero, Koga, Rave, and Mako. Cypher however, she had a job for. "Cy, you remember the two men I was with earlier. I need ya t' go out an see if you can keep tabs on that white haired one. Keep a low profile, hide in electronics when ya can. Your ultimate goal will be getting into his communicator and searching for messages sent within the past hour. The message I'm looking for will likely be deleted, so you'll have to do some digging and recovery work." She explained. "Understood captain. I will do my best." Scarlett nodded, though a strange look came over her face, and she stopped the porygon before he left. "Er, hang on..." She insisted. "Yes captain? What is--" Cypher began, but the porygon was cut off when Scarlett suddenly wrapped her arms around him in a hug. "Be careful, won't ya...?" She insisted quietly, her mind's eye recalling the way Zak had threatened to dissect Cypher. Part of her wondered if this was even worth the risk. Sure she liked the thought of having something to hold over Cyrus' head, but... "There is no need to fear captain, I will be back before you know it." He reassured her, and Scarlett nodded, letting the porygon go.

Narrowing her eyes, Scarlett stood slowly, making her way over to the bed, and suddenly grabbing hold of the creature that had tried to stow away in her room. The fox squeaked and tucked herself away into her bamboo shell, which Scarlet held firmly. "What have we here...?" Scarlett mused in an unsettling tone. In all honesty she was curious as to what the pokemon was, since she'd never seen it before, but she was still suspicious about what it had been doing when it crawled in here. The bamboo fox poked it's silvery face out of it's shell just a tad, sniffing curiously at the group. "Alright, what are you doing here? Do ya have a trainer?" Scarlett asked calmly, though a bit sternly. No trainer. Just wanted a warm place to sleep. Dotty wrote as the strange pokemon whimpered and yipped quietly. Scarlett looked to Dotty with a frown. "Ya're a psychic, is it telling the truth?" She inquired, and Dotty nodded to confirm, so Scarlett gave the pokemon another shrewd look before placing it down on the bed. "Fine, ya can stay far the night, but you create one lick o' trouble, and I'm tossin' your arse outside. Got it?" She warned. The little fox seemed unfazed by Scarlett's threats now though, sitting on her bed with her tail wagging happily. Scarlett stared long and hard at the little fox. Damn, it was really cute. Didn't seem like the type she could train to be useful, but it was already starting to grow on her. "Tch." Scarlett glanced back to Dotty. "Do ya know what kind of pokemon this is?" Dotty shook her head, but the little fox yipped to direct their attention for a moment, and Scarlett turned to Dotty again soon after, assuming the fox had answered the question. "She claims to be a Gekkit, and that her name is Luna." Scarlett quirked a brow. "A gekkit? Neva heard of it." Well thankfully she happened to have a little device that might give some more information. Scarlett dug through her bag and pulled out her pokedex, giving Luna a quick scan. Surprisingly though, there was very little information about the fairy, to which the pokedex attributed to the fact that gekkit and it's evolutions were a very elusive species. Huh. Maybe the fox was worth keeping around after all if it really was that uncommon. "Alright, scootch pooch, this be my bed here." Scarlett insisted, and Luna scrambled to the side of the bed so that Scarlett could plop down onto it, which sent Luna bouncing up a bit. She of course thought this was great fun, and started pouncing around on the mattress, gekkering gleefully. Scarlett cracked an eye open, watching her hop around, but then get a paw caught in her bamboo and flop over face first into the bed. Scarlett snorted and broke out in laughter. Luna adjusted herself, happy to see that she brought some amusement, even if it was at her own shortcomings. Luna teetered over to Scarlett, placing her front paws on the pirate's chest, fluffy silver head following soon after while she wagged her tail. Scarlett's laughter died away as she glanced curiously over to the pup. "What...? What is it?" She asked, and Luna gave a light yip, snuggling closer with a little wiggle. Scarlett sighed and rolled her eyes. "Damn it all.... Fine, you can stay with us, alright?" Luna gekkered and rolled onto her back, wiggling in excitement while Scarlett made to grab a pokeball, but her eyes caught the moon ball that she had yet to use from the batch of custom skins she'd gotten. It was almost like fate had planned this all along. Luna got the ball with the crescent symbol, and after the gekkit was caught, Scarlett let her back out again so she could sleep next to her on the bed. "Oh yeah... Hey Dot, I got you somethin'." Scarlett suggested, tossing the life orb gently her way. The solosis caught it midair with her psychic ability and held it close curiously. "It's a nice item for ya. Gives a power boost, but it usually slowly saps the health of whoever uses it as a price." Dotty formed many exclamation points over her head and nearly dropped the orb in surprise. Scarlett laughed at the solosis' reaction and shook her head. "Oi, calm down. It won't hurt you. I said it usually does that, but your ability will prevent that nasty side effect. Like I said, it's a nice item for ya." Dotty calmed down at this news, feeling a lit better now. She had been able to sense the item trying to drain her energy, but she was able to psychically repress it without much difficulty.
