The contestants around him seemed to get the luck he didn't have, they started to move around when AJ tried to figure out what he had, he had two choices: exotic ingredients he wasn't familiar with or what he thought to be a boaxfox. Contemplation took place as the clock ticked, after a while of deep consideration, he decided to go for the boaxfox because he knew at least it wasn't toxic. He won't make anyone's life in risk in order to impress the judges.

The boil wanted to make something simple as time given was only one hour, so he decided to do roast boafox legs.

Maddie could hardly wait. Time to send MORE of these suckers home.
She ware barely listening when the judges wailed out on the contestants. It didn't pertain to her because her performance was top notch, and he clearly meant there'd be no winners at all except her. Of course, he was feeling charitable, and it wouldn't be any fun if she couldn't at least prove her amazingness and wipe the floor with these losers, and also she supposed she should show some sportsmanship and at least make the other contestants cry some more. Other than winning be that much more enjoyable.

At the unveiling of the ingredients, Maddie didn't so much as raise an eyebrow. Invisible ingredients? Psh, that'd only make things easier. She would make the best invisible thing ever!

Sticking her paw into the box, she waved it around until it touched something, and she grabbed it.
Hmm, tiny.

Alright, one more try.
This whole box better not be filled with fluff.
She ended up grabbing the same thing again (or at least it felt like it), and huffed.
Whatever, she'd just go with the mini version (haha).

After it was established that the thing was thoroughly dead, Maddie slapped it onto a plate, and stared at a rack of seemingly empty-looking spice containers. Invisible spice, huh?
Well, tasting it was half the fun.

Picking the one next to the end, she tasted it... and grinned. Ooh, blood. She approved of this one.
Using a sharpie she wrote "BLOOD" on the container, and picked out the first container off the rack, shaking some onto her paw and licking it.
Sticky and sweet, hmm.

Finally, she grabbed the last one (because why not), and sniffed it.
Mint.
Well, she could probably work something out with these.

They said they could only use what were in the box, even for seasoning as well as garnishing. So there should be some bags or bottle like objects among the invisible pile of stuff. The meat was ready, it needed to be seasoned nicely before it got onto the pan. The black nails lengthened into claw-like, still AJ was bitten on the finger.

"Jack!" The boil snarled, pulling whatever-it-is from his finger and soon he located the bottles and bags of spices successfully. He didn't have much time left to go through all of them, so he picked out three of them. It all depended on his fortune.

First of all, a tall thin bottle exceeding the length of his hand. AJ slightly inclined the bottle and felt the speed of movement within. It wasn't something as fluid as water, but not as viscose as honey. Something in between? The liquid inside it didn't take long to be poured into his hand, it adhered to his palm as he licked with his tongue. It smelt and tasted oily with a weak sweetness. Believing it could be a good replacement for the oil, he was quite happy.

Next bottle he grabbed was much smaller, can be hidden in his hand if he wrapped around it. AJ removed the seal and sniffed above it. The scent of blood it gave. The amazing aroma somehow enhanced the serpent dragon's excitement and he perked up. "Ah, I like this." It was of a super strong flavour that he had to be extremely careful of the amount he used.

Finally was - a bag of powder, tied with draw strings. It rattled as he picked it up and put on palm, his fingers dug into it felt like they were in fine sand. He grabbed a small bunch and put into his mouth, it was salty, like the taste of salt. Terrific! He was lucky to find the replacement for salt and sugar.

How interesting it is! As the meat was put onto the pan and created lovely sizzles, he could sniff a fragile scent that belonged to proteins. Head was drooling behind, but confused of the source of the good smell as he could see nothing on the hot pan.

Carlos floated around The last event was fun, he got to make new and different things. Cooking still wasn't his forte, but he managed to make someone happy. It was already well worth it.

Now was the time for something different, something new. Carlos waited as they unveiled the material. They were cooking from nothing? oh ok. Wait... invisible? what a splendid idea! He liked this idea a lot. Did you think it would make him more invisible if he ate it?

Carlos gabbed a something. it was... Jingly. Interesting. Carlos was not sure what it was but he picked it up. This would do. Whatever it was.

He put the first mini back and reached again for another ingredient. This one also was very furry and had a long tail - he almost mistook it for the first mini, but the tail was thinner and the body was smaller compared to the tail. Quillan hoped all the minis in the box weren't furry because then he'd have to defur them and there was bound to be some fur that he didn't remove because he couldn't see what he was doing.
