What Kekkei Genkai are you applying for: The Kage Clan...
Why do you want this Kekkei Genkai: It just seems to line up perfectly with what I'm going for; overall weapon prowess.
What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: Extreme kenjutsu prowess. My RPC aspires to become one of Kirigakure's legendary 7 mist swordsmen. This would greatly help towards that goal.
Do you wish to be the head: N/A (It says there's a head. If there isn't for some reason, I'd have no problem with it.)
RP Sample:
Luo traversed the treeline, deciding it was too risky to simply run on the forest floor. He had noticed quite some time ago that he was being followed, his eyes made sure that wasn't something he missed. However, if his opponents payed attention, they would've seen the yellow flash of light from the young genin's irises each time he raced through a shadow. For him it was bittersweet to have eyes such as his, constantly active so he was always ready for battle, yet there was a lot he perceived before it even occurred. Outside of battle, he thought of the latter as more of a curse than a blessing.
"Enough is enough" he thought to himself, launching off of the last branch before twisting his body mid-air 360 degrees. As he began the spin, he unsheathed his katana, letting out a focused arc of futton fueled chakra. The attack rocketed through the treeline, Luo by now predicting the man's next launch forward. It was an inevitable strike, something he couldn't hope to dodge mid jump. Naturally, the man's head was severed, leaving one of the three he spotted out of the picture for good.
As he completed his rotation, Luo landed softly on the ground, twirling his weapon in his right hand. It was then that he was met with two Sunagakure chuunin, each pulling a sword out. They mocked him with their grins, one even remarking how easy it would be to kill him after his first 'lucky' strike. "Lucky? I'm afraid luck had nothing to do with it. Simply put, it's in my blood." Luo began to grin now, something menacing. It was as if he knew something they didn't, which he indeed did. In turn they attacked instantly, not willing to find out what it was the younger of the three knew.
Attacking simultaneously on either side of the genin, one would think either of them had a shot, but that was not the case. As the man on his right reached there first, Luo was already in the process of performing a jumping spin kick, his first strike disarming the man, and the second kicking him in the back of the head. As Luo landed, he was met with a katana thrusting his way. Tilting his katana to his left, he parried the attack upwards and over effortlessly, performing a clean slice to the abdomen directly after. The contents underneath began to spill out as the man stood frozen in place, his face wreaking of disbelief. As he fell to the ground, his squad mate began to recover from the swift kick to the head, rubbing the back of it as he stood.
It was then that Luo's grin grew wider. "I tried to tell you before, it's skill, not luck." Charging at Luo, the man seemed agitated as he attacked, something Luo understood to a degree. After all, his teammates were dispatched rather quickly. The shinobi feigned left and attacked upwards and diagonally, Luo arching his body back as the katana swept up and across his body just a few centimeters. Following the movement, he continued the backward momentum into a back-flip, kicking the man under the chin before completing it. As he landed, true prowess was shown. In an instant, his right foot extended forward as his right hand crossed over to his left and instantly performed a strike which diagonally crossed his whole body, keeping his center of gravity lowered to the ground. It was a classic finishing move used by samurai in duels, only Luo was one of very few genin capable of performing it period, let alone with effectiveness. The kick left the man wide open as he tried to recover, and Luo finished the job quickly. The cut stretched from the right side of his hip to his left shoulder, blood spewing instantly. His chest was the most affected, the cause of death more than likely being a mixture between sheer pain and blood-loss. Either way, Luo had sheathed his katana and wiped it clean before the man's knees hit the ground.
As he walked away, the man uttered one word, realizing at last the truth behind Luo's words. That word? "Kage"
Techniques Used: (As a genin I'll only be able to use one of the abilities. If it is alright with you, I'll focus more on the eyes as well as martial prowess to compensate for the lack of jutsu I can use at genin. If this is unacceptable, I don't mind re-doing it to include more clan jutsu.)

What Kekkei Genkai are you applying for: Mokuton
Why do you want this Kekkei Genkai: Because trees, forest, and nature. I'm not too certain about everything to do with this rpc, but one thing I'm pretty set on is that she'll be more comfortable in nature than with people. The Mokuton just seemed perfect for it.
What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: Nothing much. Rather than seeing the kekkei genkai as a means to achieve a goal, my rpc sees it as just a part of herself. In fact, her goal is to become better with the Mokuton. At least, that's the stance I'm currently taking...
Do you wish to be the head: Yes. Assuming genins can apply to be head. It'll be an interesting fact to my character if she turned out to be head… and would probably result in a different history or something compared to if she wasn't head. The possibility is one of many things stalling my character design actually sweatdrop .
RP Sample: I understand that a lot of these techniques state that they come from the ground, but I didn't see why they wouldn't be allowed to come from other trees themselves. If I'm wrong, please tell me gonk .
A fireball shredded clean through the wooden wall Hime had raised with the Ki Eda no Jutsu [Tree Limb Technique]. Hime dodged the incoming flame, jumping onto the tree branch immediately above her and hiding behind a tree as she did so. She didn't like this. Not at all. Not. At. All. There was too much fire coming from everywhere, and she was scared out of her mind.
Another fire jutsu, this time a massive dragon, came straight at Hime, obviously meant to rip through the tree to reach the frightened girl. She made a soundless exclamation of fear as she jumped away to another tree just as the serpentine flame struck, burning through the poor tree in no time. Not only just fire. No, that was too good for her. She had to be stuck with a fire single-element ninjutsu specialist and without any water source nearby. Elemental disadvantage and, being a long-range fighter herself, she couldn't exploit her opponent's close-combat weakness. She felt like crying just about now. Here she was, being bombarded by scary fire and without a way to put it all out. If her mission didn't depend on keeping her opponent distracted, she would have turned tail and ran.
While still in mid-air from her most recent dodge, a barrage of flames approached Hime, small in size but plentiful in number. A quick series of hand seals, Jukai Heki [Dense Woodland Wall], created several branches to sprout spontaneously from the branches of the trees surrounding her. That was just about the only advantage the kunoichi had in this battle, plenty of trees in the area. Her moves could hold the element of surprise. The branches converged and weaved together to form a wall that quickly burned away, allowing a number of the small flames through, but only after Hime had already landed safely on a branch behind another treed and dropped herself from it to the ground.
She crouched and clenched her hands together, forcing herself to trust her judgement through her irrational wish to run away. Behind a tree as she was, as she had been for the majority of this battle, the enemy wouldn't know Hime's actual position, though he probably knew which tree she was behind. It wasn't too hard to figure out by just observing the path of her jump. Actually, she was basing her plan off her opponent having predicted where she would land… and taking it at face-value.
The clenched hands rapidly went through another series of seals to soundlessly form a clone with the Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [Wood Clone Technique]. Just as the clone integrated itself into the root of a nearby tree that managed to stretch all the way to Hime's spot, the opponent's next fire jutsu hit its target… several feet above Hime's head. As she had guessed, the enemy hadn't expected her to drop down to the ground.
If she could speak, the girl would have shrieked or something right at that moment despite her plan working brilliantly. The bright flash and intense heat and roaring sound brought thoughts she did not enjoy at all. With just a spark of the memory, Hime thought she could feel the heat on her back once again. The burning sensation creeped upon her…
Then a surprised shout brought the girl back to reality. The clone had reached the target and had proceeded to attack him. Of course, the enemy ninja wasn't taking this lying down and was occupying himself with the clone. Although, really, it would only serve as a small distraction for a very short time. Pushing back her fear with the new sense of urgency, HIme jumped up to the smoking tree stump that she had been hiding behind to get into a position where she could see the enemy and finally launch a counterattack. The heated wood beneath her disturbed her, reminding her of more things she would rather not remember, but she pushed herself into the moment of now and here, where she would be likely roasted if she didn't immediately follow through with her plan.
As the opponent busied himself with getting rid of the clone, Hime flashed through yet another set of seals as she ran forwards. This time, she couldn't create the wood from the trees themselves as there would be too much wood involved . A shame, really, since the opponent was on a branch himself (had been for a while to negate her Doton). At the end of the quick set of seals, the Moku Shouheki no Jutsu [Wood Barrier Technique] activated and from the ground came rising several giant pillars from the side of the target opposite of Hime, setting up a shield with both ninjas on the same side. However, her hands didn't rest for even a moment despite the successful execution of the technique.
Of course, this attracted the attention of the opponent, and he looked warily at the sudden structure, having already taken care of the relatively weak clone by this point. He whipped back around after the short look to keep his eyes on the quickly closing in girl. Seeing the chance, he spat out another katon technique, one that consisted of several small flames. At Hime's current trajectory, he didn't doubt that she'd be able to dodge, but just in case, he wanted to make sure she had absolutely no hope.
In the first place, Hime wasn't readying to dodge. The hand signs that she had preemptively made came into use as another Jukai Heki [Dense Woodland Wall] formed from the surrounding trees, this time more in front of the opponent than Hime.
Unperturbed, the opponent simply made ready another fire jutsu. Surely, the little girl's wood would be little more than kindling for two of his flames. A large fireball was set loose just as the wall of branches burned out and revealed that Hime had apparently been preparing another jutsu as well. This time, it had nothing to do with wood and was nothing for a fire user to laugh at. A suiton technique, which Hime had been holding back on to conserve chakra, clashed with the fireball, engulfing it easily and carrying on, weakened but with a little bit of punch remaining.
It seemed that Hime's amateur attempt to conserve chakra by holding out on her only elemental strength against had another unsuspected benefit. The enemy male was quite surprised at the sudden blob of water that pushed him further into the defensive dome. He didn't expect a trump card as simple as this to be pulled out so far into the match. Now, he found himself trapped by a wooden semi-dome meant for defense on one side and a charging enemy shinobi on the other, something he hadn't expected at all.
With her target in the perfect place, Hime couldn't help but give herself a small smile. Finally, she had the advantage. In the last bound before reaching the enemy, Hime revealed her second trump card, Daijurin no Jutsu [Great Forest Technique], and at its completion, her arms transformed into trees.
The enemy, of course, wasn't taking this lying down. To be exact, he was sitting, but that was besides the point. From his disadvantageous position, he flashed through his own hand seals. At their completion, a sphere of fire bloomed around his body, burning away the branches that had been just about to impale him mercilessly. As an added bonus, the wall that had trapped him also burned into ashes upon the creation of the shield.
Fearing the risk of burning herself and shocked at the sudden appearance of fire, Hime quickly reeled back as she transformed the burning wood of her hands into perfectly safe human flesh. She grimaced pitifully. Was she going to have to go through all the fire-slinging and heat again, now? She shivered at the very thought.
The fire shield around the enemy receded, revealing a very tired and uncomfortable shinobi. Apparently, the jutsu had taken a lot out of him or something. Hime didn't know the details, never having really dabbled in fire jutsus herself. Hime supposed that was one advantage: the enemy seemed more tired than she was. It wasn't much of an advantage, though, since Hime could feel herself steadily advancing to that state as well, she just hadn't reached it. All this jutsu-slinging really wore down on the body.
To her great relief, she heard the signal flare rise up in the skies to the east. It meant she could use her final trump card. Hime stood ready and reinvigorated, waiting for her opponent to launch the first attack. He did and the girl protected herself with another precious water jutsu. The resulting clash created a large amount of steam. The smoke bomb tossed in with the jutsu didn't help with visibility either. Clearly, this was for an escape, the final trump card. Under cover of low visibility, Hime made her final preparations.
Not willing to let his prey go running, the enemy shinobi rushed through the obscuring cloud to attack where he had seen Hime last. Nothing.
The smoke cleared. Nothing.
Atop the branch that Hime had been standing on a minute ago, stood the enemy shinobi.
Directly under it, clinging as closely as possible, lay Hime, covered with Mokuton: Henge [Wood Release: Transformation], to camouflage perfectly with the branch. In fact, she was attached directly to it, having even created an indent for herself with the wood manipulation of the technique.

Why do you want this Kekkei Genkai: It accents her established abilities well.
What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: To bring another element and style to using this Kekkei Genkai, and to see how far it can be taken to achieve astonishing results in not only combat but in an average Roleplay setting.

RP Sample:
"Alright that sucked, so let's try again shall we~ We can even play a bit of a game!" Decked out in her usual strange and oddly attractive clothing, Ayume seemed to bounce between the Genin she had recently been put in charge of. They lacked just about everything except for stupidity, but it was something she was willing to deal with. Always leave it to her to put some kids in their place and train up well enough. Whipping out her drawing pad, the white haired princess drew herself and watched as the image exploded onto the scene in as much floral decoration and sparkles as she would have done herself. With a smile on her lips, she pranced around her creation twice before stopping, placing a hand on her hip and pointing to one of the boys. "Alright! Now! Tell me the flaws of my creation and don't hold back dear, I'll know and you'll be in much more trouble than telling me something is wrong in the first place." Moving on to her second creature in question, she fiddled with her drawing pad a bit more before allowing yet another creature to pop out of the page. It was a panther, as black, lean and beautiful as the true being it was made to imitate. She instructed the Taijutsu based Genin to have a little fight with her new pet and only give up if he was afraid of dying on the spot. Not that it would ever happen, but still, putting a little fear into the hearts of children was something Ayume seemed to adore. Her third was probably the weakest of the bunch. Not with ability but physical prowess. She was dainty and seemed even thinner than the Lolita Princess herself. This wouldn't do at all! Only someone as gorgeous as she was could claim the coveted title as 'daintiest of all Konoha'. So, she drudged up a ball of ink and formed it around the girl's ankles and hips and wrists and told her to do a few laps around the training field to toughen her up. That'll teach her!
Techniques Used:
Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu (Ink Clone Technique)
Similar to the other clone techniques, this one also makes a clone of the user. Sai draws himself and doing so the clone becomes life sized. However, the clone will turn back to ink once enough damage has been received.
Choujuu Giga (Super Beast Imitation Drawing)
Ninpou: Choujuu Giga is a Ninjutsu technique used by the mysterious ninja Sai. Gifted with much artistic talent, Sai can remove his special scroll and ink drawings on its surface. Forming the needed hand seal he can then give life to the art, allowing it to spring off the page and obey his will.
Sumi Tama no Jutsu (Ink Ball Technique)
The user will use their blood and mix it with their own Saliva then spit it on their foe and it will began to consume their foe. It begins to increase in weight by each second when you add Chakra into the Ink.

What Kekkei Genkai are you applying for: Byakugan
Why do you want this Kekkei Genkai: Well, for starters, I hate genjustu. But really, in all my other rp’s, I’ve always been heavily ninjutsu so I’d like to try a taijutsu user for a change.
What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: A interesting nin/tai Hyuuga blend that not only uses gentle fist, but is a proficient Mokuton user as well.

RP Sample: (with Kekkei Genkai)
Ryuujin eyed his would-be bully warily. He had just challenged the boy-a fellow ninja-to a fight for what he took as a grave insult.
“I’ll say it again. Mudblood. I don’t know what you did to get those eyes, but they certainly don’t belong on you. You’re too weak to be a real Hyuuga.”
Truth was, Ryuujin didn’t know how he had the Byakugan either. Sure, he was born with it like any other family member, except Ryuujin was an orphan. Why would a Hyuuga give up a child? Either way, he wasn’t about to be looked down on because he wasn’t raised in a posh family mansion. Ryu took a fighting stance and activated his Byakugan. His opponent did the same, lowering into the basic Gentle Fist style.
Ryu charged at his opponent. He could see chakra surging through his pathways, all the points on his body lit up like a teaching cadaver at a hospital. Ryuujin knew that he only needed to strike once, and everything else would flow through to end the assaulter. But his opponent was a Hyuuga, he had to think differently. Instead, he would get in close, close enough that his opponent would think a strike to his vitals was impending, then blast him down with Eight Trigrams: Empty Palm. At such a close distance, if Ryu was lucky, it might fracture something. He had gotten close enough, the boy hadn’t moved. He was just opening his palm to attack when the boy shifted his weight ever so slightly—and then no so slightly. The boy whipped around in a full circle, a Heavenly Spin. If Ryu hadn’t been reckless, attacked from further away, he wouldn’t have been caught. Instead, he was now flying five feet back and –OW—landing flat on the ground. The aggressor wasted no time in launching himself forward to continue the attack.
Pummeling him further into the dirt, the “true Hyuuga” mocked him, using only
Palm Heel Strike against Ryuujin’s chest, knocking the wind out of him and paralyzing him. “Why did you bother? That Byakugan is wasted on you, like you are wasted on this village.” He dragged up by his shirt and pinned him against a wall. There! The Palm Heel Strike, while hurting Ryu, did nothing against his gateways. Chakra burst forth, Gentle Fist Art One Attack Body, shaking the boy back and forcing him to let go of Ryuujin. He knew he wouldn’t get another opportunity like this, so while the boy stumbled backwards, Ryuujin sprinted forward, chest still full with pain, and let loose Eight Trigrams: Thirty-Two Palms. Two, Four, Eight, Sixteen, Thirty-Two! Unlike Ryuujin’s instigator, he did not attack him or antagonize him while he was down.
Ryu realized that might have been a mistake when the boy staggered back up and glared. Lowering himself into stance, Ryuujin spit to the side as a sign he was ready for Round Two.

What do you plan to achieve with this Kekkei Genkai: I plan to be a very skilled shinobi with this kekkei genkai and use it to protect my comrades and my village. (Maybe if the storyline wishes it, might turn evil. Just a suggestion.) Do you wish to be the head: I really don't mind if I am or not RP Sample: Rafael, a Konin for the Village Hidden in the Mist, coming back from his mission for retrieval of a certain scroll from the Land of Wind. The Mizukage issued this assignment only for Rafael because he was really the only one qualified for this type of assignment. Rafael is currently jumping through the branches of trees, since it is a faster way of reaching home. He stopped for a second to think over some things. He pulled out the scroll, he successfully retrieved without being seen. "Mizukage-sama wants this scroll pretty badly...and doesn't really want me to read it. I wonder what is inside that eagers him so much." Rafael shrugged it off as he placed the scroll back in his pocket, slapped the branch and took off. "If I'm right...my little follower will get caught in about 4...3...2..." at the moment after Rafael spoke 2 out loud to himself a sudden explosion erupted behind him. Rafael noticed he had a follower from the Hidden Sand Village trying to ambush him, however getting caught with paper bomb Rafael secretly placed on that very branch. The paper bomb being placed when Rafael slapped that very tree branch. "Heh...easier than expected." Rafael said as he looked over his shoulder watching the explosion and the flak jacket falling from that explosion. Rafael turned back to his direction and went straight for his home village to report to the Mizukage. Close to home, about an hour away, Rafael stopped and landed back on the ground to walk awhile, reaching a shoreline ahead of him momentarily. Rafael knelt down to get a quick drink of water until he felt something strange. A kunai wrapped in another paper bomb landed on the side of his foot, ready to explode. Rafael noticed quickly and jumped out of the way to not get harmed from the blast. Looking up to see about 4 more Sand ninja on the same shoreline with kunai in their hands screaming about getting the scroll back. 2 of them charged at him. Rafael pulled out a kunai of his own as he charged straight at the both of them, dodging the first one in front and colliding kunai's with the second one and knocking him to the side. Rafael through his kunai up into the air as he quickly formed several hand signs and shouted, "Hyōton: Haryū Mōko (Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger)!" The water from the shoreline began to rise as 2 large amounts of water began to form into separate tigers and freeze up to pure ice in an instant as one went in opposite directions, one going after the 2 shinobi that charged at him and the other 2 shinobi that stayed put. Both tigers have hit their targets and loud screams began to roar and an explosion erupted again. With the smoke clearing, one shinobi happened to be still alive and struggling to stay on his feet. Rafael, with a good chunk of chakra drained from him, watched the sand shinobi stood in front of him. "I applaud you for surviving that technique. But I promise you...if you try to continue this fight, you won't survive the next one..." Rafael stood before him with this one very warning. Waiting to see what the shinobi would react. The sand shinobi took a step back then charged straight at him, forming a set of hand seals as a clone of him charged right beside him. "Shame, I was actually going to spare your life." Rafael shrugged as he lifted his arm and caught his kunai that flew straight back down. Charging at both shinobi and the clone, collided with each other. Rafael looked on as the clone who somehow now was behind him jumped over both ninjas and flew down straight at Rafael, ready to slice at his head. However, Rafael leaned back for a flip and kicked the Sand shinobi in the jaw for him to back up and took a back step to dodge the clone and through his kunai through it. Successfully, the clone disappeared but the real body dodged the kunai with good timing. Rafael stood back up looking at the close distance between him and his opponent and smirked. Forming a special tiger seal, infusing the chakra and the ice underground the air gotten very cold and suddenly ice to rise up from the sand ninja's feet and rose up at quick speed to entrap him in full of ice. "Hyōrō no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique), this allows me to keep you trapped in a block of ice. Now to finish the job." Rafael began to form more hand signs and the some of the ice began to form into swallows in the air. The swallows flew straight in the air and zoomed down to the opponent, hitting the block of ice. With nowhere to go, the Sand Ninja couldn't get away. Instead getting shot in many vital spots with Rafael's final technique Hyōton: Tsubame Fubuki (Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm). After the shots connected, the ice began to crack all the way around itself eventually breaking as the body now dead, fell helplessly to the ground. Rafael watched as the body fell to the ground..."I warned him..."he walked over and examined the body and simply turned around and head back home to Kirigakure and report to Mizukage's office. RP Sample:
As the sun was setting upon two ninjas as they battled on a long and large stone bridge between to massive sized mountains, the two wanted blood. "I want your eyes, boy!" Exclaimed a large bearded man. The man was around 6'5 weighing around 320 pounds. To Taku, this man was a giant. With the wind calmly blowing with a soft breeze. "You can try if you can." Taku said with a calm and bored like voice. Taking a couple of steps before charging the Large man charged towards Taku with full speed. "Check mate. Great Fireball jutsu". Without the need to make hand seals, Luciano exhaled a stream of fire which formed into a sphere of flames that is 10 feet in diameter and continued straight towards the bearded mans direction. "Oh no." the bearded man whispered. As he attempted to dodge the jutsu Taku planned another assault.
Activating his Sharingan, which was one tomoe, Taku was ready to get started. Before the breaded man could react Taku, using the Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade technique, Taku threw three windmill shuriken, with wire attached to them towards the bearded man, who was to busy attempting to dodge the jutsu while this was happening. Just as the Bearded man barely dodged the fire ball, he was bound the the wires from the windmill triple blade technique as they wrapped around him while the blade wedged into the the bridge. "Ahh get me out of this !" The bearded man commanded Taku as he was unsure what would happen next. Except Taku knew, And it was about to happen. Without the need of hand seals, Taku grabbed a nearby wire that held the bearded man in place. "Dragon Fire Jutsu". using the wires, Taku guided the unleashed large torrential fire burst onto the bearded man burning him alive. " Surely you wouldve lived it you was stronger but it was your fate to die by me". WIth that being said, Taku left the bridge towards the hidden village of the left to continue on his quest to kill the hokage and start another more between nations
