Batsu looked over at his opponents and sighed. Whenever it came to fighting he wasn't the one attacking. He was uausally the one in the background making sure his teammates were healed. However, things were different. This was the chuunin exams and he had a feeling that the second his healing jutsu made an appearance he would become the main target. His speed only can get him so far and there was no telling how smart they were so clones might be an issue. But he was sure to think of something.

Masaraku looked out at her opponents, red one was kind of cute, sweater boy was a chump, and so what if the other kid beat Shinzu in a fight. She had beat him in a fight before too. People acted like that was an accomplishment. "So I take it that you're going to take the short one with red hair? Fine by me. I'll get the nervous wreck in the sweater."

"Blue Jacket is mine." Shinzu said in a tone that showed nothing to signal he would back down. Something had changed in the boy since his two humiliating defeats. He was ready to go and it showed in his demeanor and his thoughts. He would openup with the gates and hold nothing back form there.

Christy removed the scroll on her back and rolled it out. She formed a few handsigns as it began to glow, then she took on a defensive stance. She reached into the scroll and took out a nodachi. Wielding it as she looked forward. They all knew the drill. She was going to do her part.

Stage II: Chakra Control DC 20 Learn how to seal and unseal medium items.
Stage III: Chakra Control DC 27 Learn how to seal and unseal larger items. It's starting to get a bit harder now to push the objects in.
Stage IV: Chakra Control DC 36 Learn how to seal and unseal large items. It now requires a lot of control or brute chakra force to seal the objects into the scroll.
Stage V: Chakra Control DC 45 Learn how to seal and unseal huge items. Even more chakra control is required to manipulate the fine points of the summoning scroll to let the huge object in.

Shinzu took off right at the blue jacketed kid, he wasn't going to give him any quarter this time. This time the winner woulddecided in close range combat, where Shinzu held the advantage. He opened with a punch to the guy's face, before grabbing his wrists and pulling him around behind him. "Let's see you use your precious ninjutsu without your hands!" He yelled as he put his foot on the guy's back, pushing forward and pulling his arms back.
Melee: Roll (14) + MAB (25) + Tai (6) = 45 Hit
Grapple: Roll (13) + MAB (20) + Tai (6) = 39 Hit
Melee: Roll (13) + MAB (15) + Tai (6) = 34 Hit

Ikkaku drew his nodachi and approached the magic man who had just ran across the entire six hundred foot arena and gotten behind his ally. He swung the mighty sword into the guys back, then again, then again. Sure, Christy may get mad, but what did Ikkaku care, this guy was obviously going to be annoying.

Batsu cocked his head to the side as he watched the girl go into a defensive stance. Batsu watched the girl's weapon as he pondered. The girl was basically impervious to his arrows now and using his ninjutsu may be a death nail. That left one option. Batsu made handsigns of his own and locked on to the girl's eyes. Chakra began flowing from his sight as he tried to tap into her mind. Genjutsu was the only way to go as far as attacking is concerned.

Masa knew that the enemy was to far for her to run all the way there. The trees seemed like the best route. Masa ran for them. If she couldn't make it down there in one round, she would make damned sure that they didn't see her coming. She ran up and hid in the trees. She made her way down the field.

Finn wriggled loose as Ikkaku hit Shinzu. "Thanks Bro. Now time to take care of this loser ******** with my EXPLODING FLAME SHOT!" Three fireballs fired at Shinzu, then he turned and fired three more of them down range at Batsu. "You take some too ya ninny!"

Christy couldn't see the blue chick, and the other guy was nearly dead. Maybe she should attack Ikkaku? Wait what? She would attack the other kid from Kiri instead. She levitated one nodachi, eight katanas, and a kunai into the air, keeping her Nodachi nearby. Her onslaught of blades flew towards Batsu.

Soshuha (Manipulating Attack Blades)
Blades are held floating in mid-air as they are controlled by the user's chakra. These blades can then be directed towards any desired target.
Cp cost: 6 per blade per turn

Damage: weapon damage + chk mod

Stage I: Ninja Weapons DC 20 {any weapon/mix of weapons} Weapon familiarization.
Stage II: Chakra Control DC 25 Create chakra threads that are connected to your weapons so you can control them, and practice moving them around and attacking.
Stage III: Ninjutsu DC 26 Combine the previously trained elements.
Special: Can control up to 2 blades + 2 more for every 10 ranks in Chakra Control
