I have a question~ I know it says no commercial cosplays, and I assume that means like...no anime / television show / movie / etc. characters, which I totally understand. But what if it's like...a general idea based off of a series? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it's not a cosplay of a specific person; a sort of cosplay based off of a theme / inspiration from the series.
