I think an Archive is a good idea in case we have a thread we don't want to delete, but we don't want to keep it there.

With the feedback given, here's another proposed shell. The only thing I'd really suggest is that as we begin the shift to a new guild, we should focus entirely on in-guild community RPs, and "Lands of Strife" RPs that consist of missions etc. This way we can build strong rapport between our members. From there, we can add an additional Sub Forum when needed extending into unrelated RP.

├----Purpose: General Discussion: To inform new and current members on the GML's most recent events and happenings. To provide the rules and systems that are uniform in the guild in detail, so that everyone can see them and no one has to go looking.

├----The Lands of Strife (The new RP Haven)
├----Purpose - To Contain all of the GML's RP threads, outside of those within the compound.
├Subforum 2
├----The Gaian Mercenary League Compound
├----Purpose - To contain all of the RP threads within GML's compound. Where RP Rank Test, Combat training threads, Headquarters Drama etc all goes in here. This thread would be our home base for characters etc, and Lands of Strife would serve as our true staging grounds.

├----Name - The GML Data Archives
├----Purpose - To contain all of GML's old threads of note, any court proceedings and important dated Guild business, old RP Rank Tests, etc. This is also where player mercenary profiles should go, and all updated information on their class builds.

The Parlor (OOC)
Same purpose it has always served razz

The Tournament
For the obvious above mentioned purposes.

Now, Ferr, I'm not sure I'm understanding you quite right- You mean, we start off with one sub for RP, then switch to two later on? Because I can certainly agree with that, it makes good sense, I just want to make sure that's what you're proposing.

And no one will have any objection with us having a TOC?

Aye, a long time for sure. Jeez... Nostalgia, man. Back when there were a damn good few of us... Good times, to say the least...
