Technology Name: Chakra Pill

Description: A small shell made specifically for storing chakra, these are capable of restoring a large portion of lost chakra, or giving a slight boost if ingested before using any.
How they work: These pills can be bought at any ninja supply store, but when bought they are empty. They are made from a special material, so must be bought from a store to know you’re getting the real thing.

When the user holds the empty pill in their hand, it slowly drains chakra into itself, charging itself for later use. (Five chakra points per post, to a maximum of twenty points per pill.) Trying to force chakra into the pill to speed charging will destroy the pill, and cause a chakra backlash, so the full charge time must be taken.

Weakness: Due to the dangerous nature of these pills, it is illegal for a shop to sell more than five to a single buyer, and if you already have some, you cannot exceed the total of five.

These pills grant an instantaneous boost of chakra, recharging the entire body in an instant. After awhile however, this becomes dangerous. Taking more than one pill in quick succession(Two posts) will be too great a strain for most people to handle. Taking more than three pills in an extended battle will cause extreme pain as the bodies cells are forced to remain active, processing chakra unnaturally. Taking the full five during a single battle will most likely end in death from the sheer pain the user is subjected to. The pain from misuse of these pills is very similar to, and bordering on the level of the pain of the Konaga.

The pills work by restoring the chakra originally stored in the body to it again, granting a boost of power. Because of this, the chakra is not altered in any way from it’s original form. Taking a chakra pill charged by another shinobi is dangerous, as the foreign chakra will rebel, and fight the body. This results in extreme pain, and the ninja would be unable to operate through the pain.

Rules:
Max five pills at a time per shinobi
There must be at least two posts between taking pills, or the chakra will harm the body
Pills are charged at five points per post while held in the hand
Pills carry a maximum of twenty points
If the pill is not fully charged, it will only return as much as was put into it
Trying to speed the charge will destroy the pill
Taking pills charged by another ninja will harm your body and not grant any chakra
Taking more than two pills will harm your body in increasing degrees, until death or near death at the fifth pill

also 'Their sting can paralyze if not kill you' >.> this dose not go for every scorpion.. in fact there are only a few scorpions that kill... the rest mainly cause great pain.. swelling, increased heart rate, hard to breathe, and a few more things...

Sike, just playin fam. It sounds nice but if you want my opinion that weakness is whack bro and you limit yourself in the wrong way with something like that because if someone like me gets close to you with a big ol sword, your gonna wanna have some kind of weapon to defend yourself with so you don't rely on just bugs. I suggest you make it very weak against fire and lightning so that it would hurt you more then if you were wear regular clothes. I feel like this is a better weakness because for one it makes sense, and for two it doesn't limit you so much for just having clothing on. Yes it could become very dangerous for you if you get hit with a fire or lightning attack but that's assuming the person is skilled enough to catch you. But yeah, you're gonna wanna weapon on you thats larger then a little kunai son. If you don't like this then maybe you could try for reduced movement type thing but yeah that weapon thing isn't a good look.

@Kuro and Mistah: This is not the place for this debate. I don't think you really even need to get that thing approved, since it's just special clothing. Lots of people wear altered clothing. It's just if it's super resistant to jutsu or something that it would need to be approved.

@Kosane: That does sound like something that would go in tech rather than weapons. You'd have to describe the limitations pretty well to pass such a thing though. And most likely they would want you to be a medical shinobi.

Description:
This is an eye peice specifically made to track movements, it does not amplify Sight distance, but it is capable of tracking a moving enemy easily. This allows Ninja who are far slower than the opponent to be able to block some attacks. it is made of metal rings and glass, and is a complete replacement for the Right eye. It cannot be held by someone who also has a Dojutsu, as it will take their Eye, making their Dojutsu half powered. also any channeling of chakra through this object will destroy it completely, frying the circuts.

Weakness:
If even one point of chakra is put into this object it is ruined, and must be taken out by an A rank Med-nin.
It is only capable of tracking movements, not the actual person.
