Someone should RP Killer Bee's fighting style. Mad Props if they do it right.

I suggest, for the sake of village defences, we start looking carefully at the technology shown in Naruto. We know they have cameras, T.V's, and radios. I think there are even telephone lines.
Mabye each village should have some sort of special advantage different from other villages. An example could be Kumogakure having cleaner energy sources when compared to other nations and shinobi better suited for aerial combat. One nation could have the strongest military force while another could have superior surveillance devices. In the case of mission mabye Kirigakure would request aide from another village with ninja better equipped with surveillence device to track a missing ninja or something.

Assuming Kage/Sannin Rank Jutsu incur a S-Cost, and then Basics-E, Genin-D, Chuunin-C... well which Jounin jutsus are A and which are B? This needs to be marked, unless Kage jutsus are 'A' at which point I must ask: What jutsus are 'S'
