I'm open to any suggestions and criticism by my guildies. So this is how it works. You have an idea, post it, the crew and I shall review it and everybody wins. Now, if your idea gets shot down, please don't take it personal. We're not here to attack or make anybody upset. Crew, please be kind to other's suggestions.

I was thinking about this earlier because I've seen people do this in other guilds; I don't think that people with the sharingan or byakugan should be allowed to also be a part of a clan other than Uchiha(for sharingan users obviously) and Hyuga(sp? for byakugan users), at least not without some penalty. Perhaps someone with byakugan that is not a member of the Hyuga cannot learn the gentle fist, palm rotation, and the various other techniques that require the byakugan to use, because the Hyuga would obviously want to keep these techniques secret. As for people with sharingan if they are not a part of the Uchiha clan then they should not be able to use Uchiha clan jutsus, including the techniques for the Mangekyo Sharingans. I bring this up because I have seen people that will have one of these very powerful Doujutsu, and then they will also use aburame or nara clan techniques in conjunction with uchiha or hyuga clan techniques.
I don't know, maybe this rule was already assumed or something, but I just wanted to throw it out there just in case. (I don't really have any ideas about how mangekyo would work for transfusions since kakashi was able to use his mangekyo, but yeah)

Lance there's already a rule saying that you can either be part of a clan or you can have a bloodline, but not both

Yeah, but Lance isn't just asking about the "1 Bloodline or Clan" thing. He is talking about the special jutsus that go along with the Bloodlines and that they should be exclusive that actual people of that bloodline. I think that he has a valid point! I second his suggestion. <.<

I think it would be a good idea if we only had one rpc in this guild because then it lets other be less confused.

that's already a rule Ginger, only one rpc for anyone. Even the kages and crew. I'm pretty sure we can't create another one right after our character dies, if they die that is.

I disagree entirely.
I strongly believe, having only one RPC is stupid. It shows you lack creativity, and openness. And you're lazy or inactive. It's not confusing, just ******** read. Don't start bullshitting.
I suggest highly you allow everyone more then one RPC.
And you WILL ALLOW me to make a new one.
Besides, my RPC already has Crystal Release.
I made a custom clan. Someone has to head it, and that person will be me. If you deny that right, you deny my urge to RP.
And don't you dare start to flame me -not a single damn one of you is in a position to do so.

1st you can change your blood line/clan if you choose to do so you just have to apply for it and pay for it again. Third what position are you in to tell the creator of the guild that he can or cannot make that rule I think it is up to him. And lastly thank you for being a hypocrite =).
