Tares Demascus (Uchiha) Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist " Thats ok, we dont really need one for the first few stages." LT pulled his katana from its sheath on his back and poked the tip of the blade into the ground, causing it to stand straight up hilt pointing to the sky. He then removed his flak vest and offered it to the girl. "To be honest the first stage of the sword styles is conditioning. Take my vest, its weighted to 75 pounds, and run a lap around the village, then come back here and we can start from there." LT rolled up his sleeves to show that he still had some weighted armlets and anklets, he took them off too and handed them to the girl too. Stage 1: The Body Training Academy In the first stage of the style, the practioner does nothing but train his body by wearing weighted armlets and leg weights. The user trains by simply moving constantly and training sessions look almost like boxing matches, with the user having to constantly move around and dodge the trainer. It is believed that teaching one how to survive is the first order of business.

You can not make me, and you can not break me.” ...........................................•·.·´¯`·.·• •·.·´¯`·.·•´..........................................╔══════════════════════════╗ Freya looked at the vest cautiously, her face paling dramatically, before she gulped and grabbed the vest and the armlets and anklets. The weight of them caused her to fall face first into the dirt, her nose and forehead banging into them as she landed. Feeling tears rise up to her eyes, she gently rubbed her nose, and bit her lip. She sat up, pulling on the first anklet, followed by the second. She then pulled the vest on, straining with difficulty. Her face reddened under the strain, as she pulled on the armlets. Finally she sighed in the relief, before grabbing a nearby tree, and pushing herself up. She couldn't stand up straight, and so she leaned against the tree, bent over.
Already sweating, she scooted her feet forward, unable to fully pick them up. Three "steps" in, she fell face first into the dirt again. Whimpering, with tears flowing down her face, and blood tricking down her chin from where she had bit herself, she began to stand again, this time putting the weight on her knees. She walked forward, falling, getting up, falling, and getting up again and again with the strain of the weight; and kept walking. ╚══════════════════════════╝ .............................................•·.·´¯`·.·• •·.·´¯`·.·•´.........................................((Can't see her being that strong xP ))

A bird would be seen, flying downward towards LT. To him, it would be easily noticeable as a messenger bird from Konohagakure. Soon landed on a nearby branch, watching LT and waiting for him to retrieve the letter.
((I'll PM you with the details in the letter.))

There was a soft crunch of leaves was the only sound that announced Tenmou's presence. He was always quiet, rarely speaking unless he needed to. It didn't mean he had nothing to say, he just liked to plan his words out carefully. He was an oddity, that was for sure. It would be a stretch to call Tenmou stable. He seemed to act on impulse, but in fact they were carefully planned out moves. Despite that, it was almost impossible to tell what his motives were, and he was just as likely to stab a person in the back once he had what he needed than to share the spoils. Except for a few people...good, loyal friends were hard to come by for Tenmou, but if he made that kind of friend, they were safe.
His hands were in his pockets as he walked. He was never afraid of the forest, or the bandits. Despite his young age and inexperience, his unhealthy interest in knives had allowed him to become very, very skilled in their use, and he had already killed a half-dozen bandits already that had tried to mug him in this forest. His hood was pulled low as he walked, and he was in deep thought, thought that caused faint wisps of smoke to curl out from under his hood.
See, he had a very odd bloodline, and yet he couldn't find anybody else like him. He needed somebody to help him understand who he was, because he had no parents, often sleeping wherever he could find at night. He was unique in every sense of the word, and was desperately looking for answers as to what his bloodline was, and if there were any other members to it.

A little bored of simply walking around for a long time, not really doing anything, Tenmou turned his sights toward where he knew the village was. He started to head back. Maybe he'd find something to do there. He wasn't too social, so going to find someone to chat with was out of the question. He'd probably get into a fight or something.

Matsuya meandered his way into the park and smiled to himself as he felt the cool mist on his face. He'd missed that while he'd been gone. It was one of those small pleasures in life you could only know if you'd grown up in Kirigakure. He slipped an apple from his robe and took a bite out of it. Apples were a small pleasure while living in Konoha. Kirigakure couldn't grow them like other countries. That was another reason Matsuya was somewhat enthusiastic about going out with LT to figure out what had happened with Zane. He'd been considering setting up some sort of agreement with a merchant in another country for apples in exchange for some sort of favor. Most likely information about a competitor, but one could never know. Matsuya settled into a small nook of a tree near the path he'd been walking on.

Matsuya yawned as he awoke from the small sleep he'd fallen into. His hand was still gripping the apple in his hand. Apparently, even Matsuya's subconscious mind was unwilling to release an apple. He stretched for a moment, letting out a grunt of satisfaction. Then he remembered: his appointment with Luo. "Ah, crap." Matsuya took the last few bites of his apple like he hadn't eaten in months, dropped the core, and started running towards the prairie.

(sorry for the long wait man, haven't had my laptop the last couple days) Kaizen Minoru 改善 山崎實 Lotus of the Mist Weapon Specialist | Speed | Gobi Host | Chakra Control | Dance of the Thunder God
"We are the culmination of every choice we have ever made..."Jogging brusquely through the park, Kai smiled at the villagers meandering through the large park, occasionally glancing over his shoulder to make sure Gage was still following. Crossing over one of the many bridges of the park, Kai spotted a sizable tree in the midst of a field of green grass. Without slowing down, Kaizen made his way to the tree and made a quick ascent, focusing his chakra into the soles of his feet as he simply jogged up the tree's trunk. Reaching the top branch, Kaizen stopped and called down to Gage, "your turn.""... but sometimes, the right choice isn't always clear."

xxx Gage followed, as best he could with the training vest weighing him down. He was starting to get used to the weight, but his body was operating on sheer determination. Kai set a very fast pace considering what Gage had just been through, nonetheless, Gage didn't complain but endured. He didn't know why, but the pain pushed him forward, like he felt he was actually achieving something.
xxx Kai and Gage crossed the bridge into the park, keeping the same pace as they ran. Gage had to slow down a little so he could try to catch his breath, but instead Lance ran up the tree and told him to follow him. 'I've done this once before...' Gage thought as he picked up the pace and charged for the tree.
xxx He concentrated his Chakra into the sole of his feet, using the ball of his foot as his medium. As his foot made contact with the tree he began to run up a long the tree. He found himself having to focus more chakra with each step due to the fatigue he was experiencing. "Ugh..." Gage said as he concentrated a little to much chakra into his right foot. He lunged forward, but his foot was too far into the bark for him to get out. 'Oh crap...' Gage thought as his body, not physically ready for this 'torment' went limp. He fell backwards, foot burried deep within the bark. The training vest he wore hit the tree with a light tap as Gage hung there upside down. "Ugh..." was all Gage was able to say as he shoved the training vest down and let it fall to the ground.
xxx "This isn't what I would call a good position to be in..." He said out loud as he retrieved two kunai from his ninja tools bag. the rest of the content fell onto the ground, but he'd retrieve it later. Holding a kunai in a forward grip with each hand and stabbed deep into the tree, he used these kunai as leverage to take some of the pressure out of his already dark red face. He tried to pull himself out but couldn't muster enough strength to do so. "I'm screwed..." He said out loud as he finally admitted defeat. "I'm stuck and too weak to even get my foot out..."

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner As Luo took the long way home, he entered Kiri park in order to use one of its many paths to get to his home deep within the forest it opened up to. For a while he stuck to the main path, noticing night joggers and couples walking together. The main area where the river ran through was thoroughly lit, and so more than safe for people to be in. Walking alongside the river on the path, Luo turned and looked down into it, seeing his own reflection in the moving water. Turning back to look where he was going quickly however, Luo sighed to himself as he walked on. It seemed tonight there was a full moon, and what a beautiful one it was. As he took his leisurely stroll, Luo pondered on the letter he had to write to the Raikage. He was supposed to send a letter in order to alert the Raikage of his visitation, however the Raikage didn't seem to mind sending a jounin to Kirigakure without notice. It didn't seem like a lot to most, but Luo wondered if this was done in an attempt to place themselves above Luo, or simply a desperate attempt to form an alliance. It certainly was something to think about at the very least.
Rounding the bend of the main path before it began to branch off in what seemed like infinite paths with their own branches, Luo head the sound of dead weight hitting bark and a moment later a loud thud on the ground followed by the sound of small pieces of metal falling. Looking at his path and then looking in the other direction at the path where the noise originated from, Luo stood for a moment before turning to his right instead of the usual left as curiosity got the best of him. Walking with a bit more purpose, Luo went down the path for a moment before he heard a familiar voice echoing form a bit farther. It sounded like the boy from Iwa, and Luo swore he heard him say something about being 'Screwed.' As he got closer, he heard what the by said next clearly, turning the corner to literally see what he meant when he said he was stuck. There a few yards in front of Luo, stood Kaizen on top of a tree. Lower on the trunk however, was Gage hanging upside down with his face red with defeat and frustration.
"Need help?" Luo muttered through the mist, beginning to once more walk towards the pair after stopping for a moment to admire what had happened. Luo was sure that Gage was not used to the mist still, so it wouldn't be until Luo was only two yards away that Gage would see who called out to them. Approaching, Luo stared down at the boy into his eyes as he stifled a chuckle. " Training hard I see." was all that Luo said before attempting to help the boy down. Placing one hand open under his neck to support it upwards to stop blood from continuing to flow to it, he placed his right hand under the back of his stuck foot. Lifting with his right hand and supporting the head in his left, he aided the boy like a gymnastics teacher would in a guided back-flip to his feet. Looking at Gage and then Kaizen he muttered to both of them, "Why are you training out here? You know as well as I do Kaizen that diverting from Kiri Park's main paths at night can be dangerous."

xxx As he hung there, suspended a good twenty feet off the ground, Gage couldn't help, but to think of how he had gotten here. The mist seemed to be a bit bothersome at times, making Gage long for the rugged rocks that lined Iwagakure's park. 'One day I shall return...' He thought to himself as he heard someone approaching.
xxx "Who's there..." He managed to mumble, sounding more like a whimper then a threat. Out from the mist a familiar voice rang out. 'The Kage... Just my luck.' He thought as he answered Luo. "Yes... Sir..." He said as the man ascended the tree before Gage could finish the statement. Before Gage could even marvel at the man's speed, he was plummeting down towards the ground in a back flip fashion. He maneuvered himself quickly, throwing his weight towards his feet to make the rotation fast enough so he could land right. Gage hit the ground on his feet with a soft thud, then fell down on his backside. It was then that Gage heard the man's voice, but it echoed as if Gage missed the statement by mere seconds.
xxx "Umm... Yes... Sir..." Gage managed as he stood up. He wobbled for a few steps as he regained balance. He retrieved his kunai and placed them in his ninja toll bag. He walked over to the training vest and tugged it on. 'Thank goodness I hadn't tightened the straps...' He thought as he looked up at the Mizukage. "Your training methods..." Gage began as he walked a good distance away from the tree. "... they far exceed the training of Iwagakure..." He finished as he ran towards the tree.
xxx Gage ran once more towards the tree, concentrating his chakra into his feet, something he was used to doing, but the training vest made the amount needed a tad bit more then what Gage was usually used to. As he reached the tree he stepped into it, not breaking the pace, keeping almost perfect chakra output. Although he was a lot slower then the first attempt, he managed to run past Luo and reach another twenty feet before losing control.
xxx This time, however, Gage was prepared for it. As he lost his chakra control, he used the momentum he had built and kicked the opposite leg -the one that wasn't on the tree- forward, sending him in a back flip. He tugged off the training vest mid-flip and tossed it towards a branch as he free fell towards the ground. The vest caught on the branch that he had intended, but still Gage plummeted. forty, thirty, twenty, ten...
CRUNCH!
xxx A loud crunching noise could be heard as Gage hit a branch ten feet above the ground. As he free-fell towards the earth, he refocused his chakra in order to safely land without any injury. Starting to get used to the training vest, he had over focused his chakra, causing him to make more noise then intended. "Ahh sorry about that..." He said as he hopped to the ground. He landed lighter then before, but managed to stay on his feet. Gage began to feel a little nauseated from the ramen he ate earlier. 'I need to sit down... I shouldn't of eaten that ramen...' He thought as he walked over to the tree, hugging his stomach. He slid down to his haunches; it was then that he realized how far up the training vest was. 'Now how am I going to get that...' He thought looking up at the training vest. The tree was fifty feet high, another ten feet and Gage would reach the top, but first he needed the training vest back...
xxx As he pondered his options he heard the Mizukage speak to Kai. He heard the man say that this part was dangerous at night. 'What in the world... This is a park, not a war zone...' He thought to himself as he began to feel a little uneasy. ((A nice sized post. Sorry I'm one to make post up as I go, this one seemed perfect for my RPC's current condition.

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner Watching as Gauge attempted the tree once more, Luo didn't say anything at all. Instead, he simply stepped forward once off of the branch he stood on and fell to the ground. Grabbing the vest from the branch it landed on, Luo landed softly with no noise left behind. Placing the vest down as he stood over Gauge, he wondered if he'd be okay but figured he'd live. Nodding slowly he answered the boy's statement after a while of just being silent. "There is a reason Kirigakure's military power has been feared for quite some time. We fight hard, and train harder. There is little else we see in combat that we have yet to approach in training. I'm sure you'll adjust to the regimen however."
Looking around for a moment, Luo felt the need to explain himself as far as the park was concerned. "Unfortunately for some time, a group of rogue shinobi have been known to appear in the park late at night in order to steal from people. Although we've arrested many, their just does not seem to be an end to their numbers. It's a matter I've been looking into myself rather closely." As usual, Luo's mind was running a mile a minute at the current moment. Before the sentence was over, he had already drafted the first half of the letter to the Raikage as well as the full letter to Yamatano he was to compose that night as well. It was why it seemed at times that Luo didn't take the time to dwell on something he had just finished saying. Sometimes, the things he didn't dwell on turned out to be pretty serious or even life threatening. However, in such a situation the man's mind was too busy calculating a way to evade such an occurrence, his mouth refused to dwell anywhere past the sentence itself before he either continued on, or changed the subject altogether. When the latter happened, it was his way of going through the roster of things in his mind. His current roster held six completely different trains of thought, and if he was to get any sleep that night he would need to empty at least half of it before he reached home.
So, deciding of course immediately after explaining the park's dangerous nightlife he didn't have time to dwell on what the pair was doing, he sighed aloud more to himself than anyone in particular, a trait he had. "Well boys, I'm too tired to stick around and get to the bottom of whatever you're doing here right now, so if you do get robbed or something and manage to catch the thieves in the process, tie 'em up and put them outside of the tower till morning. Oh and Gage, meet me in my office tomorrow morning. Goodnight boys." With that, Luo turned and took his leave of that walkway, returning to the shortcut towards the family compound. As he disappeared from view, he yawned covering his mouth partly. He was tired, but he needed to train that night as well. "I guess if I grasp the concept well enough, I'll finish training early," he thought to himself as he began down a path marked only by a one foot wide stone with his clan symbol on it.
Not many people dared to use the path, at least of those who even recognized the rock as a marker for the trail. These woods were the tail end of the Ushio clan's backyard, starting behind the wall of bamboo built around the back of the compound as the aesthetic end to their backyard. Truth was, their land stretched out to the edge of this path nestled only fifteen minutes into Kiri park. What made it difficult to find apart from it barely being marked, is the hundreds of paths Kiri park possessed. There were endless ways to go, and endless ways to get lost unless you knew the ones which intersected. Generally, there were eighty main paths that intersected and were slightly larger than the others. However once you branch of from that, each subsequent path had dozens of optional branches. Needless to say unless you knew the way, finding the exact path that lead to the clan's land was pretty difficult.
As he walked, he had sorted out three of six things that needed to be sorted. He had put to bed for the day his thoughts on the Kumo situation, he made mental travel plans for the document signing, and he decided who he'd send for the construction mission in Shimogakure afterwards. "Just in time" he muttered to himself as he came over the last hill and entered the thick of a three-hundred foot deep bamboo forest. He was nearing home.

Gage sat in silence an and moaned a little as Luo told him about the bandits. Something in his stomach caused him to get really tired as he sat there in front of Luo. Already a little hazed by his stomach ache, he couldn't really hear much of what the Kage was saying. He managed to hear only "My office; tomorrow" and let out another groan as the man walked away.
'The pain...' He thought to himself as he sat there and waited for Kai to tell him what was next. Gage let out a yawn and his eyes began to flutter as he tried to stay awake. "Oh man..." he said out loud as he tried to fight the sleep. It didn't take long for him to drift into a deep sleep, amidst the warnings that Luo gave him.
The next morning...
Gage awoke in an awkward laying position. "Where the hell am I?" He said out loud as he sat up and looked around. 'The park...' He thought as he stood and looked up at the tree above him, still a little hazy, but he could see the top since it was the day time. '.. but where is Kai...' Things didn't seem right, but nonetheless he still had to go to the office.
He began walking in the direction of the office, hoping he'd there on time.

Himura walked through the forest, not on any worn path. The park was the closest wooded area Himura could think of, and he had to make sure they weren't near any citizens enjoying a day in the park. He just hoped that masaki's mokuton abilities weren't too advanced yet. Far from any paved road. Himura turned to masaki. "Now we are in an element more suited to you." Himura drew his beautiful Katana, the edge gleaming in the sunlight that made it through the trees. "Now, attack me." Himura stood still as a statue, eyes daring masaki to come at him. On the beach he was teaching the boy how to hit things with sticks, but now that he knew the boy's power, he wanted to focus on the boy's inner strengths. Offense, clearly, was one, now was the time to apply finesse to his applications of offense.
