Hinote, no offense, but you can be kind of harsh with the way you phrase things. I get that you're doing it as constructive criticism, and I appreciate that aspect of it, but you could be a little more gentle with how you speak to people.

I can be very harsh, yes. I really don't know another way to get a point across strongly enough to make an impact. I have tried the 'politically correct' approach, and it does not work. The best way to let someone know they've done something wrong is a figurative slap across the face.
Once people have been around me for a good length of time, they either get upset and break contact, or learn to respect the way I do things. Those that join the second group gain a good deal of respect from me, because I know it is difficult to get along with me at times.
As far as my critique on roleplay goes, I have found that those who stick through my criticism despite the harshness of it, usually manage to improve their abilities a great deal. By no means am I saying I'm a master, just that I spot details many would miss.
And that was quite a long response to a short remark... I have a knack for over-explanation.

You aren't half as bad as a few people I know. You're okay in my book.

I tend to over-emphasize things as well.
I respect the way your critique peoples' work and I appreciate the criticism. Sometimes, you really just need to blatantly let people know when they're wrong. Most people don't do that, so I respect those that do.
