Rosemary made her way home carefully, asking Jisa every once in a while if the amulet was secure. It was, and Rose made it back to Edoc'sil. As she landed, Saffron immediately left the two and went off to play somewhere. Jisa hopped off, and offered Rose the Amulet, who took it, thanked the hawk, and watched as Jisa flew back into the den.
Rosemary stood their awkwardly for several moments, the amulet clenched lightly in her jaws. Erm...she really haven't thought of it this far. How was Eclipse gonna react?
Heck, does Eclipse even like her past the bonds of clan mates?
Pushing that nervousness aside -what's wrong with her? This is Rosemary we're talking about! She's not suppose to get nervous!- Rosemary was getting ready to call out for Eclipse when something walked in beside her, panting.
I've been looking everywhere for you! Zephyr grumbled. Rowan and Oreo found two kyn eggs. You should hurry down to the hatchery- what's that you got there?
Rosemary hid the Amulet from view.
Tell Rowan I'll be right down Rosemary told the Lunar, ignoring his last question. Zephyr shrugged and ran off, anxious to see how Origin was doing with their rider.
Rosemary struggled with herself for a little bit more, before gathering her nerves, and calling through the bond between her and Eclipse,
Clips, come to the entrance for a moment.
Rosemary felt Eclipse's questions as the Lunar made his way down the Grand Hollow from his room, making his way quickly to the entrance of the cavern systems.
Eclipse walked in a few minutes later, watching Rosemary curiously. He could feel that something was odd with rosemary, partly because of the fact that Rose was blocking her emotions from seeping across their bond.
Is something wrong? Eclipse asked. Rosemary settled herself onto her hind legs, still wondering how she should explain this.
Exactly a year ago, I hatched from my egg, in another Rider's den. You know that right?
Eclipse nodded.
It was breeding season around then...and so it is now. Erm...Eclipse? Do you know where I'm going with this?
Eclipse blinked, staring at Rosemary awkwardly as the European uncovered the Red Heart Amulet and gave it to Eclipse. The Lunar struggled with this for a moment. This heart amulet was as old as Rosemary herself. She had always said how she was going to give it to her chosen mate.
Her chosen mate. Him, Eclipse.
Rosemary looked at Clips expectantly.
Finally, the Lunar slipped the Amulet around his neck.

A soft click of metal on stone interrupted the moment. "Touching," sneered a deep, lightly accented voice. A pair of bright golden eyes suddenly opened up, shining at them in the darkness, and then there were soft pads, punctuated by metallic clinks as a shape became clear in the darkness.
"So beautiful," the towering half-Lunar drawled, leaning down slowly to eye the two of them. He sat back on his haunches after a moment, lifting his right forepaw and turning it back and forth in front of his face, examining it and extending his claws, then retracting them. "It is always so good to see love bloom, hm? Such a lovely couple you make, as well." He set his paw down and slunk forward again, moving around them slowly, half-obscured in darkness, watching them with his bright, glowing eyes.
"But you," he added as his eyes turned on Eclipse, "You have been busy for me, have you not? You brought me the young Gargoyle... he is waiting at the half-way point. He needs some... training before he is ready to meet the Emperor." He continued to move around them. "It is such a high honor, you know? I could not bring so... unrefined an Otherkin to him." He smiled, displaying sharp teeth.
"Allow me to introduce myself," he finally spoke to Rosemary. "I am Tigris Euphre."

Rosemary visibly tensed, her shared memories with Eclipse telling her perfectly who this half-truekyn was. He wasn't as big as eclipse remembered, or that was probably because Rosemary was quite a bit larger then Clips.
Eclipse was less nervous then Rosemary, although he could never feel completely comfortable in the presence of Tigris either.
"I couldn't teach him properly myself, so I'm sorry I had to send him in the state he was. Perhaps one of the other Kyns also going to the island can tutor him?"
(Really really short, but I'm still worn out from the Klondike sweatdrop )
