Core was too annoyed at Madeline`s sudden appearance and friendship interruption , that she hardly heard the screams . It was all noise to her . Leaning against a wall with fingers pressed against her temples , she slid down the floor . Kara had left , and Core let her . Maybe she needed space , who knew .

It`s been a few minute since Kara had left , and Travis , Kile , Cassie and Sarah were taking more than enough time coming up . We won`t take too long , they won`t even know we`re gone , she thought , before jumping off the balcony to follow Kara .

Travis entered Karas room to see the door to the balcony wide open and no one to be found. He felt he had overstayed his time and felt it was time to depart, he would see them again soon enough, he always seemed to run into them.

Kara walked into the lobby area and headed straight for the stairs. She then ran up them really fast and didn't stop running till she was at her door. She opened it and went in. This time she locked it up tight. After that she went to the bathroom and took a long shower. She did it to help clear her mind. When she got out she went to her bedroom and changed. She closed her balcony door and locked it. Then pulled the shade over it an laid down on her bed. She stared up at her ceiling.
The day her parents died her brother began to change. When he saw them dead and his little sister cradleing their mother in her lap he just stood there shocked. Then after a minute or so his face had calmed down and he seemed ok with it. Then when the time came to let go of the bodies, Kara had cried but her brother just nodded like he didn't care. They ended up growing up together and working away from each other. While Kara still had trouble letting go and didn't get any friends, Shade let go quickly and even joined a gang. The same gang he was in now.
Kara shook herself. She wanted to get rid of the memory but she needed to let it out somehow. Plus she wanted to figure out how her powers became known. If she just tried to pinpoint a time she wouldn't find it easily so she had to remember everything. When she told herself long ago that she would never have to. Never go back to what she once was. But it was a lie from the beginning.

Kara slowly closed her eyes. She needed to think more. To remember. She had to remember.
Kara began to help around in the place she was living in. But at the same time her brother and the gang he was in started to do some stupid things. And ended up hurting alot of people in the process. Then one day Shade brought his friends over to where they were living and the leader. Kenile. Started to like her. Tried to talk to her often. But in the end she ignored him. Which made him want her even more. One day when she was helping a child who was wounded she started to see everything that had happened to the child by touching her. Then the child started complaining about her touch being to hot. Kara lifted her hand and stared at it. She couldn't control fire and temperature like a fireslinger. So it made no sense. But everyday when she was helping people they said her touch was hurting them. She didn't get it. Then one day when Shade brought his friends over. They destroyed one of her favorite things and got her pissed. This in turn opened up a portal and everyone there got hurt except her.
Kara sat up and realized she was breathing hard. "Someone tampered with my memories..... which is why its hard to remember." She said aloud while trying to catch her breath.

Kara finally stopped breathing hard an closed her eyes. This time she did it to put a barrier in her mind away from the pain. When she opened her eyes she got up and sat down on the floor. She sat with her legs crossed. And closed her eyes.
The moment one of them had broken her things she had gotten pissed. But the real power didn't emerge until she was close to strangleing one of them. It burst through her like a cannon. Shooting out and enveloping all of them. Even her. Though it didn't hurt her. They were in a dark red-ish black world. All of Shade's friends and even Shade were in major pain. Kara was shocked. She couldn't understand it. When she saw Shade starting to die she ran over to him. She screamed and then the portal shoved all of them back through. All of them were wounded and Kara didn't know what had happened. About a week later she went into the forest. And she tried to make the portal reappear. She succeeded but Kenile was also there with her when she went through. Though this time he wasn't getting hurt since Kara wasn't pissed. She was shocked he'd come with her but he just smiled and asked her to join him. And he would help her lean about her abilities.
Kara got up after awhile. She needed food. Luckily there was still some in the fridge. She made a sandwhich and went back to her room. She sat down again and started to eat. All the while thinking about what she'd just remembered.

After finishing her sandwhich Kara got up and took another shower. She needed to cool her mind before looking deeper. She changed yet again into some other cloths then sat back down on the floor.
Kara had just stared at Kenile like he was stupid. After a few minutes the portal closed and they were back in the forest. Aparently while they were gone the other members had gathered. When they saw Kenile come out of the portal with Kara they got defensive. But Kenile waved them down. Kenile just looked at her and asked again. Kara shook her head and answered "NO" Then she walked away and went to work. Everyday Kenile came to her work and house and asked her. Finally after a week she turned on him. She was furious. So she asked why he kept asking. And he answered he with a smile and said "Cause you need help just like we do" And it kept happening. Finally when her power went outta control and hurt alot of people she accepted. She bound herself to the gang.
Kara opened her eyes and grimaced. Now she was getting annoyed. She couldn't believe Kenile had said that.

After running what she saw through her head once more she closed her eyes and began to see.
The first day she'd joined the other members were still afraid since she'd hurt them in her world. But after awhile they all opened up to her. Her first mission was to steal something from a noble or whatever they were called there. She did it all by herself. After going through the stream near the building she went over to the guards stationed there and used her hand with its influence and touched them. The moment she did they went out cold. She quickly made her way up the levels of the building. Kenile had given her permision to kill anyone who interfeared but she knocked them out. Until she got to the noble himself. He was a powerful man. A Fireslinger. She had trouble in the beginning. But when she got backed into a corner her power went through her and they both went through the portal. In the end only she came out alive. She'd killed the noble. She quickly got what she was supposed to steal and left. She gave it to her group and told them what happened. After a few years in her gang she'd killed countless people. Innocent people. But at the time she didn't care. She had fun. Until one day. Kenile did something.
Kara opened her eyes and put a hand to her head. She was sweating badly. She got up and got a glass of water. She ran through all that had happened. She was scarred. She didn't know if she wanted to know more.

Kara really didn't want to see anymore. But she had to find out. What her powers were and what she could do to control them.
One day when Kara went to the base, she thought no one was there and decided to wait. Then Kenile came up the stairs of the hideout with a guy. A new guy, Kara had thought at first. Then Kenile saw her and smiled. He asked her to follow him along with the guy. Kenile strapped the guy down to a chair and pushed Kara towards him. She staggered and fell on the guy. He screamed out in pain and Kara froze. She could no longer move. She noticed her hand was still on the guy. Power was seeping through her and into the guy and from the guy she was getting life energy.
Kara shot up straight. Thats what she needed. Just like vampires need blood. She needs life energy. She was scarred.

Kara was breathing hard. She tried to calm down but found out it was no good. She sighed. "Can't give up now." She said to herself. She closed her eyes. She needed to finish this.
The moment her hand went on the guy he froze. He felt cold to her. Finally her legs gave way and she fell over. After a few minutes she looked up at Kenile. "What did you do?" She asked him. He just smiled and told her that they'd found what she needed to control her powers. He walked out of the room smiling. Kara finally got to her feet and looked at the guy. He was pale and his eyes were pure white, no pupils at all. Not anymore. She touched him and felt that he was ice cold. She'd killed him. She got scarred. Kara ran out of that room right into Shade. He just looked at her like she was crazy but Kara kept running. She'd had it. She needed to get out. Be alone. So she made her way into Kenile's 'office' as he called it. She stole some money and ran. Somehow when she passed through the veil into this one her bond with the gang broke. She didn't look back. She kept moving forward. Being Free. She lived from place to place till she met her best friend. Core.
Kara opened her eyes. She was pale. She didn't know what to say. It made no sense to her. Why Kenile would do that. But then again. Kenile had his own things he wanted to do.

after about ten minutes or so of waiting some random person came right up to him and mocked him he growled and was about to answer her when a girl appeared and the person who was mocking him went away leaving him alone again. he looked down and saw that he was bleeding again, **** he cursed. he gave himself a tempramental patch to cover up the wound, he had this kit with him so whenever he got hurt he could patch himself up for enough time to reach his house, where all his medical equipment was. he would be home right now if not for that woman who promised to help him showed up, so far he saw no sign of her. He hoped that somebody would help him soon or he would be in some serious trouble, he didnt get nervous though that would only speed up the blood flow and make him loose blood faster. he continued to wait for the woman

Core came into the main building laughing and smile with another vampire . Scenting Lycan blood , a slur of thought and memories came back to her . Rushing over to the bleeding man , her eyes were wide with worry . " I`m so sorry ! " she said , almost begging his forgiveness . She had just presumed he had decided to follow her . It was selfish to think that . If she had not been so concerned with her own feelings , she would`ve noticed that she passed right by the bench they had met . Noticing his scent , she would`ve realized that he had come here , and was still bleeding heavily .
Helping him to the elevator now , they went to the 3rd floor . One of his arms over her shoulders , she led him to a specific room . " Kara ! " she yelled , knocking with her free hand .
She was a Death Dealer , and she knew a were`s anatomy inside out . This helps her kill them . But today , it will help her save one .

the woman had finally came back, finally, luck when I actually need it. she helped him towards what he presumed was her appartment, then he heard her yell out a name, but he was far to relieved to notice, that and the loss of blood was once again making him dizzy.((I will maybe be on tommorow and next week if something comes up okay? that way you arent waiting for me to post everyday.))

The man in her arms was growing limp , becoming weak from the loss of blood . His blood had almost completely covered Core`s skinny jeans , but it didn`t matter . They were already ruin by her own tears and the water`s salt . Holding on to the slipping man with both arms , she had to let go of one to knock on Kara`s door again . Catching him again quickly , she decided it was best to sit him down . Leaning him against the wall , she called out again . " Kara ! " she shouted , loud enough that hopefully she should be able to hear , but no one else will come out an investigate .

he was becoming very dizzy again, the shapes of objects around him were becoming very fuzzy and weird. He could only hope that the woman would be able to save him for he hand no longer the strength to stand. he looked at her, she looked worried, he hated seeing her like that."dont worry"he said. "I will be fine" he gave her a weak smile.
