	The soquili above, Sayena, is co-owned between ~InfinityTrust~ and myself. Sig, Contest, and Rp Rights -Both owners have sig rights and all Rp rights -Both owners may enter her into any contest if she may wishes, and not necessary needing the other co-owner's permission -Sayena lives in Lady's teepee Breeding -Infi gets the basket in the Sayena's 1st breeding, and if there is a 3rd basket, we shall discuss with the other owner -Lady gets the basket in Sayena's 2nd breeding, and if there is a 3rd basket, same as above -If Sayena ever gets a 3rd breeding, both Lady and Infi shall discuss about it to determine who is the owner of it -Both of us need to approve of who Sayena is breeding with Lifemating/Ownership -For lifemating, both owners must approve -None of the owners may transfer ownership with out the permission of the other -Either owner may relinquish co-ownership if she wishes -If either owner is absent from Gaia more than two monthes or leaves gaia, the ownership is immediately transferred to the other owner.

	I, Tirokio, hereby give co-ownership rights to Alexander.Zero Alex's rights are only Sig-candy and since his time is so limited, the only rps he does with Sonic is ones done with myself. (Since its sucky to rp two of your own together!) He can request more though; I don't mind! Alexander.Zero also claims no rights to breeding or basket entitlement because of said time issues. Tiro has controll of everything else. <3

	Tirokio I, Tirokio, hereby give co-ownership rights to Alexander.Zero Alex's rights are only Sig-candy and since his time is so limited, the only rps he does with Sonic is ones done with myself. 	Because the original is lost in limbo somewhere... groans Here's the agreement once again for Shibuya Yuuri ~Rein_Carnation and Gauardian Yami's Co-Ownership Agreement~ Rein's Terms of contract ~ Rein shall have full RP rights ~ Rein shall have full choosing of the future mate of Yuuri ~ Rein has Sig rights ~ Rein can enter Yuuri in any contests, raffles, etc. ~ Rein is entitled to baskets from all three breedings ~ Rein has overall complete control of Yuuri Yami's Terms of Contract ~ Yami shall have sig rights ~ Yami may enter Yuuri in contests, raffles, etc. ~ Yami is entitled to baskets from all three breedings Breeding Agreement ~First, Second, and third breedings both owners shall receive a basket. Either may choose to co-own with another owner should they see it in their discretion. If a third basket is available both parties shall discuss the destination to where the basket shall go. Ownership Terms of Contract If either one of said co-owners leaves Gaia permanently the other party shall fully own said pet. I don't see this a problem since I personally know Yami, but you never know what can happen ;/

	~Rein_Carnation and PGM's Co-Ownership Agreement~ PGM's Terms of Contract ~ Mika has Full RP Rights ~ Mika has sig rights ~ Mika has rights to the first and third breeding basket ~ Mika may enter Iolanthe in any contests or raffles she sees fit. Rein's Term's of Contract ~ Rein has sig rights ~ Rein has rights to the second breeding basket Co-Ownership Terms of contract ~ In the event of three baskets per any breeding the third shall be discussed by both parties where its destination is. ~ The potential mate must be discussed and agreed to by both parties. That way the decision is positive and won't cause disagreements in the future. ~ In the event of either party leaving Gaia permanently, the other party shall fully become the owner. ~ Any other agreements must be met by both parties before final decisions are made.

	Breaking Co-Ownership Request! I Ivory_Feld am requesting to remove my real life sister, Horzezcutey from being co-owner of my mare, Maui. Maui was obtained by a breeding between me and Remove; Horzez had no previous attactments to the horse. I'd let her co-own when I was pregnant, thinking that the possible business of mother hood would all me little to no RP/Gaia time. When I found that to be incorrect, sister Horzez and I discussed what should be done and I took over Maui again. Horzez has done nothing with Maui, no RP or breedings or anything. Those are my rights again. The reason I request this official break is due to the facts that 1) my sister has virtually quit Gaia and 2) that having her name on the cert complexes entering in breeding raffles. Her agreement to the break will be posted below.
