Scientia or "science" in latin is a bloodline based upon the belief that a roleplayer can define the imaginary limitations in which they RP in through sheer creativity and writing. In a way, Scientia is the ability to both create and destroy an imaginary plane in the metaphorical sense, and to manipulate the realistic processes within this realized realm or plane of existence. This "logic" that you can manipulate "logic" is unique to the bloodline users of the Scientia for their very nature is defined as "science." They are the idealized version of roleplaying in which anything is possible and death is only a gateway into another dimension if scientifically possible.
Unlike the Imaginatio bloodline, the Scientia bloodline is broken down into more realistic categories based upon college majors and then they are made into techniques that typical taijutsu and medic ninja in the series Naruto would have acquired through chakra manipulation. Since this bloodline is more knowledge based rather than imagination based, the words "theories" over "ideas" are preferred and the distinction between scientific terms is defined throughout the description and restriction of this bloodlines many abilities.
Like Imaginatio, you can theoretically roleplay "god" if he is defined in a scientific sense as an all powerful being capable of creating and destroying but because humans are bound by limitations in the real sense it is almost impossible for any shinobi regardless of their scientific genius to ever hope to achieve the status of "god" even if the existence of "god" or of "a god" were to be proven. In listing abilities of the Scientia bloodline the techniques are broken down by majors and by scientific disciplines rather than "genjutsu" or "ninjutsu" as each discipline has its limitations in what exactly it can and cannot manipulate. The manipulation of an idea is more exact and more defined in this bloodline than any other bloodline perhaps because the distinction between each science has to be exact.

Social sciences (Psychology, Linguistics, Anthropology)
The social sciences are the fields of scholarship that study society.
Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics)
Physical Science is an encompassing term for the branches of natural science and science that study non-living systems, in contrast to the life sciences
Earth Sciences (Metereology, Geography, Oceanography, Ecology)
Earth science (also known as geoscience, the geosciences or the Earth sciences) is an all-embracing term for the sciences related to the planet Earth.
Life Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Zoology, Anatomy, Botany)
Life science comprises the branches of science that involve the scientific study of living organisms, like plants, animals, and human beings.
Within these four main branches of science are other branches of study and within these branches are techniques that fall under the specified discipline. For example, a ninja with a Ph.D in Biology would be considered a Jounin-aged or A-ranked or above level ninja and with this knowledge their main techniques would revolve around the life sciences as they would be considered a Medical Doctor or a Biologist or a Botanist or a Zoologist. From these disciplines they could then venture out and have some Physical science techniques. A chemist and botanist would make for a great Poison user and puppeteer.
Another likely combination would be with an Earth science focus and some Life science studies such as an Oceanographer and with an interest in Marine life such as Marine Biology. Most of these "degrees" however are only obtained after a ninja has reached a certain age for a genin level ninja cannot be a Doctor. However, "bachelors" and "masters" systems are set in place so that shinobi at the age of 12 can already possess some abilities unique to professionals.
Degree systems
Bachelor's in Science (B.S.)
Typically awarded to students of four years, the majority of low level ninja such as genin or chunin would have these. They spend double the effort in their studies as a ninja to also study some scientific discipline in order to obtain these degrees at such a young age. Once they reach a higher title such as jounin or higher they may advance their degree title as well. They can only major in ONE area but can have techniques from other disciplines if it relates to their main studies.
Master's in Science (M.S.)
Typically awarded to students of six years, the majority of mid level ninja such as chunin or jounin would have these. They spend double the effort in their studies as a ninja to also study some scientific discipline in order to obtain these degrees at such a young age. Once they reach a higher title such as Sanin or higher they may advance their degree title as well. They can only major in ONE area but can have techniques from other disciplines if it relates to their main studies. Their bachelor's may be of a different area to allow them to have more of a varied list of techniques.
Doctorate in Science (Ph.D)
Typically awarded to students of eight years, the majority of high level ninja such as high-ranking jounin or sanin or Kage would have these. They spend double the effort in their studies as a ninja to also study some scientific discipline in order to obtain these degrees at such a young age. Once they reach a higher title such as Kage or higher they may advance their degree title as well. They can only major in ONE area but can have techniques from other disciplines if it relates to their main studies. Their bachelor's and master's may be of a different area to allow them to have more of a varied list of techniques.

Pseudo-sciences as disciplines are allowed however, some technique ideas may be denied because they are far-fetched or unsupported by mainstream science. Alchemy, astronomy, and numerology are just some of these disciplines
Clan Techniques
-Scientia: Chemistry: Botany: Venus Bomb Trap
Manipulating a group of venus fly traps and manipulating their chemical processes to make an explosion, the user can make a deadly armada of exploding plants form and hunt down enemies by tracking their chemical processes. Once within the jaws of the plant, a powerful explosion which melts the skin and bone of whatever targeted area is caught is released leaving the victim helpless as more and more burn marks are left on the skin after each following bite from a venus fly trap.
-Scientia: Physics: The Force
Manipulation of the space and motion waves around the user allows them to also manipulate those forces around the targeted enemy. By sheer exertion of will, the neck or limb area of a target is squished into nothingness because of the pressure being exerted by the user.
-Scientia: Psychology: State of Bliss
A genjutsu that is activated by eye contact. After making eye contact with the user, the victim is left in a state of bliss, unaware of their more primitive needs such as thirst or hunger being taken away as their sense of security and such (refer to Maslow's hierchy of needs) are being supported and exemplified by this moment in time.
-Scientia: Geology: Diamond Shurikens
Diamond rock is formed as the heat of the earth and rocks and sands are fused into a wall of defensive brick and then pieces of diamond as shot out as shurikens for every second that this combination is allowed to continue fusing.
-Scientia: Zoology: Return of the Dinosaur
A large 60-foot lizard-like dinosaur creature is summoned forth using the manipulation of fossils and of cellullar biology to recreate a beast that is as hungry as it is large. Taking the shape of a Tyranosaurous Rex or of a Stegasaurous, both creatures are described as: ...
-Scientia: Ecology: Numbers of the Beast
A certain limitation in the population is thought up in the mind of the user as they form the seals on the floor underneath. As the fuuinjutsu spreads for a mile and a half, the numbers of beasts in the areas and of all life forms are not allowed to exceed a certain number. If the law is broken, then the animals will begin to hunt and kill each other until the user is left standing. Typically small birds and earthworms are affected but these creatures can all be manipulated by the user and if in a large enough amount they can create large amounts of damage on both the target and the environment.
-Scientia: Linguistics: Word of Mouth
Using a language that has never been written down, the simple manipulation of sound and of clicks and whistles makes for a genjutsu-like technique that can alter the victim's perception of reality and allows for spiritual and somewhat religious experiences to occur. Depending on the user's choice of words, these events could be holy or devastating
-Scientia: Microbiology: Pasteur's Experiment
Using two separate flasks to determine if life is possible to recreate without any conditions, the user begins to create and manipulate the microbiology of simple cells through the manipulation of simple biology and chemistry. These simple cells can be manipulated to form viruses and once injected via senbon or simple rubbing of the skin, the victim is left unaware of their impending doom as these cells eat away at the victim's cells. to create themselves anew. For each creature that these cells consume, their power as a virus increases as well.

To join you MUST be INTELLIGENT in your writing and thinking. If every technique of yours is theoretically impossible or highly unlikely then the chances of you being accepted are low. There are no conditions to what kind of character you make however we prefer one that is gifted in taijutsu or medical jutsu over one who is gifted in ninjutsu.
Your character does need to have a degree level such as bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D in something written either after or under your character's name in your post style. The titles can be multiple such as a Ph.D in Meteorology with a master's in Chemistry and bachelor's in Physics. For the most part if this is what your area of focus is, you won't be allowed to have many techniques in the psychology area but you may have one or two techniques that are outside of your area of focus. If you can somehow find a way to mix in linguistics and meterology however, that is fine as long as it makes sense.
And last condition is, PM ME with your character and ideas before creation as I will be the one to approve you in the bloodline or not depending on your scientific accuracy and the knowledge that I have (you can teach me some concepts yourself.)

What I just posted is the science bloodline idea of Xzaro. It took effort to let him let me post it here so any questions regarding some of the abilities I'll have to ask him or assume based off of the description what he meant.
I'd like to roleplay a physicist or a human biologist aka a Medical doctor so I can make an awesome taijutsuist and medic ninja who can manipulate some aspects of gravity to levitate and stuff. It's borrowing some of the same ideas from the imagination bloodline in its description to make the comparison between the other.
The way I see it, this bloodline is more logical while the imagination bloodline might have been to creative for you people to handle. I think it's relatively easy to understand and not at all that OP but that's because compared to the last one I see more limitations and more exact definitions.
Feel free to question it but don't become a rude ignorant idiot in the process.
