((*creeps sheepishly back into the picture*..er..hi, guys ^^'.
I guess I have a lot to answer for. Firstly, yes I did end up in Europe for a month with no internet...and, well, am back now. I hope I can help get this rp back up to what it was before, although I must say I am very impressed with how its been going in my absence. *applauds all* Job well done I say!
I've read everything after my last post (and a bit before that) here's what I propose;
Mythee should be excluded until she expresses a desire to join again. I think it is safe to say that reliable is not a word to describe her posting (I'm such a hypocrite).
I'm going to try to create a reason for all the combatants to leave the village, it seems to me that unless we want to take on the imperial army itself a tactical retreat would be wise...but I have no idea how this is going to affect the official tournament and our entry into it if we all become wanted criminals! Here goes.))

Tura was about to follow Minastuki, when suddenly something caught her eye. It was the tiny forest dragon that belonged to one of the sage's apprentices...what was his name? Hogan!
He had something grasped delicately in his emerald beak, a small leather back of sorts.
It inquired in a raspy tone.
Tura paused for a moment before nodding and slowly padding over to him. He certainly was tiny, no bigger than a house cat. Only when she drew closer did she see what it was he carried.
The tiny dragon held up a claw.
Tura's ears pricked as Kreet told her the story. These apprentices were certainly not the pampered noble puppies she had originally taken them for.
she said finally.
Kreet had to fight back a squeal of excitement as he hurried off to do the gryphon's bidding.
Tura turned purposefully back to the castle and, using the ornately carved hedges and low hanging trees, crept towards the main gate.

It did not take her long to find the sage, he was just outside the castle with two of the guard watching his bent and shackled form. Tura looked beyond them and caught sight of three bloody corpses, each with their red uniforms stained a darker crimson. The scent of wolf caught in her nares, Fenrir.
Wasting no time she lowered her head and directed a spell into the soil at her feet.

The earth began to shift, a small lump drifted away from her like the back of a submerged animal. The noise it made was enough draw the attention of the two guards.
"What was that?" One of them drew his blade defensively.
"Come on." replied the other, drawing his own and stepping forward.
This was too easy. With both guards beside each other in the bushes she needed only to cast a sleep spell on the air around them.

The two men collapsed in a heap and it was then Tura stepped from the shadows.

Brantalis squinted into the darkness, gasping when two deep purple eyes met his gaze.
"Bless me! You could have stopped my heart!" he whispered quickly as the gryphon slid like a shadow behind him.
She undid the shackles with a set of keys she had taken from the guards and helped the old sage out of them.
"Is everyone in the study?" he asked, massaging his wrists which had swollen painfully underneath the metal bonds.
Tura shook her head solemnly, then gestured to herself and tugged at the bands around her forelegs.
"Not you nor your companion," Brantalis concluded. "Are any of the combatants in the study?"
Tura shrugged and the old sage sighed.
"No matter, I must get my apprentices to safety, I fear this carnage that has taken place will be put upon my shoulders and they would stand with me to the end. Tura, you need to find the rest of the combatants, tell them to escape. I must head to my study and look after my charges. " He put a gentle hand on the gryphon's shoulder. "Please forgive me for not being able to help you further. I am sorry to have dragged all of you into this. Best of luck to you."
With that he turned and, just as he was about to go a shrill squeak broke the silence.
Kreet came scampering towards them, the leather satchel swinging madly from his small jaws. Brantalis allowed Kreet to climb into his shoulder and happily relieved him of the summoning stones.
Kreet purred.

Tura bowed her head to them both and watched as a hidden door opened into the castle and they disappeared.

((Griffin, just so I know, was Isaad one of the two guards keeping watch on Brantalis? Also, there were only three guards total last I checked, counting Isaad, and two of those were inside the castle, so does this mean that back-up is arriving already?
Blood, your attack on the second guard is a hit, but I'd like for you to write the 'hit' itself because I'm not comfortable deciding the strength of your character.))

((Erm, I'm going to say that Isaad rushed off to deal with Mina and Damiano. As for the guard numbers *holds out fingers* There were eleven to start with? Or was it twelve? Anyway, The head honcho took five to find Sai didn't he, three were killed...that leaves three or four left...Two in the castle..leaves one or two looking after the captured sage. I think that about does it yeah? No one's called for back up, but if you need it I'd say they'd be able to organize it very promptly. The Imperial guard should have all sorts of mages at their heels, it would be easy to use some of them to transport more soldiers.))

((Well, it's good to know there aren't many guards left in the castle. As it is I'd like to finish the leowolf soon. I did set myself up to tear out its throat with my fangs after all twisted ))

((Raistlin, you and Blood are in the same situation, so I'm just waiting on a response from her before I respond with the loewulf.))

Armador began having trouble spotting the castle as black clouds slipped over the moon. He continued his powerful gallop and reared to a stop as he nearly slammed head first into its wall which could now be seen with the once again bright light of the moon.

Armador slowly walked around the circumfrence of the castle, looking for anything that was open... Or at least something he could break through with out too much alarm from the occupants. Baraku shot a glare through black, hollow eye holes at his companion as he leapt off. Baraku tried not to listen to Armadors common sarcasm as he tapped the walls of the castle. They sounded very thick and as he listened he could actually hear the muffled yelling of guards and theyre beasts. "Somehtings definetly going on in here. Well probably have to make an unwelcome visit."

((I dont want to make my grand entrence without an exact idea of whats going on here. Can someone give me a summary or something?))

((*bows* Well, at least two active combatants are in the castle battling with the imperial guard and their leowulfs. Sai's char as well as mine and Azure's are all off somewhere else and will meet up with the others probably by daybreak. My char's creature, the gryphon Tura is about to go find the combatants in the castle, (she stayed behind) but for the moment she is outside.))

(( I havn't made a habit of checking this RP anymore, I almost forgot about it. O.0 But I hope I can get back into it once everyone else is caught up and together? I'm still wondering about what we're going to do next. By the way, how is Kin a wanted criminal when he wasn't around to be identified? ))

((Right now only Sai and Raidek will be 'wanted' as Aruhl is already hunting Sai, and Isaad got a pretty good look at Raidek, though Raidek was wearing a mask and could simply remove it or wear a different one to change his appearance. Damiano and Minatsuki will most likely be 'wanted' as well, unless they kill the Guards that they are currently combating, in which case they cannot be identified. Lamen may have escaped and be 'wanted' or even be captured by this point, and I'm going to say that Aiva escaped already, before the Guards got a good look at her.))

Moriko had her arms crossed over each other gripping the four foot staff as it rested against her back horizontally, she couldn’t help but notice the gigantically sized creature as it approached the castle.

Curiosity, as it usually did get the better of her, for she had planned on leaving the city after the unruly display the imperial guard had displayed in the town. Moriko was in the village for the festival, she had attended it every time it as held since she was a young girl when her father would carry her on his shoulders and buy her all different sorts of interesting things that amazed her then.

Moriko was now approaching the creature and what she would presume to be the creatures “master” as it were. The one to whom it is bound. She moved silently, her robes grazing over the ground as she approached the armor bound man, “Hello there…” She had heard the man’s comment and quickly decided to try and direct the man away from obvious danger. “If you are thinking about charging in as the hero of the day, perhaps you should reconsider.” Moriko kindly smiled looking at the man hoping perhaps to turn his vision from mere fighting as to avoid the risk of more people getting hurt than already have.

((I am so sorry for returning later than I announced; people felt that the first week was so wonderful, which it was not, they decided to extended another... I tried getting on through my cell phone, but it lacked memory to load gaia's immense images >.> I've just returned half an hour ago, and I'm tired as hell, alas, I will post something! *Dies* gonk ))

A dull thud escaped as Miantsuki's sword impacted on Barun, dropping him to the floor roughly three feet away from where she was. Shaking slightly, Minatsuki let out short breaths as she watched the fallen man for a second, confirming that he was blacked out. Turning back to the ice wall that covered her vision, Minatsuki lifted her hand to touch it, but left it hanging in mid-air, goosebumps running up her arm. Withdrawing her hand, Minatsuki looked around, now a ice caved, hallway for any more enemies, and called out nervously over the wall to the combatant she thought she had surely seen during the festival.

"Psst, hey, we should really get out of here?"

Damiano couldn't help but smirk as the wall closed quickly enough to prevent the enemy mage from getting to him. The wolf was nothing without its companion. Damiano had used his magic to merge with his, what chance did a lone companion with no magic have against him now? Despite his self, however, Damiano maintained a focussed mind. Every opponent deserved respect. He had an advantage, but there was nothing saying this wolf wouldn't get lucky. As it was, Damiano could also see a portion of his ice wall being torn at. He hoped he had enough time to end the wolf before having to deal with the soldier.

Deftly, Damiano weaved his flexible body to counter the wolf's lunge. He spun sideways while bending backward, waiting until he could see a weak point in the creature's side while simultaneously attempting to dodge the beast. The words of a spell were waiting at the tip of his tongue just in case he needed to react quickly. As it was, he'd only wait long enough to see a weak flank before driving his own newly-acquired fangs into the beast's throat. Already he could feel his dragon companion's baser instincts creeping into his mind. Was this how Ark thought whenever he was in battle? Damiano made a note to find out when there was more time.

Grahvil felt something inside him lessen. A presence that had withdrawn, or receded. He knew what it was immediately, his partner had been knocked unconscious. He knew what it was, but the sensation, or lack thereof, still came as a shock to him. As a result his reaction was slowed, and left him open to what he knew was about to be a grave attack from the young mage that had just moved into a position to lunge with fangs that did not belong in the face of a young human mage.

((Now would you all please get the hell out of the village. Gahhahahh! *loses sanity, falls over into an incoherant pile*...

Also, a side note for all. I have moved the 'Notes', which are helpful reminders of things inside the roleplay, to just beneath the world map on the first page. I have also added a new note about the definition and use of advanced spells.))

((Allow me.))

Tura raced around to the first door she saw, diving through it and galloping down the corridor. The sound of her talons and paws was muffled on the thick red carpet that covered the stone floor. She had to find Damiano and Minatsuki, tell them that there was no more need to fight. Suddenly the hallway met with another, leaving three options for the gryphon. She slid to a halt, holding perfectly still while her nose and ears worked quickly to pick out a hint.
Sounds of fighting came to her, faint but unmistakable and she hurried towards them as fast as her legs would carry her. It wasn't long before the scent of magic hit her sensitive nares. This was quite a battle. Tura all but flew up a flight of stairs and continued on. She rounded a corner just in time to see Damiano dispatch the unfortunate leowulf. Or at least she thought it was Damiano.
She announced to the dragon companion she hoped was listening.

((Heylo! xd *SHOT* Okay, before you all murderously rampage on me, I'd like to say that... I'M FOR BARTON *SHOT AGAIN*
I actually thought that the arpee was pretty much dead, but then Griff here told me otherwise. rofl But it looks like I'm not really needed. o.o So please go ahead and do without me- let's just say Lamen never existed. I didn't really do much anyways. rofl I'm just so busy and back into the B/Cs stuff since it came back to life. o.o ))
