Well, It's been a long process, but I can officially say that this is my primary account now, here on Gaia. Mostly I am on Gaia for the roleplaying community, though I do occasionally strike out and wander some of the other forums. I've been a Gaian, not always this account, since the beginning of '05. My, at the time, girlfriend got me into it. We got married in April of '08, so our first wedding anniversary is coming up soon. Anyways, on to other things.
I'm an avid reader. I love fantasy and sci-fi, and if you put the two of them together I love it all the more. I've been readily tearing through The Legend of Drizzt lately, though I am also most of the way through The Wheel of Time, and I just recently finished off the Star Wars: Legacy of The Force series. I enjoy James Rollins SIGMA Force novels, and also Jim Butchers Dreden Files series. I make sure to pick those up as soon as I can, whenever a new one comes out. I'm looking forward to the Star Wars: Fate of The Jedi series which starts this month (March). I guess that's it for my current reading interests.
For games I enjoy Magic: The Gathering, though the game has grown to be a bit spendy. My friends and I have slowed down to a dead stop in our card purchases. Since we haven't been buying new cards and building new decks we have all but stopped playing the game. I still enjoy a few rounds though when I can talk one of them into it. I also am one of the classic D&D nerds, in fact tomorrow I am going over to my friends place, which just happens to be a basement, to play a drow rogue. I will also be playing a dwarven fighter when another of friends starts up a campaign. And if two separate campaigns of D&D is not bad enough I am DMing a third. My primary video game addiction is Maple Story. This is a Korean MMORPG. It's anime styled, side scrolling, 2D, and a lot of fun. When my new Alienware computer arrives I plan to get into some more serious PC gaming, probably starting with Oblivion, which my wife will also play, and Portal. There were one or two more I was considering, but I suddenly can't remember what they were.
I'm an anime/manga addict. I currently am reading Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Mahou Sensei Negima, Deadman Wonderland, and Gantz. I currently own all of Trigun and Trigun Maximum, except for the last volume which has yet to be released. I've read all of Ruroni Kenshin, awesome series. Animes, that I've seen include:

8/17/10 - I felt I should add, to go along with my anime and manga addiction I have become a Gundam fanatic. Wing, SEED, SEED Destiny, and 00 are by far my favorites. Of those four in particular I can recognize quite a few of the suits, the Gundams especially, based on nothing but their designation. Ex: ZGMF-X42S = Destiny Gundam, which I do not even like, for some reason... I have just recently taken my Gundam fanaticism to new heights. I began collecting Gundam model kits. They're awesome. I built the Dynames and Overflag (1/100 scale). I'm about to put in an order for an Exia (1/100), a Saviour, an Arios, and a Tallgeese III. The other three models are all 1/144. I'm also ordering Gundam markers for panel lining, and am going to attempt to paint these ones. Wish me luck.
