OMG... no one's going to read this because it's completly retarded, but i'm soo ok with that...
OK, we named all of the Keyboards:
Our older marimba (only 5-6 years old) Big bertha
our new marimba (ony about a month old) Rebecca
Our big vibes (also new) a called Jessica
Our small vibes are callled Chuck after this drummer kid who is soo rude and annoying (we don't like the small vibes)
Our xylo is Called Charles (we hate this kid som much we named two annoying instruments after him)
And this pasr marching season our pit instructor built a contraption we called "the bus" ( you had to do the little quote thingy with your fingers) that had a marimba, xylo and a bell kit on it.
We had 4 timpani and our timpani player's name was zach so we gave each drum a letter from his name (the biggest frum was Z, and second biggest was A and so on)
We barley called them by there instrumentaion anymore, if i were pushing my vibes and one of the marimabas were in the way I'd yell, "hey, can some one move rebecca so i can put Jessica in the corner!"...
i love our weirdness. biggrin

OH! and i used to play clarinet.... Her name was Claire Anette .. some people tell me i's clever.. some tell me it's lame.. but i like it.

haha... i am the only one in my band to name there insturment.....the bass clarinet that i march wit and do concert wit is bassey...and my first bass clarinet that broke was name lucy... i like the eeeee sound... hahaha

Squeekums cause it sometimes doesn't wanna play a not right, and it squeeks.
xD But it never did in concerts. ._.
Even my lessons teacher couldn't figure it out.
I think it's because the keys occasionally fall off, and I have to use clear Nail Polish to keep them on. xDD

Ever since I got my Trumpet from that like 100 year old who played it when she was young I have refered to my instrument as Timmy! Timmy is a vampire trumpet that only performs at night, and can occasionally be seen sucking the valve oil out of other brass intruments. He's awesome, I wuv my Timmy! whee

The Tuba is named The Tuba. Because it is The Tuba. Not My Tuba, not Alanna's Tuba, but The Tuba.

It is your friend, thus it should have a name. YAY! Mine'll always be my friend! I named my flute Baby. If one of my friends touches my flute, I'll freak out and shout "Don't touch my Baby!" It's my baby, so I name it baby! lol

The tympani player for the marching band named his drums.
In order from smallest to largest, they were Midgey, Gimpy, (One wheel was broken) No-Name, and Monster.
My piano is "My Baby"
Clarinet is "Shorty," because of its comparative size
Alto Sax is "Neglected Middle Child," because I completely stop playing it after marching season, and it sits and collects dust.
Bass Clarinet is "Monster"
Contrabass Clarinet is "Behemoth"
And my Tenor is "Trapped Child," because I keep forgetting the combo to its locker.
Together, the Bass and Contrabass clarinets are "The Twins," because I started playing them around the same time.
