((Yea I counted it as ranged. He kicked it at you remember? 9hp - 3 = 6hp))
The rock struck Roy in the stomach and made him back up a bit but as he did, he noticed Katares forward momentum. The boy would have a hard time coming to a complete stop in time from such close range and so Roy took advantage of that. He ignored the pain in his stomach and curled up his fist closet to Katare and tucked it down under his side. He then sprung forward and uncurled the arm right at Katare's face. At the same time, he planted his right foot forward so as to brace himself and get ready for the oncomming attack. He wanted Katare to feel some pain for attacking him.

[Katare: 4/9 HP]
Katare had known that Roy wasn't stupid, and would use Katare's own charge to advantage. So, Katare didn't even try to stop; even his infinite reserve of energy couldn't stop such full-on momentum. Instead, he planned to use it to his own advantage as well, hoping that Roy wouldn't aim at the right spot to stop a left-fist uppercut... But he did. He hit him in the face, the spot where a particularly hard hit could stop someone cold and knock them down. But he didn't hit nearly hard enough, and the uppercut swung nonetheless...

Roy slipped back a bit and only cought the fist on the edge of his chin. He rubbed it as he slipped back a bit. He growled to himself and scratched his head a little. It was starting to get annoying to him. He moved about a bit. He scratched his head over and over looking at Katare. He then grinned. The rock he had kicked earlier was still near Katare's foot, behind him to be exact. He soon clampped his hands together and soon vanished into a poof of smoke. The rock was in his place and Roy was behind Katare now.

Roy then swong his leg around to hook Katare in the head.

Mai sighed rubbing her head and looking around "hey kinako you here" she asked hoping he hadnt ditched her. mind you if he had she woul dhave been ok but she did not really think it fair that he would leave her there alone after he'd knocked her out, especially after she'd been so carefull. "you better be here kinako" she muttered eratably still not seeing him.

((Im not absoultly certian but i belive as you have the multiple attacks (atleast lvl 6+) that you can, but im not 100% sure))

(I know for certain that you can if you have multiple attacks, but...
Example: Say we have Sasuke, level 4. His bloodline allows him to use dragon flame bullet at a low level... But it would certainly be cheap if he could use D-flame bullet AND attack within the same turn.
Yes, even for Sasuke that's cheap.)

((You can do multiple attacks per turn and since this isn't an attacking jutsu, I only 'attacked' once. But I'm still just a student so techniqually I can't count my lvl 10 ness yet. Oh well. I'll just redo it.))

He moved forward quickly and stomped his foot to draw Katares attention down and, whether or not it worked was irrelevent as Roy followed up by kicking another rock right at Katares head.
((Oh this figures...I try ot be nice and fair and I get SCREWED >.> damn dice. I'm burning your brothern when I get home.))

Kei watched the fight. This one was way more active than hers...of course, they had to try. Roy didn't even try to beat her and he still won. Oh well...I'm still taking on the winner afterwards...

Roy walked into the badlands side of the gate and moved about to the other side of hte wall and began to exam it a bit more. "Hay Ane-sama, come check this out. This part of the wall is pretty new compared to the other sides of hte wall. Something was placed here or removed..." He pointed up along the face of the wall and saw that it moved all the way up the wall to the very top "Yep...a whole section was covered here..."
