Sissy Blade Chief of Police was caught having an affair. Well, allegedly. He's married. And he was apparently with a married woman. And we're currently in a corruption trial involving the city's former mayor. Just google "Kwame Kilpatrick trial" if you're curious for all the info. And so much more! Come to Detroit! We're crooked, too! (But don't come. But you can come visit me! Until I hightail it outta here. xD) Oh gosh! That's some drama there. gonk

As if things didn't continue to go bad for me this week I "killed" my favorite rose gold colored watch today. The crystal is cracked petty badly and the hands don't move anymore. Looks like I'm going to have to see if the Nordstrom's Rack has another one on discount again. Good thing I have my vintage styled wood watch to wear in the meantime.

Somebody's probably enjoying the drama while eating a bowl of popcorn right now. Here in the UK we have a show like Jerry Springer called the Jeremy Kyle show. We watch the drama with a cup of tea. lol

Somebody's probably enjoying the drama while eating a bowl of popcorn right now. Here in the UK we have a show like Jerry Springer called the Jeremy Kyle show. We watch the drama with a cup of tea. lol Jeremy Kyle? Yeah, he just hit US syndication networks last year. Though I wonder if anyone's watching over here... then again, Maury Povich is still going strong with those stupid Paternity Test episodes. (And I can't watch myself, because I'll feel guilty. And when the commercials come on, I keep getting berated by some guy in a lopsided baseball cap, telling me to GO TO EVEREST, YOU LAZY BUM.) Pic here... Yeah. That's a pic from the actual commercial. But I already went to REAL college, though! Leave me alone! I wanna relax, dammit! gonk

I'm looking at taking on the sub thing until I can find something more real (as in 5 days a week, at least part time). I may have whoever is available take me off the absentee list on Monday. I'm not sure. I don't know yet. In other news, I'm almost finished with my scary story for Kagura's Halloween story thread. I'm creeping myself out just writing it. I had to turn on the hallway light, I'm such a chicken. sweatdrop

I'm having a hard time getting white hair to work with a ghost avi I'm trying to put together. Dumb green lines...grrrrrrrrr.............
On a side note, I just happened to be perusing our Halloween 2K12 guild event forum, and I noticed that Kagura finally got a submission for her story contest thing. Kewl. I may have to pop over there and read it.

Would it be totally weird if I submitted an avi to my own Halloween Avi Contest? Probably. Why am I asking questions and then answering myself? I don't know. I must be losing my sanity.
