"Fine...But no one is going to protect you from Quilt Man..."
Greed got a headache immediately from the comment, not sure on what he did to even trigger it. That comment just popped into his mind, something involving Shocker and he thought about quilts, triggering the headache oddly. Strange thing was Greed just guessed Shocker was going to show up, not even truly knowing if he was around or not. Oh well; ice cream cured headaches with brain freezes. From the recesses of his body, Greed released a tub of strawberry ice cream he had been storing for later, but it was partially melted due to his minor body heat. Greed was about to eat some of it when he remembered Pixie was still there too, so he was polite and asked.
"Wants some? We did our best to keep it fresh."
((Enter Shocker))
Shocker was returning to the Commissar to report his failure to retrieve Deadpool, walking the streets of Gotham as he did. In the area above, for a brief moment, Shocker saw Spiderman or at least what he thought was Spiderman; seemed a bit smaller. Never the less, most heroes knew what Deadpool was doing and Shocker was feeling like using Spiderman as a punching bag today, so Shocker disrobed his trench coat and hat. Jumping up into the air, Shocker used his gauntlets to create flight for him; the vibration's energy propelling him forward. Shocker hovered above the buildings since he knew Spiderman needed buildings to get around or at least some kind of edge to use his webs on; being above them meant it was easier to find him.
"You just did, I now know and have stored in the computer's database that the tournament of combat called Mortal Kombat is a video game in your world. Since you obviously have knowledge of so many things, I want you to update all the data I have from pre-existing data and then I can properly assume where your universe and our universes stand, maybe even find you a way back home once I'm restored as Tec...Depending if Deadpool even comes back. Judging by the Gotham sensors, he went to the Wayne Manor since I don't have any sensors there and he isn't detectable. Deadpool has a key component to my reincarnation: Weapon X. I assume you've heard of the program and its healing factors?"
The main reason the Commissar wanted Chris was because maybe she knew how to replicate Weapon X so Deadpool wouldn't be required; he half expected Deadpool to put fake blood in his donation when he finally got here since he was ever so unreliable as a mercenary for certain causes. Chris however was sane and maybe a better subject to help the Commissar then her insane friend. The Commissar also needed a test subject for his version of Weapon X if it could be developed, but Chris was too useful to be wasted on testing; it had to work if she would be used to try out a replicated Weapon X gene and even then she also needed to provide the same information to replicate it.

"Uh, eww." She said with obvious disgust as she knocked it out of his hands. She looked over the edge of the building where Spiderman had disappeared over. Crap. I need another plan. She thought to herself wildly panicking she recollected his thoughts. New York. He was headed towards New York. Crap. How am I supposed to get a ride there? she wondered looking around. No cars or taxis. That's what she hated about Gotham. Only complete weirdos or homeless people were outside this late into the night. Soon her eyes rested on Greed. A coy smile went across her face, "Greed..." she said in a sickenly sweet voice, "I have an itty bitty problem and I need your help..."
"Are you kidding me? In sixth grade I wrote an essay on how Weapon X should be applied to the real world." She frowned, "Of course I got a D on it... But still, I could regergitate everything about it in my sleep." She grinned and turned back to the computer. "Wait, do you want just Marvel? Because that's where Weapon X is based out of, or DC. That's Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman. All that jazz." She waited for him to respond, as she waited she mentally went through everything she knew about comics. Places, characters, secret identities... She frowned to herself, she couldn't do that. This guy could be evil and she wasn't going to let just anyone know that sort of thing. Suddenly Chrus felt a little jumpy. What if this guy had bad intentions... What if he tried to hurt her or something? She decided that she'd input some harmless stuff about stupid things like Spiderman's favorite food and Wolverine's anger issues... Maybe a few things about Alex Ross, and then hightail it out of there.

ENTER from Metropolis
Scorpion appeared from Metropolis with his head and arm back in place and looked around at all the villains. One stuck out in particular and that was the Joker. "I knew I would find you eventually." he said.

Spider-man's spider sense tingled unpleasantly, and he quickly swung onto a nearby sky scraper to hide in the shadows; with the kind of day he'd had so far, he wasn't in the mood to take any chances. A second later, a man in a yellow and red suit flew overhead, looking around as though searching for something. There was something very familiar about the gauntlets he was using... Herman? No way! The Herman he knew was... really kind of pathetic. Originally, he'd just been this loser that Peter had to spend ten minutes pounding every week or so; now he felt really bad for the guy. Still, the fact remained that Herman was not a very competent super-villain. So... Had someone stolen his gauntlets, or what?

"Hang on..."
Greed picked up the ice cream from the ground and tore off the lid with his right hand, holding it with his left. In a flash of a second, Greed had stuffed his head into the tub and was eating it rapidly for a good two minutes. Greed then started to lick the tub clean, making it absent of any clue that ice cream use to be inside it. With a loud belch and a tossing of the tub over the building edge, the whole thing was complete when a guy on the streets yelled out 'Hey! Who threw this at me?!'. Greed chuckled and turned back to Pixie, licking off access ice cream from his face.
"Alright, what do you need Lady Pixie? Do you need me to jump a shark? I know the Fonz did it and it was really symbolic...My head hurts again...Now it doesn't."
"There he is...Hey Freak!"
Shocker flew forward and stayed hovering above Spiderman, the echoing vibrations of his gauntlets apparent under him as the source of his flight. This Spiderman really was puny, was it really him or some kid hired by Mysterio to play as him to purposely piss Shocker off? Well, Shocker was going to find out the old fashion way.
"Wait a minute, you can't be him...You’re too small...What's with the get up kid? It isn't safe to go dressing up and acting like Spiderman when I'm around."
Shocker hated freaks and did a lot of bad things to get money, but he wasn't going to blast some kid playing hero for no reason other than the fact they chose to dress up like a hero in Gotham which didn't make much sense since there were probably better conventions back in New York.
"Marvel? DC? Um...Excuse me for a second..."
The computer screen in the room flashed for a moment and the data on the two universes were changed from Universe L and Universe R to DC and Marvel. The Commissar always wanted to find more suitable names to call the two universes and this was much better than the previous names.
"There, much better...I wish to recreate Weapon X and instill it into a human being so I can abstract the DNA and use it on myself to restore myself; Deadpool is ultimately unreliable as a donator to my cause. Once I have my powers back, I can take you home easily."

Spider-man blinked, but quickly decided to play along. He definitely didn't want to get into another fight he couldn't win... or give Reaper a chance to catch up. That was actually a bigger concern. Stepping back on the window sill, as though he were nervous, he replied, "Uh... I'm sorry?"

"Its fine, but I would have been more flattered if you dressed up as me; no one ever gives credit to me...I had a chance to kill the real Spiderman once...I regret not taking it."
Shocker reminisced for a moment about all the times he fought Spiderman and how often he was actually close to winning against that freak, but he was never able to succeed in killing that red and blue spider. Shocker landed on the same skyscraper, needing to take a rest after chasing after Deadpool and maybe this kid knew something about him; Shocker wasn't in a hurry to get chewed out by the Commissar for failing in his mission. Shocker didn't want to keep the kid's time from playing hero, so he was blunt about.
"Names Herman Schultz, have you seen a guy in red? Has two swords and is semi-psychotic...Scratch that...Fully psychotic? Calls himself Deadpool."
Shocker was thinking of just punching the kid off the building, but he was too tired and that seemed too cruel even for him; despite what everyone thought, Shocker was just looking out for himself when he committed crimes, it wasn't his fault the world viewed what he did to survive as evil or crime. Shocker just did what he wanted; no dead relatives or moral cause was going to change that for him. Shocker wasn't a hero, just a mercenary trying to get by in the world doing whatever he wanted; wasn't that the American Dream? Shocker didn't know; he forgotten how exactly the American Dream went.

Spider-man managed to not shout out, 'No it's not!' when the man said his name, but it was a really, really close thing. Then the guy asked about Deadpool. Oh, revenge was sweet... But what about Chris? Dammit; it would have been so funny to see the two of them fight it out, too. Well, nothing for it. "Deadpool?... Uh... nope. I'm just trying to get to the con on time, though; haven't really been paying attention. You know. Herman. Is that a new costume, by the way? I love the whole Quilted Northern look you have going on there." Oh, God, he was going to loose it and crack up any second.

"Huh? What do you mean new costume? This is a classic back in the days of my first mercenary jobs. The quilts act to absorb the power of my gauntlets so it doesn't damage me; with all these upgrades, this stuff packs a punch...Almost destroyed a whole city block when fighting Carnage and Hybrid a few hours ago...The Commissar beefed it up a bit too; brain in a jar basically, but damn smart if he can upgrade on my designs."
Shocker didn't like how much this kid sounded like Spiderman, as if it was a younger version of him based on that taunt he had used about his costume. Shocker was beginning to suspect something here and decided it was best to ask this kid some questions about himself.
"Hey...What's your name anyway? You know, so I don't accidently kill your parents and rob your family account next time I'm earning money for gauntlet maintenance."
Shocker gave a distrusting look through his eyes at the kid, beginning to think there was more to meet the eye then a simple stunt teenager dressing up as Spiderman for a convention, especially for the fact he was up here on a skyscraper.

ENTER from Murderworld
Kenji walked back to Gotham City from Murderworld, now cured and began to look around, seeing if he could find any clues there. "Good as place as ever I suppose." he said as he began to walk, he noticed two people on a skyscraper and looked up at them, tilting his head. "The hell?" he asked as he ran up after them.

"What?" Spider-man asked, sounding shocked. He sort of hoped that he wasn't overdoing this. "James. James Hyneman. Please don't kill my parents, Mr. Herman, sir. I'll dress up as you for the next con, I swear!" He paused, then asked with false timidity, "Um... Who are you supposed to be, again?"

"Look kid, cut the crap...I may not be the most popular bad guy around, but I'm at least heard of and how the hell did you even get up here anyway? I don't know any convention goers that go this far to be Spiderman!"
Shocker activated his gauntlets as he stood fully and was now suspecting something for real this time when he put it altogether, especially after the scared act pulled off by the kid; someone brave enough to by this high up wasn't exactly going to be afraid of a guy in yellow. Shocker wasn't going to kill the kid unless he was just that wall crawler from some kind of time disturbance or hit by an age regression ray. Shocker didn't believe alternate universes too much, but with all the information he got, including the comment on his suit being new, he was thinking on it being a possibility.
"The name is Shocker and now I want to know what's your real name!"
Shocker aimed his right gauntlets at a building ledge and sent a concentrated blast at it to show he wasn't kidding about blasting the kid, but really he was; Shocker wasn't going to blast this kid unless it was the same Spiderman just younger by some freak accident.

"I'm shocked," Spider-man said with the barest hint of sarcasm. "Why wouldn't I tell my real name to someone wearing yellow toilet paper? Your distrust cuts me to the quick." Was this guy really Shocker? No, Herman was not even close to this intimidating, sad as that was. ... Unless.... Alternate Universe? With everything as crazy as it was... "Unfortunately, I don't have time to discuss my emotional pain at the moment, Herman. We'll have to catch up some other time." With that, he jumped up some twenty feet, somersaulting in the air, and then swung off toward New York again. "I really will dress up as you for the next con," he called back, "If I can find any old ladies willing to make me a costume!"

"Smaller, but same old annoying wall crawling freak...Get back here so I can slam you into the dirt, punk!"
Shocker didn't take kindly to having his costume disused by some little punk that was supposedly another Spiderman or he would had let it slide, but Shocker didn't take any insults from nobody without try to smash them in the face for being rude to him. This punk was indeed like Spiderman, but he had a different feel then the older freak, but the same annoying speech patterns like the freak too. Shocker jumped the skyscraper, using his gauntlets to propel himself after Spiderman. The one thing both wall crawlers had in common was their ability to piss people off and Shocker was indeed pissed at this Spiderman. Judging by his age, he probably went by Spiderboy or something stupid since younger sidekicks go by weird names or maybe he really was Spiderman from an alternate universe. If he was, Shocker now wanted to know who the Shocker was in the other universe based on that costume question, but he wasn't going to ask that after all that had happened.
"Your in a world of hurt when I catch you, freak!"

Reaper's grin fell a bit after the kid made his comment. He leaned on his scythe and listened to Greed, Pixi, and the spider talk. He watched the kid take off, then grinned slightly. Well, he already had someone in New York that the boy could run into. It would just be a question on if they were in the mood to mess with him or not. Well, he could still follow him...but there was also things he could do here. ...ah, the heck with it. The shadow beside him grew and another Reaper emerged from it. A part of the shadow then detatched and sped down the side of the building and towards the resturaunt that Gossamer and the others were in. The second reaper opened up a black hole beside him and stepped into it, dissapearing into it. This one would use the spot demensions to try and follow the kid, the shadow method might not be fast enought to follow him. The other Reaper turned back to Pixi and Greed a moment. If they needed him or anything interesting occured, he'd follow them. Otherwise there was plenty more to get into.[[OOC: Going to post for masako so the thing can keep moving. Hopefully she'll find a computer again soon...]] Rosie looked up from her plate as Joker pulled out his gun. She looked at him and the waiter a moment, then quickly covered her ears and closed her eyes.Gossamer watched with a small grin as she took a small sample of one of the plates in front of her. Her grin turned into a smile as Joker kissed her hand.Rosie looked up at Joker once she felt a tap on her shoulder, and gave him a small smile. She went back to eating, and avoided looking at where the waiter had been. The shadow soon appeared in the doorway, and Reaper soon emerged from it. He casually walked back into the resturaunt and took a glance at the waiter lying on the ground. Seems they had a bit of fun in here as well.
