Something was very wrong. As Catwoman raced over the rooftops of Gotham, her domain -ugh, now she sounded like him- her home she couldn't help that something was wrong. Fo instance, part of the city was missing! Not any one part exactly, all the important parts were there but it was smaller than it used to be. Rather than three miles long the diamond distract was merely one mile. Other parts of Gotham had been equally trimmed. The dock was there but it was much smaller, Robinson Park wasn't even a third of the size as normal (oh would Ivy be pissed) and the outlying areas were also minimized. It was very disorienting to go to sleep in a city one size and wake from the nap in the same city but on a smaller scale. Not to mention it was more difficult to move around in.
Selina explored this new version of Gotham, trying to find her barings. And somene else she knew. Where was everyone? There were civilians but so few less that she wondered what had happened. Were they dead? Being kept somewhere? And worse, what would she do about it. If it was someone she knew that had caused this upheaval of normality then she would be expected to side with them, even if it had nothing to do with her. Joker would expect her assistance as would Batman. Oh this was just great, as if things weren't difficult enough.
As she reached one of the further points of the city she noticed that there was another city nearly butt up against Gotham. It looked like Gotham but not. Something was off about it. So couldn't quite put her finger on it but she could tell she had never been there and didn't exactly fit there but also the same time she felt like a close enough match that she was drawn to the strange place.
"No, no way! I'm not going over there, not until I find someone I know." Selina turned on the curiosity and went in search of a familiar face, any familiar face. At this point she would be happy to meet Talia. Wait, nevermind, no she wouldn't.
[[Hope you don't mind I tweaked the formatting a bit, if you do I'll change it, I just hope it is cool with you. Also, I hope I didn't mess up any ideas you had about how it would work, I just kind of guessed and stretched it into what I saw. Guess that is the writer in me.]]

Standing at the top of the highest building he could find, Spider-man found himself looking down onto a city he had never been to before. It was dark outside and the all the lights were lit up in all the buildings bellow. The clouds shift in the air revealing the full moon as Spider-man walked along the edge of the building crossing his arms.
"Okay... So you might be a little lost Spidey..." he says to himself trying to figure out just what was going on. He walks towards a gargoyle statue on the building and talks to it trying to amuse himself while thinking, "Okay Mac... So there I was, totally kicking Venom's butt, when all the sudden my vision started to get a little blurry until I couldn't see anymore..." He stares into the gargoyle statues eyes and pauses. "Okay okay! He was kicking my butt! Don't you judge me!"
Walking away from the statue he finds his way back to the edge of the building looking down. With a big sigh he says, "Well, I guess it's time to find out what's going on..." He leaps off the building doing a suicide dive. Once he reached a good distance away from the top of the building he shot a webline out and started swinging into Gotham City...

Catwoman was jumping across a gap in the buildings when she saw a flash of color move in the opposite direction from the main street. It was swinging, which usually meant a Bat, but it was brightly covered, not Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, or Huntress. That left Robin. But since when did Robin wear blue? She knew the kid had been changing but that was completely against the norm. She had however heard from him there was a new kid in town, a red and blue Robin. She really hoped this wasn't him, because from everything she had heard from Tim, she would really not like this new Robin wanna-be.
But, like she decided before, she needed to find someone. So, curiosity won out over caution as it was wont to do in her life. Selina turned and ran back the way she had come, moving closer to the main street so she could see who was swinging around Gotham so openly.
'Has to be the new kid,' she thought, no one else would make themselves that much of a target. As she ran she finally caught a good look at him. This was no Robin.

Swinging inbetween buildings, Spider-man observed the streets of this mystery place. "I have a feeling I'm not in Kansas anymore" he jokingly said to himself. He lowered his swinging down towards the cars and the citizens here seemed to have hated him more than they did back in New York. They seemingly viewed him as a menace but then again he was dangerously close to the streets.
Just then his spider-sense went off and he took to the air in the last swing and stuck to a wall on a building. He looked around and couldn't find anything. Just some people down bellow pointing at him, probably for being a person who could cling to a wall. "They act as if they've never seen a guy with super spider powers before..." he says to himself jokingly once more. His spider-sense goes off again and this time he's looking a little more frantically. Still nothing... "My spider-sense is trying to warn me about something but I can't see it..."
With his feet pressed up against the wall he leaned back to where his back was pressed against the wall as well, kind of in a sitting position high up in the air against the wall of the building. Looking down he began wondering to himself, "Well, so far no police sirens, no visible danger, no nothing... Yet my spider-sense is going off and it's telling me that there's danger close by..."

And then he disappeared.
"Damn, where'd the little twerp go?" Catwoman moved closer to where she had last seen him. Below she could here gasps and murmers. Somebody was upsetting the peace of the innocent Gothamites. Only a mask or Rogue tended to get that much attention in this city. She jumped onto the roof that seemed to have the largest gathering below it and leaned over the edge. The onlookers gasped to see her but quickly turned their attention back to the figure on the wall below her. Sitting on the wall?
Someone pulled out a camera and guessed his angle was good enough to get both the bright spandex figure below and herself. She smiled at the camera as he clicked, she loved good press, and anything of her in purple was good press at this point. Stupid Gotham Post and their lies. None the less, a picture might be worth a thousand words but she still figured she should speak up.
"You must be new in town, I know I haven't seen you." She twisted to lay across the edge of the roof and rested her head on her left arm to look down at the new kid.

Green Lantern was just on a regular scouting trip when he went unconcious and wound up in gotham city." It's gotham but so much diffrent." He said floating in the air trying to find something he knew in the morbid city.

Venom was looking around where he was and looked up in the air to see the person he hated the most, Spiderman. His tongue shot out of his mouth and swirled around a little before he jumped in the air towards his hated foe. "We've got you now Spiderman!" he shouted as he tried to grab the smart mouth hero he has tried so hard to kill.

 [Enter Marvel Universe] Sapphire cautiously climbed the buildings that she was sure somehow built themselves overnight and glanced around the new part of the city. Not seeing anything familiar, and not knowing how any of this got here, she sighed and slumped onto the roof of the building. It wasn't bad enought she was in a whole different universe, now this one has to go and change on her too. She just wanted to go home. "I think I need to find a witch and steal her shoes." she muttered as she stared at her black boots, wishing they were sparkly red heels. Just then something red caught her eye and she glanced over to find Spider-Man sitting on a nearby building. She smiled feeling a bit better seeing someone she knew and stood to leap towards him. Suddenly something black lept towards him, and it didn't look friendly. Sapphire quickly lept from building to building towards thiem.

GL continued to float around until he saw a strange creature shoot some kind of glue at a man in red and blue. He concluded that it was a dangerous creature and needed stopping. He created a green energy bubble around him to stop the gooey substance.

After hearing someone speaking to him, it caught him off guard and suprised him as he immediatly looked up to find a woman in a cat costume. "Wait... Cat... Is that you...?"he questioned as he squinted his eyes. He couldn't tell if that was the Black Cat or an imposter or whatever...
Just then, a green bubble surrounded him which caught him off guard yet again. "Yeesh!" he said quickly as he looked around and found that Venom was leaping towards him. Fortunatly for Spider-man he was protected by this mysterious green bubble and deflected Venom right off of it.
The bubble disappeared and Spider-man then stood up. Still sticking to the wall, he looked down and put his fists on his hips. "It couldn't have been Brock that set off my spider-sense... He's immune to it... Could it have been cat? Maybe it was the source of the green bubble... Whatever it is, I better not stick around..." he said to himself as he turns around to face the lady laying on the edge of the building. He still couldn't tell if it was indeed the Black Cat or not but he just assumed so, "Look cat, we need to get out of here before Venom gets back up here and tries to knock me out with his stinky breath" he added sarcastically. He walks up to the edge and holds his hand out for her to grab onto, "You in...?"

Selina looked at the offered hand and decided to take it, this kid needed help, she could tell. She pulled the boy up behind her and took off over the rooftops. What was going on here? This guy and that fellow with the long tongue. Gotham had always attracted the odd and crazy but usually that was just the mentally odd and crazy, not the physically.
Oh and now there was that Lantern. Which one was it now? They practically grew on trees. And hadn't she saved one of them before? And now he was telling this boy to keep away from her? Oh, no. That didn't sit well with the purple princess.
"Hello, Lantern. Long time so see. Does Batman know you are in his city? The big guy tends to get testy when someone shows up unannounced. And no one likes an angry Batman." She knew he would follow and that there was no way she could out run him. Stupid rings, they ruined all her fun.
"'Spiderman', hm? Well, you are new. Bats we have, but no Spiders. And who was that? An old boyfriend or something? Don't tell me I made him jealous," she joked as she ran, she was used to banter and hoped the boy could keep up with her humor.

This wasn't the Black Cat. It was an imposter cat and still he felt as if he should still escort her to saftey. Perhaps he could question her as to where he might be at and what was going on exactly. After making her sarcastic comment about Venom, Spider-man replied jokingly "Well we met on the internet and he never told me that he was a giant black gooey monster so you know how that goes..."
Looking down from the edge of the building, he was scouting the ground level to make sure Venom was okay and not terrorizing anyone else for the moment. He looked up and saw the hovering man in green telling him to avoid being around this, catgirl. "Look... I still feel as if I should get her out of here before that thing down there tries to rip us in to pieces. Do you think you can handle him for now? I mean... You have a way cool green ring that protects people and look at my fingers..." He holds up his hands and continues, "See... No rings..."
Hoping that the guy would agree to the temporary stale, he turns back to the catgirl. He heard her mention something about a batman and noticed a reoccuring theme here. People having similar powers to different animals... He figured he could ask her about this batman later. "So... Have you ever been web slinging before?"

She laughed at his comment about Venom. "What, you don't like it messy? There go my plans for using chocolate sauce. How exactly do you feel about whips?"
Her smile stuck in place as he talked to Green Lantern. Oh she loved when people talked to the heroes like that. It always put their tights in a wad. "Well, if it jewelry you want I'm sure I can find you something in just your color, not that he would approve. So stuffy!"
She would let him think she needed rescuing apparently he knew more about the guy in black than she did and she desperately wanted to know what was going on. "I've p***y-footed, cat-scratched and even been catty-cornered," she said cheekily, "but never web-slinging."
