Cabron LaSwan l-Kathulu-l Cabron LaSwan Dulnair Lalalaa~ I am such a noob at LoL. I think I'm gonna go fight some more bots with a character that I've never used before! Anybody wanna see me die with Maokai? I ******** HATE ******** HIM AND HIS LITTLE ******** SAPLING THINGS THEY DON'T EVEN PLAY MUSIC
If you wanna play another game after, I'd be down. Makar? No, Maokai. He's the League of Legends equivalent of the Great Deku Tree and he spits little Makars that chase after you and explode and I ******** HATE THEM Haha, I love them. That, coupled with the Twisted Advance ability, let me kill a bunch of retreating peeps. But uuugh, I still suck donkey balls. Which is a horrible blow to my honor, because I am a robot unicorn. I'm up for another game, though. I'm going to buy some runes this time, even though I can only get the basic ones. :

And you'll suck less this time, because I play almost exclusively support! biggrin
'k I'm gonna sign on now.

So my computer decided that my DirectX was ******** up or something, and when I restarted it put me in 640x480 and 4-bit color and I won't be able to fix it in time to make the game. >____<

Sorry about that. Glad you did well, though.
So it looks like I can't ever really fix this problem completely; I just restarted after updating my DirectX and it went back to 640x480. I had to restore twice to get back to a normal setting. Looking for fixes on the Internet has turned up nothing. stressed

The only thing I can think of to suggest is to update ALL your drivers and then get a good night of sleep. Edit:: Or maybe go back to a further system restore date?

My system restore actually fails; I don't actually know if it's what's changing my resolution back or if I'm just getting lucky on the restart.
And.... I don't know how. :< I have Windows Update set to do that stuff automatically because I am a total computer moron.
It's probably just old age. This was a refurbished computer when I got it two years ago, and it was a cantankerous piece of s**t then. I'm surprised it's lasted this long.

You may try swallowing your gum again. But no, I don't like fiddling with computer stuff, either. (Your computer isn't starting in safe mode, is it?)The problem seemed to be with DirectX, right? Try going to your start menu > Run > and then type in "dxdiag" It'll start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, which might help somehow. Either by using the troubleshooter under the "More Help" tab or by showing you computer voodoo rituals to perform under the next electrical storm. Idk, doesn't the guild have a resident computer aficionado that everybody dumps their electronic problems on?

I read that as 'swallowing your c**' at first and I was all like 'lol what'
And I don't think so. But pretty much anyone is smarter than me in this field, so :'D
Gonna try restarting again. If the resolution ******** up, maybe the diag will acknowledge it. And if not, YAY!
