 Alex watched both Shocker and the creature run off in another direction. She stood there a moment, not knowing wether to be greateful that she didn't have to play hero...or annoyed that she'd been ignored...again... She sighed and cracked her wrists back. No sign of Riku either...he was either hiding or he'd run off. Well, best to see- She heard someone (or thing) scream and turned towards the alley it came from. Well, looks like there was still a bit going on...she'd have to play hero anyway. She closed her eyes a moment and tried to get herself annoyed again about being ignored. Once she thought that she was close enough to mad, she opened them and crouched down. She then sprung forward in a sprint towards the commotion. Being angry always gave her a boost with everything, so catching up didn't take that long. She got far enough to see a man standing on ground level and stopped a few feet away from him.

Vandal Savage turned around as he heard footsteps approaching him, drawing out another long knife. He saw a woman, a young pretty woman, couldn't be over the age of twenty-five. What was the year that he had been twenty-five himself? 50,005 B.C.? Somewhere around there, he figured. Exact count no longer mattered when you were over 52,000 years old. He looked her in the eyes and asked, "Who are you?"

Mega Man was impressed with Vandal's precision with that blade against the two headed creature, probably saving Shocker from its rending claws or whatever it had on its person. Mega Man took this opportunity to get the creature on the defensive and started to charge his Mega Buster. As Mega Man's weapon charted, energy particles gathered from the nozzle and went deep into the barrel of the Buster, affectingly causing the Mega Buster to begin glowing a bright cyan color. There was still time needed before Mega Man could fully charged and he hoped the creature wouldn't attack him while he charged.
Shocker was going to brace for impact from Hybrid Carnage, but was amazed when a projectile broke the beast's own projection; effectively saving Shocker from being ripped apart. As Shocker looked around, he noticed the kid in blue and his gun thing was charging. That kid reminded Shocker of him back when he first invented the Vibro-Gauntlets, though he wasn't as young as the kid looked. Shocker took this opportunity to start charging his own gauntlets, meaning either way there was going to be a charged attack waiting for the creature and Shocker just hoped the thing would jump after the kid instead of him again.

Alex stopped dead in her tracks when the man turned towards her, noticing first the knife he pulled out. Four long and glowing red 'claws' shot out from between her fingers when she glanced up at the man's face. Blackstone... she though bitterly. She was annoyed enough already, seeing the man sent her straight to rage. Though she had to pause and take a second look at him once he spoke. It didn't sound like him...and why would he ask who she was? He already knew who most the group was thanks to....she didn't even want to think about it. Once she actually got a good look at him, she realized it was't who she thought it was and her claws retracted. "Sorry..." she muttered. "You look like someone I know." Almost scary close..."I'm Alex." she replied.

"Vandal Savage," Savage replied to Alex. The firey claws had given him pause, but they were gone as quickly as they had appeared. He relaxed, but only a little. "What can you do in a battle, Alex?"
Hybrid Carnage growled as he looked at the yellow man, and the new blue child, and could easily tell that there was about to be a major turn of events in the form of two super-charged attacks; if they were smart about it, there'd be no escape from BOTH of them. Together, they might beat the combination of the two symbiotes. Damn. The monstrosity needed to retreat. "ANOTHER TIME, SHOCKER, WHEN YOUR DIMINUITIVE BABYSITTER ISN"T HERE!" Hybrid Carnage leapt into the air backwards. A symbiote web shot out, and the two symbiotes took their individual forms again, Carnage swinging away, Hybrid gliding after.

"Depends on how angry I get..." she replied a bit uneasily. "Fire based mostly." she continued. She really wasn't comfortable talking about her fighting ablilities to strangers....let alone ones that looked like...ugh this day just kept getting wierder. Her eyes caught movement again and looked up to watch the creature run off. Well, unless the blasting pinnapple man still posed a threat, she'd gotten herself worked up for nothing.

Now this was a problem for Mega Man since once he started charging, he had to let it off since just deactivating his blaster would cause damage to his own unit. Seeing no other option, Mega Man aimed at a wall ahead and fired, his blast being a large mass of energy about the size of Mega Man himself soaring in a way that scarred the ground. The blast hit the wall and rubble erupted everywhere as Mega Man sighed in relief he was able to dispose of that output of energy without any civilian damage. Mega Man started to run back to Vandal, but then he remembered the guy in yellow was still here. When Mega Man looked back, he saw the tips of Shocker's gauntlets pointing at him and immediately braced for impact. When Mega Man heard the blast, he expected to be hit, but instead he opened his eyes only to see that Shocker had used the blast to jump and was now flying through the sky the opposite direction that the two creatures went. Mega Man immediately was confused by this action and brushed it off as bad guy stupidity.

Vandal Savage watched the monster become two smaller creatures and take off. He turned back to Alex and took a better look at her. She WAS very pretty, and he wanted a mate. "Alex... is that short for Alexis, Alexia, or Alexandra?"

Alex turned her attention back to Vandal a moment. "Alexis." she replied, still feeling a bit uneasy. The creatures had gone, the guy in yellow seemed to be running off as well, perhaps it was time to find what happened to Riku.

[psst, since I've been gone for like a week want to say Riku's in his human form and out cold?
I have a plan.]
Future Batman had saw the entire fight, too weak to really do anything to help and held his hands to his mouth, whistling to get their attention; in turn waking up Ben Reilly. "What was that for?" he asked Future Bats "Attention." he replied.

Alex glanced back around to make sure that things were under control, then turned towards Savage again. "Well, things seem to be under control here. I'd better go find my friend and figure out what's going one here." she said, then turned to walk back down the alley.

She moved quickly jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Suddenly she saw a familiar face. It was that kid who kept claiming he was Bats from the future and he didn't look to be in that great of shape.When he whistled she decided to stroll over and see who had beaten the tar out of him. "Hey kiddo, remember me?" She asked with a sympathetic smile eyeing the damage.

Vandal Savage said to Alex, "Alexis... that's a much better name than Alex, you should use it more often." He considered slipping off while he had a chance to do it unnoticed. Mega Man appeared to be busied with his weapon, and as much as he wanted it for himself, Savage was sure he could find him again. It could take a year, five, ten, but he'd find Mega Man again. A decade might seem like forever to mortal men, but it was as nothing for Vandal Savage, who was decidedly NOT mortal. Besides, a little boy in an all-blue costume weilding a gun barrel on his arm was about as unique a description as it got. But he decided against it. The boy, an annoyance though he was, was also a formidable weapon, as evidenced from him destroying a wall with ease.

Alex glanced back at Savage out of the corner of her eye as she kept walking down the alley. Charming, looked like him, didn't quite trust him...maybe this was one of those alternate universe doubles for Blackstone. Jeeze that would be just perfect...as if one wasn't enough. She looked around the area that Riku had been for a moment, then found him passed out behind a large chunk of a building. She sighed a bit and glanced back down the alley. They weren't too far away from where she had been, Savage still looked like he was down there. She was half tempted to track this guy and see just where he went and who he really was, but there was plenty on the to-do list. He wasn't on it at the moment. She turned back to Riku and bent down beside him. "Alright, rise and shine there bud."

Mega Man quickly ran towards Vandal to see what else had went on during his showdown with the creature and the guy in yellow only to find him having a conversation with a woman. Since Mega Man didn't want to interrupt them, he stayed back and waited. When they were done, Mega Man continued running towards them and noticed the guy from earlier waking up. Mega Man's first intentions were to ask Vandal who those guys were, but the other creature looking thing was be helped up by the woman. As a precaution, Mega Man had his Buster still active just in case he tried anything while he spoke to Savage.
"What happened while I was gone? Who are those two?"
