((Since I know nothing of the drama, I hope no one minds if I just make a fool of myself.))

Back in the bar, Young had grown sufficiently bored, and no matter how hard he tried, drawing circles with his nail on the waxed black counter of the bar would never get any more entertaining than say, watching a dead snail.

He sighed, grabbed his jacket off the stool next to him, and allowed it to rest over his right shoulder. It was time to explore. He made his way into what seemed like a lounge area, which was, much to his growing disappointment, devoid of any intelligent life besides himself.

Another sigh. He allowed himself to walk further down, somehow making his way into an area outfitted with a stage. A very, very strange idea began to take root.

::Unks watched as Satomi glmped Keno, and then he saw Deity alone as wel. He walked over a few seconds after Jade did. He put his hands in his pockets as well and looked at Deity. He lowered his sunglasses::

"Yeah Deity what is wrong. I've never seen you or Satomi so worked up before."

A few swift glances and Young was certain that he was alone, his normally lifeless gray eyes sparking a bit with a strange amount of excitement at what he was about to do.

But there was a bit of paranoia that he just couldn't let go of. Even after climbing up and getting ready, he still felt that someone, somewhere, was watching him. A shame. He had really been excited about being able to play around, but there was that feeling again, that feeling he couldn't quite describe. It wasn't embarassment or fear...just...something simply intangible.

Opposite of what he had intended, he was sitting with his legs hanging over the stage, his head lolled back trying to figure out what would be less boring than what he was doing at the moment, when he realized that there were still more rooms to explore. Anything would be better than being alone.

(( Aw crap. Sorry for not responding to any of you guys. D: My internet crapped out and I have no idea why. =S But it's working again now. Not sure if I'm gonna go IC for this though. *mustthinkaboutit* My RP skills are teh suckage now.

Anyway, yes, hello everybody. ninja ))

Jade turned when Satomi returned to Deity's side, reaching up and running her hand through some of her black hair, pushing it out of her face slighlty. She listened carefully, nodding slighlty as Satomi explained somewhat of what was going on. Slowly, Jade smiled reassuringly at the girl, and reached out, putting a firm hand on her shoulder.

"Trouble is as common to this place as water in a river. I might not know you well yet, but I like you. So if anyone is after you, they'll have to get through me first."

She grinned slightly, a classic Saiya-jin cocky grin.

"I want to get to know you better, and I won't let anyone harm my friends. And I mean no one."

She smiled again, and nodded when Keno made his speech. Then she looked into Satomi's emerald eyes, similar to her own jade ones. She had meant everyword.

::Unks looked at Satomi as she walked back over torwards the small group and began to speak. He then looked as Keno gave his peptalk/speech and he smirked as he looked back to Satomi.

"Keno is right Satomi, you have all of us to help you. We'll be your sheild your protectors."

Unks gave her a soft smile and a wink and then nodded to what Keno said about going to the arena. He looked back to her and the rest of the group::

"Besides I'm immortal, I can take a beating but it is hard to kill me."

"Don't be so full of yourself you fool, you don't know what we are up against. For all you know we could be killed as well. . ."

The girl's head turned, face pressing agaisnt Deity's chest after hearing the words spoken from Keno, Jade and also Unks, hands clutching the material of his jacket. Her eyes were squeezed shut, trying to fight the tears threatening her, still. This time iwas even harder to keep from breaking down in sobs, knowing she had the support of everyone. Once upon a time she didn't have anyone, now there were plenty of people ready to stand up for her. A silent sob escaped, though she managed to get herself under control. Pulling away from Deity, her hand came up to wipe her eyes. Turning, Satomi gave everyone the first true smile in the past few days.

"Thank you.." It didn't take long for her to somber, emerald orbs lowering. "But he will not let anyone stopd him so easily." A fluttering sigh pasted her lips, before she smiled once more. This one was filled with a haunting sorrow. Head lifting, she let her eyes wander over the faces of her friends ocne mroe before she turned. Without another word, Satomi began to amke her way to the Stadium. Upon reaching it, she would stop and take a spot on the wall that seperated the seating area and the ring. All she could do was wait, almost certian Idrael would be arriving.

Jade kept smiling. There was no need for her to really say anything else. The others had said most of it, and she followed after Deity and Keno and Satomi to the arena. THough for her calm exterior...her heart was pounding in her chest. She wasn't sure why, the excitment of an impending battle, anger that her friend was being threatened, or somethign else, she didn't know.

Her right hand reached upa dn lighlty stroked the locket around her neck before falling back to her side, her tail swinging lighlty behind her. The whole time, she was mentally preparing herself for just about anything that could happen.

I'll do what I must...Fight, protect...or jsut heal....I'll do it.

She smiled slightly at Keno's back.

"Damn right Onii-chan...."
