Co-Ownership Agreement For Syipher Between Thamin & Keliptis
Breeding Rights:- Both Thamin and Keliptis must agree on any breeding partner for Syipher and permission must be posted in the permission thread for the second and third breeding only: The first breeding is entirely up to Thamin and permission from Keliptis is not required.
- If the first breeding results in only two baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets.
- If the Second Breeding results in only two Baskets, Keliptis will receive one of the resulting baskets.
- If the third breeding results in only two baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets.
- In the event that a third basket is available in any of the breedings, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and Keliptis receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above.
- Any Mare Syipher may be Lifemated to may be decided only by Thamin.
- The act of Lifemating must only be approved by Thamin.
- Both Keliptis and Thamin have the right to relinquish breeding rights during any individual breeding raffle.
Display Rights and OOC Rights:- Both Thamin & Keliptis have full display rights and OOC rights.
RP Rights:- Both Thamin and Keliptis have RP Rights.
- Neither Thamin nor Keliptis may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating. (For example: Thamin Starts an RP with Syipher and another Soquili. Keliptis May not post in this RP as Syipher unless Thamin gives Permission and vice versa.)
Notes on Breeding And RP- Thamin has already set a personality for Syipher. Keliptis may not change it or have him have multiple personalities.
- Thamin already has a breeding planned with Sweenys_Revenge’s Scarlet. Keliptis’ permission for this breeding is not needed for this breeding to take place, as Thamin has been trying for almost four months now to get this breeding.
- Thamin has discussed with Sweeny possible lifemating of Syipher and Scarlet. Thamin does not need Keliptis’ permission to Lifemate this couple.
- Keliptis relinquishes her co-ownership if she RP’s Syipher falling in love with any mare other than Scarlet.
- In the event that Scarlet and Syipher break up through Thamin’s RP, the above is Void, and Keliptis may RP Syipher falling in love.
Notes on Contests:- Keliptis May not enter Syipher into any sort of contest (RP or any other sort that may change Syipher in any way) without first consulting Thamin.
Notes on Co-Ownership:- Keliptis may relinquish her Co-ownership at any time she wishes.
- Keliptis relinquishes her co-ownership for Syipher if she abuses the co-ownership (puts Syipher in breedings without permission, Interferes with Thamin’s RP’s, Enters Syipher in a contest without discussing it with Thamin first, ect.)
- Thamin may break the Co-Ownership with Keliptis if Keliptis is Missing from Gaia for more than 3 Months without a Hiatus notice, 5 months with a Hiatus notice.
- Keliptis relinquishes her Co-Ownership of Syipher fully in the event that she obtains full ownership of a soquili, whether it be a Full grown soquili or a basket from a breeding, from a contest, or as a gift from others.
