He looked at the amulet given to him, and watched as it glowed blue. So he had a water amulet? He could work with that. He returned to his friends as they were starting to head over to the medical area, before Ava called for them to start getting into an even deeper room in the bunker. Just how many rooms were in this school? But that wasn't important. He looked at his friends and offered to help them walk if they needed it. He felt HORRIBLE that he was the only one who hadn't gotten injured. When Vanna spoke, he looked at him and listened intently. "Of course. I'll do whatever I have to." He wasn't sure he would know WHAT lie to say, but he would come up with something, he was sure. "How are you guys feeling?" He had to admit that the others who had been bitten weren't looking too good...

Coco forced a smiled when Kingston asked how they were doing, she was no longer holding her wounded arm, just letting it be. She was tired, hurt and a lot of other unpleasant things she would most likely pass out soon and end up like the others, but she would keep going with Kingston, Vanna and Eilwen as long as she could. "I'll do what I can till it's nap time." Coco said softly. Then she looked over to Eilwen and Vanna "How are you two holding up??" She asked softly. Coco wondered what had happened to Calypso was she alright?? Had she been bitten by these creatures?? Had she even survived mess.. She had heard some were killed so was it possible Calypso had died. The thought made Coco want to cry again. She looked down at her amulet which glowed yellow electricity. "I wonder if I zap myself if I can keep myself awake." Coco halfheartedly joked.

Aedus was relieved the amulet and knife were for fighting not for trying to cure the sick, he went to go check on Niamh make sure she was able to walk to where they were moving everyone. He wasn't sure if carrying her would be best since he held the glowing yellow amulet in one hand and knife in the other. He was ready for some payback for what these creatures had done to Niamh. Aedus still wanted to know if Kappa had been hurt, he hadn't seen the poor guy lately. He hoped they would figure out how to help the wounded. Aedus didn't know what he would do if Niamh died but it wouldn't be good.

Adalyn tried to listen to the instructions given to those who hadn't been injured, but it was getting harder and harder to follow the words. Which irritated her. A small corner of her brain told her than was an unusual reaction, and a sense of dread settled into the pit of her stomach. Could this injury be affecting her emotions? Or was she just overwrought from ... everything?
She closed her eyes, trying to focus. The soft black beckoned to her, but he fought it, eye popping open once more. It seemed unwise to give in. She wanted to alert the others to the strange way she was feeling, but she was just too tired for words.
Niamh looked up at Aedus, with tears streaming down her cheeks. She wasn't hurt all that badly compared to many of the others, so the tears were more out of fear than pain. Those who had been injured before did not look very well at all, and those who'd sustained more serious wounds recently also seemed to be fading fast.
Even she felt hot and uncomfortable and unfocused. It was all very scary.

Aedus moved to walked by Nimah he wished his hands were free so he could dry her tears, but he wanted to be at the ready in case something attacked the group. "I'm here Nimah, I'll do my best to make sure you are not hurt again." He said softly

Someone was calling her name? Lawven turned to the noise and jerked, tail fluffing out as she squeaked a surprised yelp. "Roshan?!" She hadn't seen them for sometime, not since they were scuttled down to the bunker. Then again, there were so many nightmares and daydreams, Lawven was lucky to see her hand in front of her face. It felt good, though, to see a friendly face. Anyone was better than being alone at this point.
"Where have you been? I thought you got eaten or something." Lawven's cross remark was mitigated by a soft sounding purring. Lawven closed what space was left between them and gave them a hug. "Don't go hiding again!"

 Celedrin Hornwood
Celedrin was miserable. He had lost Neovi and the others. Even if their companionship had been irritating at best and humiliating at worst, it had been companionship. The current situation had taken its toll and while his nerves were frazzled, they no longer effected him. He had been panicked into exhaustion. Every new surprise barely even made him flinch. When the headmaster of the academy requested all older students arm themselves however, he jumped to his feet with the usual distressed quickness. Forming a line behind the others, Celedrin was one of the last to take a knife and amulet. He clutched them both tightly, as though his life depended on them. Maybe it did.
While the headmaster went on to explain the plan of action (or of little action as it were) to everyone, Celedrin allowed his gaze to wander around the room. After a moment his eyes alighted upon a familiar face. Not terribly familiar—he did not even know her name—but she had proven a friendly and welcome sight from the horror that surrounded them. Now, not so much. Splotches of blood marred her unconscious form, and a vicious bite festered with dark intent.
Bobbing through the crowd, Celedrin hurried towards her. The headmaster had said that staff would help those who were injured but he did not see the harm in lending a hand. Casting a quick charm to reduce her gravity, the imp lifted the kirin easily (after stashing his knife and amulet in his pockets) and started down the hall after the others.

Geyser Eelborn eeep I'm not sure where everyone is right now, so I'll just post something hopefully open enough for possible reuniting?? x} So much had happened so quickly, in such a small span of time... He'd made it back successfully to the shelter, but not without injury of his own. And the sight he came back to was... not encouraging. Those who had been bitten previously were showing ill signs of going out of commission. This wasn't good... Not only that, but he didn't know where his little group he'd went out with were anymore. Gaius looked around the room slowly to try and spy them.
But he was feeling the effects of the bite he'd gotten, getting rather sluggish, and having difficultly focusing. At least he was still able to hear out the instructions to help with the move. And so the hallowed assisted in helping the little freshlings along to safety, offering them all his usual calm, laidback smile, despite how cruddy he was starting to feel.

Listening intently to Ava's words, as they could be the difference between life and death, Sylvan upon viewing his pendant change colour tapped lightly it's surface. Purple, it was Barrier magic. Somehow the idea of protecting himself rather than damaging someone else put him at ease. He didn't want to hurt anyone if he didn't need to, including those who were attacking them despite all that they've already done. In the end Sylvan was still hopeful that those who were angry and attacking would find the strength to forgive and stop the violence, but they couldn't count on that to happen anytime soon if at all. Feeling a bit more at ease with the barrier pendant around his neck Sylvan moved forward to help those who could not, deciding with those of whom who had passed out. This could be any one of us in the future and it was important that no one got left behind even if things were going to turn for the worst. If it were him in their shoes it would mean a lot to him to have the community of survivors there at his side helping him when he could not help himself. Right now things were calm, but who knows how quickly their location would be found out so it's important to act quickly as no one knew how much time we had to move from one space to the next and once everyone was inside the next bunker it was only then that Sylvan let out a breath of ease. He had no idea that these bunkers were bellow the Academy and upon looking at the reserves of supplies was very grateful for their presence even if it was unfortunate to have a need for them. I guess it made sense given their not so distant war like past. If things were to return to normality after this conflict and if our society was able to survive what impact would it have on the future? Would more bunkers like this be constructed as a result? Would more safeguards like this be put in place so that this wouldn't happen in the future? Sylvan had to shake off these thoughts, he needed to focus on what they had now, and what was going on in the present, so that he didn't become trapped in the thoughts of past and future of the event so that he could push forward through this hardship. Questions like that could be saved for after the conflict. Removing himself from his thoughts Sylvan looked around the room hoping to find someone or something he could distract himself with whether it be productive or not.

 Vadim
Crouched next to the wall away from others, especially those who had been bitten, Vadim rolled three marbles around in the centre his palm. The swirl of colours to the gentle clacking of glass put his mind at ease, and helped to distract him from the present circumstances. Despite how capable the adults had proven so far, his mind was trapped in pessimism. They were only delaying the inevitable. Eventually they would run out of places to run, to hide, and then the monsters would find them.
Vadim had seen some of the wounds inflicted. Not by weapon or spell, but by teeth and claws. That told him all he needed to know about the invaders: like animals they were not to be reasoned with. They would hunt down their prey until they were satisfied. Vadim's fingers curled around the marbles. His tiny fist could only just hold them.
As the headmaster informed everyone that they were moving to a new location, Vadim wearily got to his feet. Less than eager to get stuck in the crowd, he hung back as freshlings were ushered forward. He shifted restlessly from foot to foot. After a moment, a well-intentioned hand on his back nudged him towards the others. Vadim stumbled, and his hands outstretched to catch himself in case he tripped. There was a clatter as the marbles bounced across the floor and rolled underfoot. They disappeared behind a forest of legs.
As fast as he could, Vadim scrambled after them. “Wait!”
Gin Rin One marble under your feet! EVERYBODY Two more marbles rolling around in case anyone wants them!

There had been so much going on that once back in the bunker she had let go out Ashi's arm and he was swept away from her. She panted, bending forward to catch her breath. After a few moments she straightened up and started to look around and rather then finding Ashi she found Gaius being taken to be treated... He had been bitten. She weaved her way through to get near the Hybrid but she instead found herself looking at Ava. "Oh, I guess I should take an Amulet and knife." She tilted her head some And she was given a Yellow Amulet. It was rather lovely and the knife felt heavier then it should have. She placed amulet on and then finished making her way to Gaius. "Oh gosh... You got bit." She frown, offering to help him move to the other room. Ashi was swept away from Howl and he hugged onto Kuni's bag. He needed to find him to give it back... He started looking through the faces and just as he was about to give up and start looking for Howl again he found him. "Kuni!" He cheered, offering up the bag. "I grabbed it in the hallway..." He trailed off seeing that he had been bit. He wasn't to sure what to say about that. "H-howl said that had she not heard you yell, we would have been bit too..." He padded the bag to the other.
He heard Ava talking about the amulets and reached for the Purple one that was being offered. He was much more hesitant taking the rather heavy knife though. "Kuni, would you like some help getting into the other room?"I might be missing a couple things but this should help and get me caught up XD Sorry I've been all over the place ._.

The Fallen grinned at Chunli. Picking out weapons to defend the both of them? The Chimera had spunk, she had to admit. And now that she was looking at her in the light, despite her head spinning, every few blinks she got a good look at the person who'd become her friend over the course of one night. She had to admit that Chunli was pretty cute.
"Yeah, I think I can walk, but it might not be too pretty." If she was this dizzy sitting down, Ruby couldn't imagine how she would feel standing up and trying to move. At least she hadn't been bitten on the leg. She couldn't remember if anyone else had been bitten on the leg, and right now she didn't care too much. Her wound was aching horribly.
Using the wall as a support, Ruby slowly and painstakingly pulled herself to her feet. Like molasses, she reached down and picked up her water bottle. She was trying to not let the blood in her body go anywhere too fast, or she might get even dizzier. She attempted a smile at Chunli, but it might have come out more like a pained smirk. She offered her hand, even though she was still holding onto the wall for support. "Might I help the lady to her feet?"
Magician Arcana Ruby. Don't flirt. You're like half dead right now ;;;;
