"It's got a picture of a sword on it," Tex said, reaching down and picking the tablet up. He grunted, putting his back into it. The sucker was HEAVY. He staggered back with the weight, catching his balance quickly. Anyone else by the coat? ovoa

Selene looked at the snake with widened eyes, and shook her head quickly. "Carafe, of course not. I will always have time for you."
She would prove him wrong, of course, just a moment later - when she heard someone mentioning a tablet, and peeked up over shoulders to take a look.
The language looked old.. she had studied so very many historical, archaic languages in the time spent alone in her room with all of the books she could get her hands on, but she couldn't see very well from the spot she'd chosen. Still, she didn't want to cause a scene..
"Excuse me," Selene whispered meekly, trying to slide her way through people, bunching up as thin as possible to get to the tablet. Once she was close enough, and someone had picked it up to eye level she bent in towards the tablet and tried to get a closer look, to see if she recognized anything.

Arcana smiled as Tarot came up to stand by him, briefly touching his sister's hand before eyeing Tex.
"I think we should-" his phone buzzed and he frowned, sighing as they were busted by the leader. he didn't even get to see the tablet.

Her phone buzzed and May gasped. "Tex! Tex put the tablet down quick!" She gestured for him to put it down because oh gosh it said not to pry and they were prying and SHE DIDN'T WANT TEX TO DIE.
"C'mon we've got a DETH meeting let's goooo~"

The more students that crowded around the two DETH leaders, the more Melusine started to slip away from them. It wasn't that she wasn't curious, or that she didn't want to know... It was just that... Well, all this was getting to be a bit much. Whatever instinct that said 'Something is wrong!' was firing massive missiles in her head, but she couldn't bring herself to leave. A golden eye caught sight of the small girl from before, Selene she had whispered, doing the same. For a moment the vampire considered going over and joining the girl in her shadowing, but she found a snake friend and Melusine decided she could take care of herself. Perhaps they would met again, as she seemed nice and perfectly in line with the vampire, but for now she'd leave the smaller girl be. Acher reappeared next to her and took her hand, but did not hold it. Instead, he gave her a gift. "Oh!" She actually sounded surprised. "They're lovely!" Unfortunately, her ears weren't pierce nor would they ever be pierced, but it was a kind gesture nonetheless. "Sell them? Oh no. I'll treasure them always." She told him and stood up on tip toes to place a cold kiss to his cheek. Ooooh, how forward and adventurous she was being today! And just as things were finally being revealed (A tablet? Cloth with gold etching?), Melusine received a text. Oh... Oh dear. They were in trouble. How unfortunate. "Professor Quibble wants us. We best go see him." She told Acher with a small slump of her shoulders. It was unfortunate that their adventure was ended so abruptly, but maybe they could make the meeting quick. "But let's be quick and go back to the festival. The night is still young and I don't even know what you talked about at your booth!" Melusine smiled at him, cast around once more for that little Selene, but didn't see her. Absently she shrugged her shoulders and pulled Acher back the way they came. [Exiting!]

Tex grunted, bringing the tablet up so he had his legs carrying most of the weight. "I think I'll bring it with us. Quibble will know what it is, right?" he said. "An' hell, darklin, we're already in trouble," he said, heading for the exit, tablet in tow.

You did not have to ask him twice, Kato was SOOO out of there... being as everyone else seemed to be leaving too, it was only a matter of time before it anyways. Looking over his shoulder, he gave one last look at Dis before making his way to shore with Jinhai. "Yeah, yeah." "....Think this water will make our clothing glow?" He managed to ask his friend before exiting the cave with everyone else. [exit]

May frowned, but she wasn't leaving him alone with that creepy a** tablet. She'd at least attempt to help. Fail, but attempt. "Okay, but I'm coming with you..." she snorted and said, "Someone's gotta pick up the pieces before the patchworks do~"
She also kind of wondered where Carafe had snuck off to. Oh well. He was flighty anyways.

Tarot smiled at Arcana, reaching over to briefly twine his fingers with hers before she received another text. Frowning, she let go and checked the message. “Oh Jack. Quibble wants to see us.” The reaper curiously eyed the sword engraved on the stone before turning toward Selene.

She walked over and scooped the other ghoul up into her arms. “Hope you don’t mind, dear!” Except the load was heavier than she expected, what if a snake on Selene’s shoulders and all. It took her a few moments to make sure she wouldn’t drop the poor ghoul, which involved lots of awkward adjusting, but eventually she just settled with carrying her like a sack. ‘v’a Hopefully Selene didn’t mind.
And then they were out of here.

Oinqa jumped a bit as she felt her skellyphone buzz. Humans? She didn't think this place had anything to do with saving humans at all! It was a good thing Professor Quibble was looking out for her, even if it was a little creepy that he knew where they were.
With a wistful look at all of the shinies, she turned and fled from the cave.

Acher smiled and blushed quiet a bit when the ghoul stood tippy toe to give him a kiss. Ah well maybe he wasn't doing so badly when it came to giving her a gift after all. Looking inquisitively at the tablet before getting a quick message he frowned, as Melusine got one as well. "Ha...guess we're busted...might as well see what they want...and yea I'd like to get back to the festival with you do some looking around and talking.As she was heading back to the entrance he stopped for a moment to run back and pick up the vase which he filled with a few more gold coins, he had filled the thing up and wanted to stash it some place safe until after the meeting. Who knows maybe this was his ticket, he wouldn't have to figure out what he wanted to do right away with all this gold. Rushing up he took Melusine's hand and smiled at her, "Not what you expected from tonight?"[Exiting]
