" Come on come on..." He said accidentally biting his tounge. out dammitt!" He said, a spurt of water mixed with blood coming form his mouth. " Crap... Now how did I do that..." He said focusing again, even though his tounge hurt.

" Let's try this again..." He said kneeling again, and focusing, smiling as he felt water built up in the back of his through, and starting to panic when it wasn't leaving, then remembering his gills went straight to his lungs, so he could stil breath, but this was getting problematic.

He said focusing, and forsing the water out of his mouth somehow, a huge ball of water from one failed Uo Tsuba, and one succedded Uotsuba flying out, splashing all over the other ninja kid who was training.

Ingou said, having had it with trying to learn all of this stupid ninjutsu crap, no Academy level ninjutsu would even help him, and the ones that could help him He already learned. " Gah! Why!?!? Why does every Sensei have to be away at the stupid exams!?!?" Ingou said walking outside, heading for the Nikko Ramen and Sushi bar.

revolution evolution AlmosttimeforRevelation Gregar828 Orchid Moon AlmosttimeforRevelation ((Sorry but, the guy who posted the scrolls for the class to learn said that the last two were genin and my character is a tactical ninja so he can learn jutsu's that are 1 rank above him. If you actually read my sentences they are 4 sentences, I am not trying to disrespect you but I did read over it and they are 4 sentences. I will add some to my first thing, I didn't know what to do I was reading and it looked like everyone was just coming in and learning jutsu.)) (( that's not true... and actually what was given to your guys cant be done... )) ( Genjutsu can only be learned to the rank you are meaning the two genin genjutsu moves could not be learned... and this gos for everyone! ) ( Taijutsu is the same way!. But ninjutsu allows you to learn up to 1 rank above you BUT only total of 3 jutsus of the rank above you!... Tactical ninja has nothing to do with learning jutsus 1 rank higher then you... i just give your rpc the ability to be smarter then average, -4 posts on learn jutsus... thats it!... and no matter what you have to have at least 1 to learn a jutsu other wise every tactical ninja would auto learn academy rank jutsus.. ) ( if you got a problem with what i said take it up with zane...) (What she said, except contact me. Besides, Kirigakure no Jutsu wasnt even on the board) (((@ Gregar828 Here is the link Just scroll down its in blue. @Orchid Moon Here is the link. It says Tactical ninja gets,-1 rank off jutsu when learning them at your rank and below. Again I am not trying to argue its just that it seems you guys aren't reading what everyone else is putting down.)) ((OK i read the list and it said this at the end of it)) (all of these jutsus except the last two are student level. the last two are genin level) (( yes but you cant do genin genjutsus at academy rank >.> ))

Kai arrived at the academy with the vest still on and not even breathing hard. The 75 lbs vest doesn't much effect on him anymore as he easily ran pass the front door and toward the class room. He stopped right outside of the door and brushed the dirts off his shirt and pant and took of the vest before walking into the class room and toward the sub. He dropped the 75 lbs vest onto the desk and let out a sigh of relieve. "Done." He said quitely and stood there, waiting for the next thing to do or something.

Mika Ver Leth Mika walked into the class room and decided to try out the Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit) Technique.He then walked over to his desk and aimed at a trash can that was at the front of the classroom. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Mika readyed himself,he cleared his throat and began to practice his jutsu.He aimed carefully at the trash can and began to spit,The first time he tryed it only his the floor infront of his table.He cleared his throat and tryed again.The second time he got it further,as he kept trying it got further and further.Finnally he tryed it one last time,He cleared his troath and spat at the trach can.a small jet of water shot toward's the trash can and knocked it on it's side.  Izic sat down in one of the chairs and relaxed, he then pulled his legs up and started to meditate. Izic didn't want to get ahead of himself so he was going to let his chakra take a little break. Izic was wondering what kind of Taijutsu he was going to learn. Izic was kind of excited about it but not all that much, he was more of a distance fighter. Izic thought about the Taijutsu styles and shrugged."I guess I will go see the Mizukage." Izic got up and left the academy.

A tall boy, about the age of 16, walked into the Academy. He sighed and took a seat. "So when am I actually going to learn something..." He hated to wait and just wanted to get this "training" done with.

Cracking his fingers, a masked man walked down the halls of the ninja academy. He couldn't even fathom that his next mission was to sit around and basically babysit until someone returned to teach them. It looked like he was gonna be forced into teaching genin and academy level techniques and there wasn't anything he could do to change that. Bursting into the classroom, he looked at all the children. He didn't speak, merely observed to see how they would respond to his appearance. It was time things moved on here.

Kai turned around to look at the masked man who just entered the room. He doesn't know who the man was but from what Kai seen so far, he guested the man must be older than him, and since he is here Kai also guested the man are either a teacher or another sub. Kai quickly gave a polite bow and waited to see what would happen. He hoped that the man was the teacher because he truly wanted to learn that hidden assassin technique.

As the first kid spoke, his quite unrespectful response went unheaded. To be honest, if the man were to operate under direct code, he would've sedated the child and simply had him awaken in his own home. If he were under prior mist law, he would've killed the child without hesitation. Luckily for the insect, he wasn't allowed to perform under either. However, this didn't mean he wasn't allowed to enforce any sort of law. Looking towards the boy who bowed, he tossed him the scroll full of academy level suiton muttering, "You. You seem to have enough respect within you to be priveledged enough to learn anything worth while in this place. Be thankful your manners has gotten you this far. If you have any questions regarding those jutsu, just ask and I'll let you know." Placing his hands behind his back, the man simply took a few steps back until he was close to the board. He didn't address the others in the room in any sense, waiting for them to show any signs of respect. If they wanted to learn or even take the first step to becoming a mist shinobi, they would do it the way all mist shinobi were taught: respect demanded primary attention. Without it, you received nothing from any sensei. If anything, you received a beating.
