Ray raised a eye brow as two ANBU members brought in a glass of water on a stool and set it infront of him. He remained silent though as the kage told him what to do before shaking his head and placing his right hand back in his pocket. "This is why I wanred to speak with you before I went into the academy.. I knew this would happen." He pulling his left hand out of his pocket and grabbed the glass of water and drank it quickly before sitting down on the stool. "I'm originally from Kumo.. Raiton is my element" He said with a smile under his mask.

Sighing a bit, Luo closed the file as he looked up at the boy. "Well then, I certainly hope you have some raiton under your belt. If you do, the exam is malleable to your element. If you don't, I'm afraid you'll be out of luck for a short period of time." Looking at the boy, he sighed once more wondering why he didn't inform him of this before. It seemed certainly important, but he took it in stride as he awaited an answer.

Ray nodded before scratching the back of his head with his right hand. "In fact I do, Sorry about not telling you.. I wanted to tell you the first time I came to your office but I was pulled away and I simply forgot" He shrugged lightly before standing up and quickly going through a set of hand seals, "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu!" Using electrically charged chakra he formed a single Bunshin next to him though that was not all he planned on doing. He then took a short breath and ran through another set of hand seals and said, "Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu!" Once he spoke he held out his left hand and pointed it at the Bunshin who made no attempt to dodge the impending attack, electricity charged in his hand for less then a second before firing a short bolt of lightning at the clone causing it to 'poof'. "More?"

((Yeah, I'm still there Sosay. I just created another clone to go give Mage his genin exam haha. I'm actually still sitting in the room waiting for a response. And guys, it's L-U-O LUO. Not L-O-U LOU. It seems that people are mixing up the "U" and the "O" a lot sweatdrop ))
As Luo's second clone continued to proctor Ray's exam, he sighed motioning for the lights to be turned off by one of the ANBU. As they were, he adjusted the test accordingly. "Alright. Well, create another lightning clone. Use the flickering light technique to transmit the message "Attack" in morse code. When that is finished, use the static strings technique to destroy the clone. Do that, and I suppose I can pass you."

Ray nodded before proceeding to do what he was told, his hands instantly flew together and quickly went through a set of hand seals, "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu!" Once again using electrically charged chakra he formed a single Bunshin next to him, he then proceeded to do what he was ordered to do next. After quickly forming another set of hand seals he spoke clearly, "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" By charging electrical chakra throughout Ray's entire body the young Hatake maked his skin light up giving it a bright glow that soon began to flicker 'Attack' in mores code.

After Ray's body flicked 'Attack' in mores code he stood up straight before continueing on his next jutsu. He quickly thought about how he should do the static strings jutsu, he could ether use the wire that was in his pouch or create the strings purely out of electricity. "Hmm" He then nodded before proceeding through another set of hand seals and spoke softly, "Seiteki Suji no Jutsu" He used his chakra to create electrity before carefully yet quickly creating a long string of electricity. "Simple" He then used his naturaly fast speed to rush behind his clone and loop the string around its next before it had time to react. Even though the string really could not choke him due to being electricity it was still able to send small shocks to the clone causing it to 'poof'.

" Sorry... " Okuribi said, pushing with his feet so he was lifted off the ground, while still bowing he walked backwards, seemlessly, if anyone were to try this without the proper training they would succeed in a weird duck like waddle. Okuribi walked out of the office never turning away from the mizukage, until he was behind a wall. He then turned and lowered himself back into the position. He straightened his back so that it was flush with the wall.

As the young boy finally exited the room, Luo nodded. "You seem to think that we still operate on the brutish standards of our ancestors past. Haseo would not have been killed, but brought back to his original village for questioning pertaining to his destruction of half of Konoha's buildings. He's a dangerous one indeed, so even in keeping him instead of returning him to Konoha, you could see why I was concerned. But for now, you have Kiri's hand in an alliance. And hopefully we have yours." With a smile, Luo nodded towards the lady, holding his hand outward for her to shake. He was a bit worried, but put it a side for a moment. It was better to make friends than enemies anyway.
As Luo's second clone wrote on a sheet of paper, he at last finished as the lights were turned back on. "Well, it seems that you have passed. You demonstrated proficiency with your element, and I only hope you continue to do so in the future. Ray Hatake: Congratulations. You are now a shinobi of the mist." With a light smile, Luo tossed the boy one of the many head bands which were arranged neatly in rows next to him on the large desk.

Sosay had many things she wished to say back to him, but decided it was best not too, seeing how they all would have ended badly. Holding her hand out she shook Luo's hand. "Kumo and Kiri have a well formed alliance." she commented with a smile. After taking her hand back, she gave him a quick bow. "Now Luo if you don't mind, I really should be getting back to my country. They must miss me, after seeing who I left in charge." she laughed, turning and heading for the door, only to pause and turn her head and smile back at him.

Ray let out a sigh of relief as he heard that he had passed the exam, he had spent so long waiting for this to happen. His right hand instantly grabbed the headback out of the air and strapped it to his head after the kage threw it to him. "Thank you, Also will I be put into a squad any time soon or shall I remain sort of a lone wolf for now? Ether way is fine with me." He grinned over his face mask before placing his hands back in his pockets.

Okuribi stood up and knocked on the door to the Mizukage's office, while he had been against that wall, he had been thinking. ' Maybe... i should... just get... the scrolls... and learn... some puppetry... ' Was his main thought. his face seeming to glow with pride, even though it showed no emotion. at the thought. ' however... my puppetry... will be... ground shattering...' he thought as he knocked on the Mizukage's door, he walked in, again bowing and taking the position on the floor. " ... Mokuton... Doton... Pupperty... scrolls... Please... " He said, spacing out his words more than usual, it was the only way he could still give someone all the information, while still keeping up his demeaner.
