Greetings!
My username is above my avatar. You can probably derive a shorter version by which many of my online friends call me. My real name is ███████████████. In a few weeks I'll be starting my senior year as a Graphic Design major at B████████ University, and I'll be super busy since college doesn't come without a healthy dose of non-curricular requirements on the side. I will try not to take a fifteen-week hiatus this semester, though.
I waste spare time browsing the internet, hanging with my adorkable buddies, worrying about life and money, and even doing art for fun. My reasons for joining the guild are 1) -ProcrastinatingSpazz- told me to and 2) to become acquainted with a different flavor of art people.
As far as Gaia goes, I've been around since 2004 and mostly lurk in the Art Discussion forum. But I frequent several non-art threads, and once in a blue moon, actually create a thread.

 Hi! You can call me Fate or Namea, your pick. (That's pronounced Nah-may). I'm a 22 year old female and I've been on Gaia since 2004. This account is newer than that however. I love to write and Rp and I also love to draw and collect art. I do commissions mostly to fund my own endless quest for art. My art style is probably best classified as western, inspired by newer grittier looking marvel comics. I also draw Chibis though I must admit that it's my least favourite thing to do. You can see my work on my Deviantart, Here. Add me on there and let's be friends! As far as buying art goes I have a preference for unique styles or realism. There is a certain disdain I hold for Anime and Anime artists but there are always exceptions. To me Anime is a fad, a phase of art that will not last (like most styles). It utilizes inproper anatomy and most people don't bother trying to be unique or correct. They draw anime that is of low quality and manage to sell it just because it's "Cool" right now. Of course there are also those anime artists who go above and beyond, making unique and beautiful pieces. Those ones are the ones I like. Other than that, I'm a pretty easy going person. Hey everyone!
Well, I'm Agent Spax, and I like drawing a lot.
I pretty recently turned 16 (end of June) and despite the avi I'm actually a girl.
The reason I say I like drawing instead of love it is because I don't have a flaming passion for it, even though I wish I did. I think I feel that way though because every time I go to draw something, I have a feeling this is not what I should currently be doing and that makes it a little less fun. gonk
But I think I would love having a job where I can draw things, like designing book covers or murals on buildings or something. Maybe then I'll feel like that's what I should be doing.... because if that's my job then I should definitely do it and go wild blaugh
I like doing commissions for people, but I'm a lot more picky than I actually think I am. Too many times I've accepted someone's request and found that I don't want to draw it because I don't love it (this is completely different with freebs), and I end up taking so long to finish, or not at all. emo
I'm not sure how to end this,... so, BOOP.

(seems to be a big problem around here) I'm a bit of an artist myself, but my tools of trade is my camera, and photoshop. I love art and draw myself but I have a compulsion to keep all my art to myself. Only rare occasions does someone get my art. So I joined as a collector after viewing the finished works forum. People have been contacted and bribed. I. Bribe. Well. That is all.

Hi~I'm new (again) to being in Guilds, so I hope this will go alright!
Call me any version of my user name; even Gap's fine. I use that to sign my Gaia art, at least.

err I can be sarcastic, but generally friendly online haha. I like to chat. Fun stuff.
Yup, I'm an artist. I do digital with cheap Photoshop Elements (need SAI so bad...) and traditional with Prismacolor pencils or pens.
School is starting soon so it will always be hard to be active, even now; I have a large summer assignment.
I am really, really looking forward to getting to know some of you. It's so exciting to be around such artists. :]

At twenty years of age, I attend an extremely nerdy university with a major in psychology and a love of writing.
Why would a writer be in an art guild, you ask?
Cuz I love art, that's why.
You can see the larger portion of my collection on my profile, with the names of the artists that drew them (got to give credit where credit is due).
Anyway, thanks for letting me join and I can't wait to see what fun I can have here.
