Honestly not my cup of tea incest has always been a usual turn off for me and there are only those rare cases where I'll look over it because I love the pairing so much and I nor the characters knew that they were siblings till later....

it's awesome. some of my favorite pairings are incest. heart
... incest in real life, though, i'm not so sure about. The only case i've really heard of was of these two mentally challenged, over-weight boys. it was very disturbing. (but of course, everyone in anime has a perfect figure, so that's not something we have to worry about in yaoi).

I don't like incest, in real life or in the yaoi world. I just don't like inter family relationships. But I will admit I've read like 1 or 2 works with incest in it.
