I am convinced my rates are too low. Whenever I quote my price the client perks up and goes, "Oh! Ok!" For the third time in three months I'm going to raise my price again. Christmas card I did for a local bakery:

3nodding I'm dying to see how it prints. The red went to maroon on the studio printer, but that's usual for it to print too dark. Only one person has ever managed to make that thing print color accurate and it's sadly not me.
I love working with texture and pattern. It's my bread and butter.

Is there anything you can't make lascivious?

........no. There are a few things I would probably refuse to make lascivious, but I don't think there's anything that I couldn't.
I'm mass printing my Christmas cards this year, do you want one? Anyone who does should PM me their address.

That'd be lovely, I never have enough lasciviousness among the cards I get each year.

You'll love this year's, the suggested theme is "candy canes," but I'm not sure that's the final concept.

Every year I think I won't and then they magically appear and get mailed out and everyone, even the people in Japan, get them in time for Christmas. It's bizarre. Now I'm just giving in and having them printing.
It's a lot less stressful than one by one, feeding them through a cranky old printer.

What kind of printer, Ink and paper do you use?
I've noticed that with some art work it's best to use the picture Ink. It gives a more vibrant look and adds to the work.

It's an Epson and I use the standard epson ink with the matte black installed. The paper is...whatever I have on hand at the time. Which is another reason having someone else print them will work out better. It doesn't help that CS3 has a whole thing about skipping certain printer menus I'm used to working with.

Goodness.... I sadly have no idea what all that means...
But what i do know. Is that if it has picture printing capabilities you can try using it as if your art is an actual picture. Kind of like tricking it.
My sis and bro are both graphic designers here and one lives in Cali. Makes their work look awesome.

I don't know, I don't think so. I know I auto set it for the quality settings for proof color, but it never works. I need to get Jeanie to train me on it, she always manages to figure it out somehow, but it's generally through dumb luck.
...and looking at my address list, half of these are outdated. gonk Why did do many people I know move this year?

It should say it in the manual if it's able to. But the ink works wonders on their stuff all the time. What can come out dull normally it gets really brilliant.
But yeah that might work. XD Hell I still donno how to work my dad's scanner... sense the wires to mine have magically disappeared.
Lol, I have no idea. I used to know that all of my family was in Louisiana. Now they're all getting married and moving every which way and some out of the country. So hard to keep track..
