Powers and Abilities.
After being exposed to the same serum her Father used Rose has increased reflexes, stamina and strength. In Titans issue 57, it was revealed that Rose is a precog, though it only hints that Rose can see it in a fight, a few seconds into the future to prodict the next move of her oponinte. Though it is still unschooled as it fails her sometimes when she is fighting.
When she fought Batgirl, in Batgirl issue 64, it is hinted that Rose also has the hightened senses her father has.
Rose refuses to pick up a gun even after she received training with her father. She has also done some training with Nightwing, as well as being taught what it means to be a hero and to have the values of one.
When under the serums influence Rose was prone to psychotic episodes, such as when she gouged out her own eye to be more like her father. The effects has seemed to loosen sense she is no longer on the serum, though it is too soon to really tell if there will be any lasting effects.
Rose's powers include limited precognitive abilities which may blossom into much more. She is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to 'see' her opponent's next moves, although her visions come and go. Rose is a skilled martial arts expert, with enhanced agility, speed, strength and endurance. She is also very skilled in the use of a bo staff (although her weapon of choice are her two swords).
In one instance, was able to have an extensive precognitive vision where she saw her father's (Deathstroke's) future. During this jaunt, Rose was able to project her astral form and inhabit the body of someone in the future (similar to her brother Jericho's ability).
In Terror Titans #1, Rose had been given an inhaler by Clock King to trigger her precognitive abilities. Therefore, she can now use them pretty much at will. In Terror Titans #2, Rose suggested to Clock King that she could see as far as weeks into the future possibly implying that soon her precognitive skills will develop into even more.
Recently, it has shown that her powers are unstable without adrenalin. Her addiction to the drug has cause restrictions to her recog abilities.
