I told him I had a dispute with the suggestion box so I refuse to post my suggestions there.
And then I kept having other disputes.
He called them spam
I disputed that
Then he said something else
I disputed that too
So he banned me.

First of all.
I said that Akira is not there for your (being Shou, Reiko, you and anyone elses) personal amusement. In other words, singling him out and harrassing him.
There is a difference between laughing with and laughing at someone.
You guys were nothing more than bullies last night or whenever it was.
Also, there's a difference from teasing playfully, in good humour and stepping over the line.
YOU GUYS WERE WAY OVER THE EFFIN' LINE.
That was harassment. I'm not sure if you'd class it as sexual harassment, but it was damned close if not.
Not acceptable.
ESPECIALLY when he said it was disgusting him, AKA STOP.
Stop you damned pouting and acting like I'm being unreasonable.

So I gave him a public apology because I was wrong to let Reiko and Shouyin have fun at his expense. Should I ban them both, along with just leaving the guild for a day because I cant ban myself as well?

No. You warn them, and make them apologize.
And forgive me for being doubtful, but I do believe you were quite sarcastic in said apology.
But that's just me.
Whatever, you said sorry, good enough for me.
What isn't appreciated, is throwing your little temper tantrums every time someone tells you off.
You twist around what was said and blow it way out of proportion making yourself seem hard done by, and the subject totally unreasonable.
Stop acting like a child.

WOOHOO, I'M MEDDLING.
Sierra has a point. People are making fun of Akira, which is nothing new, you'll notice. Akira takes it like a man, holds his cojones with both hands and doesn't say a word. That doesn't necessarily means he's fine with it. It just means he acts like a middle school kid getting bullied by the high schoolers.
Sierra decided to be nice and voice up against the whole deal, which makes her a nice person. Then she asked for an apology from Kraun for not reacting to the situation, which is also reasonable.
Kraun, if you didn't like what she asked for and thought you did nothing wrong, you could've just not apologized instead of acting like a kid who didn't get his lollipop. Forum moderators are a piece of authority in any community, and when they just lol when someone's getting ganged upon, you stop wondering why everyone in this guild is a surly a*****e.
I think it was pretty obvious that Akira was uncomfortable with the comments about his sex life. Even if Akira didn't complain, someone should've said something. If he thought it was all funny and he doesn't mind it, then he'll tell you, and you can just laugh away along with everyone else, but until then, assuming he's having fun isn't something you can allow yourself as a moderator, I think.
If you think I'm telling you how to do your job, you can keep being an a**, but I think people would appreciate it if moderators acted their age.

I have a dispute with people being overly sensitive. So, apparently there was some sort of point-counterpoint made last night in the Suggestion thread about these alleged Private RP threads. The problem is, we can't see what that was now because Sunstrike deleted it because... Sunstrike Actually a bonus would be if I could get you guys to willingly delete the posts, but I dunno if I'm actually making a point or not.... Edit: I know NI but after she just deleted it, does it really stand to reason to leave the arguments in a place where nothing is being argued? Sunstrike The point is that it's kinda gone now, and the best thing to do would be to get on track back up to my original asking of a list, hell if you guys wanted to post a list yourselves that you feel is more accurate then I'm not opposed to that at all! You can even add in what you felt was wrong about what Hono said before if you like, I just want a silly list without all the filler, y'know? Edit: Believe me, no one will care about the argument, I could....o_o I could move it though...to disputes....:starts to get a headache: crying DO NOT WANT. We do not resolve our problems by pretending they never happened.
