I forgot to add this too. We need "village jutsu" and "village discussion" forums. Every village needs to have its own jutsus to use. In the village jutsu forum you teach the jutsu rules. For example if my village was....the village hidden in the rocks, for and elemental ninjutsu it maybe, " ninja rock style rock column jutsu ninja ", or for a summoning jutsu, " domokun rock demon jutus domokun ". Something like that but have fun with it, be creative. This site should help http://www.narutohq.com/jutsu-guide.php if the page doesn't come up just go to the homepage and look under, "Information HQ" for naruto jutsu guide . And the village discussion fourm is to talk about problems in the village or suggestions. Make sure to go back to page 4 and see what else I said. So whos ok with it?

Sorry for entering the conversation late, but I'm willing to chip in gold as well. Also, I'm not sure if this was decided, but who would the village hokages be? And just to clarify my own question, isn't this guild turning into a ninja roleplay guild? I mean it will be fun and all to pretend that we belong to different villages, and talk to each other like we're ninjas, but that is roleplaying. Just wondering about it that's all.

Well that's basically what gaia is and whats in it and besides we are pretty much separated by miles and besides what else is there to do besides RP?

I don't think Gaia is all about roleplaying. I happen to think it's an easy way to make friends from all over the world by the way of talking to each other as yourself. It would be no fun pretending all the time.

Well, to put my opinion on it, I will side with Nightway.
I say that the village Kage's should be the captains and crew members.
Captains should be at the highest ranks and the crew members could be like appointed officials. But if we're going to start off small, how will we decide who the first people are going to be as Kage's for the first villages?

Why not start with the owner of the guild as the kage and then go from there.

Ohh I get it now, sorry sometimes I'm a little slow. And it depends on what the person wants to do, if they want to pretend then let them, if they don't not our problem. But any ways what exactly is your problem with pretending reguarding to about the guild?
