This forum will be for the use of the discussion of the rebuilding of the guild.
Discuss what we want for the guild, how the future villages will be run, new rules or keep the same ones, additions to the guild..etc.

Yes, I think we should first talk about how many villages should we have and who we'll be the hokage of the village. The problem is with more village we have, the qualified people we have to find. That is difficult because we may have 74 members, but few are active in the guild. So I think we need to get a head count and then decide village hokages.

What about having a sign-in sheet of some kind? This might help with who is actually participating in the guild.

Yes, a sign-in sheet would help.
And I think the Kages of some of the villages should be the captains/co-captains of the village and crew members.
They aren't in their positions for no reason.
Or now, I'm getting to thinking...maybe, we should let members control most of it. We should just be looking over it, and enforcing rules and taking care of their problems.

Well, I believe it would be good to have the captains and crew be hokagas becaues they can actually control things themselfs. Its just, some of the crew members aren't active either so, could it be we need more? What I would really like to cut some of the dead weigth around here so we can see what we really have but I know thats not the best thing. So when it comes down to it we need more crew and co-captains and stuff.

Well, we have to pick people who are worthy of the positions then. What if some of the members don't like the Kage that they have?

Do you think that will be much of a problem? Hmmm, well if that happens...they can become a rouge ninja and uh..try to get a fellowing to make a rouge village. What do you think?

This does sound like a good idea but the problem is that more than half of the members are only in the guild and not participating.

Well I guess we know we need more members, I just wanted to have everything ready before we do a massive recruitment drive. I guess we need to find out how we gonna select these people.

Ummmm, nvm, I thought we were talking about just regular members.
Ummmm, for crew members, we would usually just observe their activities in the guild, and judge upon that to see if they're responsible enough for the job.

Well first, its a naruto copy. We want to be as original as possible. Second, it has no set hokage like a real village would have. Another thing is anyone can come in willy-nilly. That gives on uniqueness to the village, no purpose. Thats why soon we need to erase everything to get people focused on the villages. So whos in to the idea of making a village now?
