Quest Time! It's the Golden Boy's turn to get his growth quest! For a child of his age, he is quite the charmer. Although current events might have given him reason to be, shall we say, less pleasant than usual, Donny must still harness his abilities in winning all sorts of people over to his side ((translation: at least three playdates, one with a Tale of any age he doesn't know well, one with an older Tale he does or doesn't know well, and one with a non-Tale)). The second part of his quest is to gather materials to help him get through the current things that are happening in his life. These items may vary and be unrelated to each other, but there should be at least five books in his library that will guide him and help him grow as a person. These items may be made, bought, or given, but however you go about it, it must be documented in your Tome. Good luck!

Upon returning from his excursion, Donny had snuck back into Dragonfly's house and slumped into his room after saying goodbye to his pegasi companion and his friends. He dropped the book he had acquired at the stationary shop on his bed, only to hear it thunk heavily against something else. He gave it a second glance, and lifted his book to see another. There, hidden under the encyclopedia volume he had ganked from the shop, was another book waiting for him.
What was this! He pulled it out and flipped through the hidden treasure, finding it a much easier read than the big old book from the shop. He put away his first book, and flopped on his bed, filtering through the pages of this new treasure.
So that's how you run a country..

Somehow, Rhea had heard that one of the kids from the Tome needed some books...And well, she was an excellent source for reading material. She read all kinds of books, and had already devoured most of Elysia's personal library. So when she heard about Donny's need for books, she couldn't resist the urge to bring him some.
Neatly wrapped in starry wrapping paper, Rhea placed the package on Nio and Enoh's front steps and rang the doorbell, running quickly back to Elysia. They wanted to make a swift exit before they could be seen. Rhea wanted it to be a surprise. She hoped he'd like the books she picked out.When Donny opens the package, he'll find a note, with these books underneath it. The Note Dear Donny, I hope you like the books I've picked out for you. I heard you needed them, but I wasn't sure what to get. From what I know about you, I hear you like stars and stuff, so I got you some books about the night sky, and a book of poems that my Mom says are really good. Vidya had spent most of her time at Tybalt's house, ever since her family was ushered to her Aunt's mansion. It was rare to have Tybalt let her out of his sights for too long, so she really only had one chance to leave a present behind for her brother. Naturally, she had her chance during the one and only time she went back to Dragonfly's house.
She was only supposed to change and get a few changes of clothes to bring back with her, but she ended up being sneaky and doing something else, on top of all that. She rushed though, just incase someone would go looking for her...namely the impatient Tybalt.
Since she and Adonis almost always shared a room, it only made sense to leave her present for her brother in the room she was supposed to have. So, on the bed she placed the book she had bought him a few days prior, along with a fastly-written, therefore somewhat sloppy note before she left.The Note Donny;
I'm really, really sorry I'm not here! I really hope to see you really soon! Anyway, I bought this for you! I'm not sure what kind of a book it is, but its called 'The Prince' and it has a rather royal looking man on the cover...so I figured why not, right? There's no reason to not start reading a completely random book!
Anyway, I gotta go...I hope you enjoy it, and I'll see you as soon as I can!

For the time Adonis had spent at his home, Lance felt that he should do something special for the blond boy, since Lance could only imagine the feelings the other was experiencing from being away from home. So, in an attempt to cheer him up, just a little, Lance went out and bought a gift for Adonis.
During dinner, when everyone was out of their rooms and busy eating, Lance swept into Adonis's chambers, and set two books gently on the other's bed. He ran his fingers over the blue and red covers, before grinning, and sweeping back out of the room. Tucked into the cover of the blue book was a letter for the other.The Letter Hey Donny. I was thinking that since everything that's going on might be a lot to handle that it might help if you had something to take your mind off of things. And, well. These are three of my favorite books. The red and blue ones are a series- a trilogy as a matter of fact (the third one hasn't come out yet, and so...) and the third is just something I thought you might enjoy. Cheers!

Donny was certainly the popular one. He had finished his new book, and decided to go looking for his sister. Upon finding her gone, he hung about in her room, poking at things and waiting impatiently for her return. Once his eyes caught the book on the bed, he picked up the note and slowly, very slowly, tried to read what it said. After three tries of reading the words without comprehension, he listened to what he read out loud and realized that his sister wouldn't be back anytime soon. However, she had left him an offering, and this satiated him. He picked up the book and stared at the cover for quite a long time, entranced with the stance and clothing the man possessed. He knew he couldn't read it yet, but just by the cover alone, this book would certainly be one of his favorites when he could..
Returning to his room with his new discovery, he found even more gifts in his name! Lance had left him lots of pretty colored books, and one that he could read! He snatched the last one up greedily after putting the other three away, and sat on his bed, diving into it.
His previous book left by an anonymous gift giver helped him understand this one more, as it had given definitions for many of the words dictators and dominators must know. This book helped him plot out his strategies! It was perfect!
Soon.. soon it would all come into play.
He had no idea he had three more wonderful gifts waiting at his doorstep at home for him when he would return, but it was clear that the world was beginning to understand just how beneficial a sacrifice and offering to him would be.
Yes.. the world would quickly learn.

Books had been strewn about on the floor, after Donny had fallen asleep. Dreams of glory and conquest filled his mind and left a smile on his sleeping face. He could feel anxiety and restlessness even in his slumber, twisting and turning his body. It felt like his muscles wanted to stretch out and contract, leaving him aching for movement and sore from stillness. The smile faded from his face when the aching had begun to wake him, and he slitted his eyes open in annoyance.
His body ached. A lot. And it wasn't a dream anymore. He sat up and rubbed his back, catching a glimpse of movement as his hand lifted up to do so. When the arm dropped back down, it froze in mid-air and his eyes widened as he stared at it.
There, on his wrist, the tattoos he had once had on his arm were now floating an inch above the skin, circling the wrist in orbit slowly.
He stared in gaping confusion for a good minute, and wondered if perhaps he wasn't still dreaming after all.
After a minute he lifted his other hand, and there the orbit of stars swirled around his other wrist as well. He quickly pulled his covers off his feet and lifted them, taking in a soft breath as the stars swiveled around his ankles just the same.
Then his eyes followed up his leg, and realized just how long they were. It brought him to the sudden realization that he had been staring at longer arms as well, and he let out a stifled scream of confusion. He stumbled out of his bed and crawled out of the door, just in time to hear the front door open. He pushed himself up to his feet, and wobbled at the new height he had reached.
He stumbled down the stairs just as Harmony had walked in, returning from the Atriz household. He tumbled towards her, looking more helpless than he ever had before. The girl stared at Donny, her bag dropping from her hand.
"Donny..?"
He clumped the few awkward steps forward and wrapped his arms around her, burying his face in her shoulder. He had never been able to reach this far up on her after she had grown, and even that felt odd.
He didn't like change when he wasn't in charge of it. And right now, everything felt out of his hands.
